Someone swiped my car key while I was at the gym and I didn't have a duplicate. Haim responded immediately when I called and let me know he was working another job but would give me an ETA once he was done. His response was immediate and he called as soon as he arrived, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the key situation was a bit tricky and Haim had to manually remove the locking mechanism in order to ensure that the key he made would work.
