Fortunately, Super Lock Service was able to respond quickly. Jim arrived on time and went right to work. He rekeyed all the locks promised before our guests arrived. But what really impressed us was his repair of a screen door latch where the door handle had fallen off, the tumbler could not be rekeyed without drilling and the dead blot was too low for the strike plate. Jim had to rethread the handle to fit a different machine screw so that it could be securely attached. He replaced the tumbler with one he could more easily rekey. And he replaced the strike plate to match the dead bolt. We use that screen door all the time. It is a great relief to have it working better than new!

Prior to this service a different company was called in to help with the lock out and couldn't get it open. However when I called Alex, he arrived after the other lock smith left he answered right away and was able to come by and less than 15 mins. Fruitlessly I tried to juggle the door to no avail. And as I looked helplessly through the glass doors, I could see my cell phone sitting on the kitchen counter. Just great. After waving at passing cars and finally capturing the attention of my shocked neighbor below, the site manager arrived two hours later and asked me to throw down my house keys. Well, if I had my keys on me, I could have gotten out two hours earlier. As it was, I used the two hours to clean the windows spotless and get a nice sunburn. So back to Quick Lock, once Les and his partner arrived they took a good 20 minutes to jimmy my front door lock and then walk through the condo to release me from my sunny prison. Both were amazed at the quality of my front door lock, and were incredulous that the lock on my lanai door could have shut because it's not easy to move. I had to explain that my condo was not haunted. The cost... about $70. The relief when I finally could go to the bathroom ... priceless.
