The color was spot on, the neckline and skirt were exactly what I wanted all for $60. Enter Crow Canyon Alterations, everyone was SUPER nice. I was flattered to be asked if the dress was for prom. I had the dress hemmed, straps adjusted and the slit cut higher for $72. So why 4 stars and not 5? Props for being really nice and being fast. Minus a star for the craftsmanship. My husband picked up my dress for me and when I got it back I had to cut all of the loose threads that weren't properly trimmed. The stitches on the straps were sewn over the chiffon and the dress wasn't steamed prior to returning. Would I go back? Absolutely but is this my new go to? Maybe maybe not.

She was trying to argue that it was written on the receipt. Then I showed her the original receipt I had and it did not have the drawing or the written indication of sleeve. - they added the incorrect details and didn't call me to confirm - the lady didn't want to own up to their error and lied to my face that I agreed to what was written on the receipt - when realizing it was their error and I told her to admit to the error, her response was "whatever" Beware of the terrible service!

They had told me they could drop off at a certain time so I prepared for that time but then they weren't able to come until an hour later. For pickup they said they'd come around 5 so I stuck around waiting for a while, but they showed up an hour later. I know they said they'd can drop-off and pick up without anyone being home but I'd prefer not to leave my clothes outside. I totally understand that things happen but considering the price I paid for the service, I was hoping that the pick-up and delivery would be smoother. Update: After checking the clothes I am extremely disappointed, some of my clothes came back with stains that weren't there before and I am also missing some items. I walked in and dropped off 3 pairs of dress pants to be hemmed. It was quite pricey at $28 a pant…read more The woman in front said it will take 2 weeks to finish the job and to call the day before to check if they are done. I called the day before (yesterday) and no answer and left a voicemail. Today was the ready by date. I went to pick up the pants around 9:45am they were not done and not even started on. The woman Sammy said to come back at 11 am but I said don't rush so she said come back around 1pm. I came back around 12:44pm since they close at 1pm. Pants were not done so she told me to come back in 20min. I walked around CVS and Luckys a bit then came back around 1:05pm and waited in the store another 25 minutes. So pants were done at 1:30pm, 30minutes after closing with me waiting in the store. The hemming was fine, though I don't know if they got two of the pant inseams a little longer than requested but I was so annoyed by all the waiting and going back and forth that I don't want to say anything or go back. Seems like they are short staffed and even regular customers are having delays also. I need to get my own sewing machine so I can do it myself instead.

Even with her booked calendar she offered to squeeze me in to get my dress ready before prom. Her work is so amazingly seamless you couldn't even tell that it was altered, and the fabric was definitely not easy to work with. She even saved the extra beading and sewed the cleavage of the dress in while leaving the excess fabric intact in case I wanted to make it bigger again in the future.
