These guys really know their craft. Had to get a spare key for a jag that I bought on eBay cut and programmed. They gave me a $125 quote so I drove to their shop. After testing out my spare, they revealed to me that I bought a cheap knockoff. Said it would work, but the range for the remote would be poor. Said for $50 more, he would provide an oem circuit board that would fix the problem. I didn't want to mess with it so I was okay with the up charge. I'm glad I went to these guys. We had a real problem with a digital lock that was placed on a bedroom door, it had no secondary key to open it. I thought I could just remove the batteries to deactivate it and it turn back into a normal door knob. BIG mistake, it instead became impenetrable. This company has a strong knowledge of the products and services. They happened to have the parts I needed to replace the cylinder / ignition for mg 2003 Honda CR-V. While I waited, I picked some apartment keys and they copied them for me. They even went over a key that I had copied at Lowes (that wouldn't turn in the lock so that hopefully it would now turn) at no extra cost. I felt very efficient being able to take care of all my key needs at one time. They provided a laser cut traditional (old fashioned) Honda key while I waited. I had the best 5 Star Service with Lock Solutions. Chris Torres and Rani are fabulous! My key fob was not detecting to my vehicle and I wasn't able to leave for work that day! I had been communicating with Rani on the phone and threw text about meeting up to get my vehicle situated! I was able to take my lunch break and meet up with Chris at my home.
