The worst. Be warned, he is the worst. Had him change a broken lock in my store that had worked fine for five years. He charged $565. After three months of use the lock broke. Said he didn't guarantee the locks, wanted $75 to come take a look, said it was the employees responsible for it not working, and started screaming at me for expecting him to guarantee it. Stay away. Matthew and his team are amazing! The keys to the exterior locks on our Mercedes were stolen so we called Windward Locksmith and Matthew was here within a couple of hours to rekey the locks. He was able to pick the locks in scary record time! They were specialty so after removing them he had to make a trip into town for the right key style but still stuck to his original quote which was extremely affordable. Would definitely use them again for any key-related situation. He was very professional and has a pleasant, kind and calming demeanor which was much needed after feeling so victimized by the theft of our keys! I don't even know where to begin... I had an emergency and needed my locks changed immediately. It was nighttime and one of the longest drives on island... Matt and his team came out immediately and had the best attitude and did a great job for a very reasonable price (let's be honest it was nighttime and a far drive and they knew it was an emergency... They could have tried to have asked for anything but they were honest and reasonable and just plain fantastic!) I swear it was like they were sent just for me... They are incredible people and I just can't say enough about their personalities and quality of work and just how amazing they ALL were! If you need your locks worked on, do yourself a favor and call these guys... Truly amazing! I have added them to my contact list and will definitely be using them anytime I have that need and recommending them to all of my friends and family... I never met them before tonight by the way! I can not give Windward Locksmith enough stars! Matthew was awesome! I locked both sets of keys in my car, along with my purse and cellphone. My friend and I called Windward Locksmith and Matthew said he would be there in 10 minutes, which he was! He was very personable, fun, and made a difficult situation, bearable. So I did a thing where I locked myself out of my car so I had to put my big girl pants on and find a locksmith! So glad I clicked on these guys! Very quick to answer the phone and give me a quote. I told them there was no rush so I sat down on a bench and ate my poké while I waited lol. Not long after they showed up and super quick and easy got my car unlocked for me! I've never seen a locksmith get into a car before so I was all types of impressed and amazed with how easy they make it look. If I could give Windward Locksmith 10 stars...I would. I called them on a Saturday and Matthew answered right away...even though he was on the mainland. Explained that I needed a lock changed, he said he would call his tech and get right back with me...which he did in minutes. Justin met me at the property after he had stopped to have multiple keys made for me. He was so nice and personable...and finished the job in short order. Braced myself for a BIG bill...and was pleasantly surprised..... and happy to pay the one presented to me.
