The ignition key lock threw a tumbler and I wasn't able to get my 2004 Chrysler Pacifica started... AAA was not able repair it but I did have it towed back home. The repairman for Locke Locksmith (I'm sorry I didn't catch his name) was phenomenal... I made initial contact with him at 6:15 pm - He was working another job and said that he could get out to my place in about an hour... He showed up in 30 minutes and went straight to work. In the dark of night using led task lights on a his head band and a little flash light - He completely duplicated my key to factory specs - unfortunately that didn't work because the lock needed to be re-built. Again, working in total darkness he completely dismantled the dash board and started on the complete rebuilding of my ignition lock assembly... After 45 minutes - from the time he arrived at my house - he sent me the following text - "Your car is ready" - he then honored his original quote... Fast, reliable, accurate, responsible, and honest! I couldn't have had a better experience. You'll want to hire this company for sure! Got Haim to rekey a couple locks in our home. Asked around for a couple of quotes, Haim came back with the most competitive pricing so I arranged for him to come over to rekey the locks. He arrived on time and was very respectful. Got the job done in short order and was also extremely knowledgeable in the lock I had. I have one of those locks that also allows you to unlock the lock through use of a code. I did not know how to use it, so Haim actually walked me through how to reset the codes, add codes, erase codes, and everything. Would highly recommend Haim for your locksmith needs. read more
