I asked them to hem, and do "work on my bridesmaid dress" to cover my cleavage and shorten the straps. The expert seamstresses came up with an idea to reuse the hemmed fabric to add a much needed inch to the draping of the bodice to cover my over exposed cleavage. They were able to do a rush job turnaround in a week, and the results were stunning. I would have been embarrassed to show so much skin, but they did such a beautiful job that the bride loved the dress on me even more. And their store location is beautiful. Then I showed her the original receipt I had and it did not have the drawing or the written indication of sleeve. - they added the incorrect details and didn't call me to confirm - the lady didn't want to own up to their error and lied to my face that I agreed to what was written on the receipt - when realizing it was their error and I told her to admit to the error, her response was "whatever" Beware of the terrible service!

Their prices are very high, and they upcharge designer items simply because they are designer items - which they claim is necessary because of the "special care" required. They charged me $47.50 to dry clean a Versace silk sweater but the label simply said "dry clean only." No special methods, no extravagant fabric, no special trim. 2. They have ruined several pieces: two wool sweaters were shrunk beyond wear, and they recently managed to unstitch the crew neckline of a cotton sweater, which I can no longer wear. 3. I gave them a wool zip-front sweater with leather zipper tabs and when I went to pick it up, both leather tabs were missing. It took one month for them to replace the tabs and get it back to me. 4. Their cleaning is hit or miss. I have sent back simple cotton tops with simple stains that they marked unable to clean and - miraculously! - they were able to get the stain out the second time. 5. Their pricing is hit or miss. When I questioned a price, they would double check and suddenly realize they overcharged me. This happened at least 5 times. I sent an email explaining why they lost my business a few weeks ago and did not get a response. They clearly don't care about their customers or their business. I gave them one star because they do offer a member discount.

I called the day before (yesterday) and no answer and left a voicemail. Today was the ready by date. I went to pick up the pants around 9:45am they were not done and not even started on. The woman Sammy said to come back at 11 am but I said don't rush so she said come back around 1pm. I came back around 12:44pm since they close at 1pm. Pants were not done so she told me to come back in 20min. I walked around CVS and Luckys a bit then came back around 1:05pm and waited in the store another 25 minutes. So pants were done at 1:30pm, 30minutes after closing with me waiting in the store. The hemming was fine, though I don't know if they got two of the pant inseams a little longer than requested but I was so annoyed by all the waiting and going back and forth that I don't want to say anything or go back. Seems like they are short staffed and even regular customers are having delays also. I need to get my own sewing machine so I can do it myself instead.
