It's a shame, because local businesses thrive on positive interactions with their customers. No,"Someone will be right with you" No apology for the wait time. She offered me a coffee instead of the Americano I paid for, then I thought I paid via card, but I paid cash. The cashier couldn't tell on his end that I paid cash. $6.50. No customer awareness. I won't be back. I hate leaving bad reviews, but this crew was awful... Really bad look for those people.
