Our absolute favorite stop on road trips along Pearblossom Highway -- Charlie Brown Farms is one of…read morethose places you don't expect and end up loving every single time. First of all... it's truly in the middle of nowhere, which somehow makes it even better. You pull up not knowing what to expect, and then suddenly it's everything. They have all the road trip essentials and then some -- homemade fudge, jams, salsa, fresh honey, and an impressive selection of jerky (alligator, elk, ostrich... you name it). There's also endless candy, nostalgic sodas, funnel cake, and Dole soft serve in just about every flavor you could want. But what really stands out is the selection of nostalgic toys, collector's items, and rare finds -- it's honestly mind-blowing. You can spend a lot of time just browsing and still not see everything. I always leave with more than I planned (in the best way), and it's become a must-stop every time we're passing through. And the date shake? Easily one of the best I've ever had. Inside, there's a café if you're in the mood for BBQ, plus a whole section of vintage toys and random collector finds that you didn't know you needed until you see them. It's the kind of place where you always leave with more than you planned -- in the best way. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, which just adds to the charm. This place never disappoints -- it's become a must-stop every time we're passing through.

My sister-in-law had a pretty disappointing experience at this location today. In a community like…read morethe Antelope Valley, local support really matters, so it's always surprising when a business doesn't seem to value the people who keep it running. Apparently taking a moment to decide what you'd like to order is considered an inconvenience here. The cashier made a gesture implying she needed to hurry up, which felt unnecessarily dismissive especially when someone is simply trying to decide how they'd like to spend their hard-earned money. It's a shame, because local businesses thrive on positive interactions with their customers. Experiences like this make it much easier to understand why so many other coffee spots are opening throughout the AV and gaining loyal support. Needless to say, my family and I will be taking our coffee runs elsewhere moving forward. There are plenty of places in the AV that manage to serve great coffee and treat their customers with courtesy. San Fernando Coffee Co. OVER Trio Coffee House any day of the week.

Absolutely deserving 5 star!…read more Grey and cold Tuesday afternoon so we decided to go in an get some hot ramen to warm up. And did we get lucky: tasty and fresh food, very good service and great prices. Our server brought our starter (spicy edamame) quite quickly and asked if we needed anything else besides the chopsticks provided (really nice touch, but we can handle them). Tonkotsu Miso and Spicy Chicken were our mains: truly tasty, deep well-developed flavors (make sure to add some extra toppings and ask for spicy paste). Thai thee's were great as well, not too much sugar but if you have a real sweet tooth, just ask for it! We will be back!

Last night I ordered takeout from Luv Ramen and BBQ in Palmdale, and it truly impressed me…read more I ordered the Tonkotsu Black, and the bowl was well balanced and rich without feeling too heavy. The broth had depth and a smooth finish that made each bite enjoyable. It tasted like it had been carefully prepared and not rushed. The pork was tender and flavorful. It was seasoned throughout and had a soft texture that paired well with the broth. The egg stood out to me. It had its own distinct flavor and was not simply carrying the broth's seasoning. The texture was just right and it blended beautifully with the rest of the bowl. The spicy garlic edamame was excellent. The seasoning was evenly distributed, and the garlic and spice were balanced. It is honestly the best edamame seasoning I have had so far. The vegetable egg rolls were crisp and not greasy, which I appreciated. You could actually taste the filling instead of oil. What made this even better was that it was takeout. Everything was packaged carefully and arrived hot. The broth was secure, nothing spilled, and the quality held up perfectly during delivery. We usually dine at Ramen Boy, but this meal has definitely shifted my perspective. Luv Ramen delivered a strong experience from start to finish, even as takeout.

I turned away from Starbucks a while ago because I prefer to shop small any time I can. The prices are pretty average for what seems to be a small locally owned business, but the amount you get for what you pay for is stellar. The barista is always very kind and patient with the new drinks I want to try, and makes suggestions that have ended in a s'mores frappe more than once to get me through the drive home as the drinks stay good in the fridge! I'd 100% recommend it over any other place around. I'll be visiting again soon!

To the white lady in white glasses nothing against you but please have a better attitude next time and maybe buy better coffee beans. I love supporting small places specially women owned and I love that they support our military in town but definitely tasteless coffee. very bland coffee beans with just a bunch of sweet syrups added.

We were there on a Sunday afternoon and the Sunday afternoon knitting club was there knitting and pearling away while they sipped delicious coffee and ate delicacies from the baked goods. The menu is great and the coffee is even more delicious. I have to say it's in my top two coffee places in kern county. I went with a Americano which was great! My daughter had a "Love Potion" sparkling dragon fruit lemonade which she loved as well. They offer food and pastries and the selection is abundant.
