Good quality service. LOVE the pick up and delivery! I've had dry cleaning and laundry done and I'm very satisfied with both.

Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with these folks after a year of trying. Here's why: 1. Their prices are very high, and they upcharge designer items simply because they are designer items - which they claim is necessary because of the "special care" required. They charged me $47.50 to dry clean a Versace silk sweater but the label simply said "dry clean only." No special methods, no extravagant fabric, no special trim. 2. They have ruined several pieces: two wool sweaters were shrunk beyond wear, and they recently managed to unstitch the crew neckline of a cotton sweater, which I can no longer wear. 3. I gave them a wool zip-front sweater with leather zipper tabs and when I went to pick it up, both leather tabs were missing. It took one month for them to replace the tabs and get it back to me. 4. Their cleaning is hit or miss. I have sent back simple cotton tops with simple stains that they marked unable to clean and - miraculously! - they were able to get the stain out the second time. 5. Their pricing is hit or miss. When I questioned a price, they would double check and suddenly realize they overcharged me. This happened at least 5 times. I sent an email explaining why they lost my business a few weeks ago and did not get a response. They clearly don't care about their customers or their business. im sure their dry cleaning is great, but dont recommend to come in for bridal gown alterations... I was told to buy a completely new dress (infront of other staff) without being given a quote of what the alterations would cost. If you have minor alterations then you might be in luck. This is my second time doing the wash and fold service. The pick-up and drop-off timing was a little inconvenient. They had told me they could drop off at a certain time so I prepared for that time but then they weren't able to come until an hour later. For pickup they said they'd come around 5 so I stuck around waiting for a while, but they showed up an hour later. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I know they said they'd can drop-off and pick up without anyone being home but I'd prefer not to leave my clothes outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I totally understand that things happen but considering the price I paid for the service, I was hoping that the pick-up and delivery would be smoother. Update: After checking the clothes I am extremely disappointed, some of my clothes came back with stains that weren't there before and I am also missing some items. I am not sure why my pickup wash and fold experience was so different from the reviews below. [[HIGHLIGHT]]You can text or use the app for pickup but when our clothes came back, everything was still damp, clothes were folded inside out, and no attempt to separate adult and kid clothes. It was just a jumbled mess.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I should have just did my laundry myself. Also, they pick up Friday and deliver on Tuesday, so you have to wait a while for your stuff. Waiting would be fine if it were washed and folded back nicely. Finally, we asked for the $199/mon family plan for up to 90 lbs and got charged the normal wash and fold rate. We tried Country Club Cleaner's wash and fold next and it was much better. Pick up Thursday, deliver back Friday, everything folded well and kids' and adults' clothes separated. read more

I'd like to say this is only a review for their Wash and Fold services, 1. Special instructions for medium to low temperature wash and dry was requested along with separating white clothing from colors. 2. The fold consistency was awful, majority of my clothes were wrinkled, and 50% of the clothes were left off worse than initially dropped off. 3. The texture of my clothes felt burnt and it was off and no longer soft from when I dropped it off. - This was a big negative. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I verified with the store before leaving this review as to what their process was for wash and fold, and they did mention that they "usually" ensure that the wrinkled clothe along with being balled up and dropped off isn't the case. The instructions weren't followed. All the athletic pants were left like that.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It's unfortunate this happened as their dry cleaning services and specialty dry cleaning considerations are top notch. They won't be able to reimburse me for the damage they have done to the material of my clothes. My experience was not god at all. My sweater was returned to me not cleaned at all. It still has dirt particles on it (not a hard stain that could not be removed), some hair at turtleneck area, so they just did nothing, never clean it in any way, charged me $30 dollars, and never came back to me after my complaint. 5 months ago my pink leather jacket was returned to me but had been dyed beige rather than pink, even though the lining is pink. They said they would send it back to the leather cleaners to be redyed (I didn't know that they sent leathers to another cleaner). 2 months later the owner called and said that they couldn't redye it and they would order and purchase another pink jacket for me at no charge. Martinizing has a locker in our apartment complex where they pick up and drop off stuff. I had a few shirts and thought I'd give it a try not expecting the best experience. Boy was I wrong, they did amazing! My shirts looked amazing, were brought back quickly and they communicated perfectly. So when I got my clothes back and found out they do repairs and alterations I thought, hell why not. I have these pants that ripped on the butt so I added them to the bag and let them know it's in there. Got them back the other day and you would never be able to tell they had to fix them.
