Prior to this service a different company was called in to help with the lock out and couldn't get it open. The locksmith tried everything, they couldn't open it up and even suggesting to drill my door open and I wanted to avoid breaking my door. However when I called Alex, he arrived after the other lock smith left he answered right away and was able to come by and less than 15 mins. I was truly amazed at how he was able to figure out how to unlock the door with ease. This locksmith charged me $700 upfront. Instead of replacing the known broken ignition housing, he did a temporary adjustment and promised it was fixed. Fast forward 3 months later, and the ignition is completely jammed again. When I reached out to have him fix his failed work, he refused to waive the labor or take responsibility. Instead, he tried to charge me an additional $750 to finish the job he should have done the first time. That would be $1,450 total for a repair that standard auto shops charge $400-$500 for. This is an unfair and deceptive business practice. Save your money and sanity-call a reputable local mechanic or a different locksmith instead.
