I totally understand that things happen but considering the price I paid for the service, I was hoping that the pick-up and delivery would be smoother. Update: After checking the clothes I am extremely disappointed, some of my clothes came back with stains that weren't there before and I am also missing some items. Very dissatisfied with their service this time around.

We did do some research to find a nice clean location and this one had solid reviews so we gave it a try. Right across from Safeway and BWP in downtown Walnut Creek, parking IS metered but there's plenty of it near the entrance which is key when loading and unloading. I have (literally) years worth of laundry that I've been waiting to do because my machines at home are too small. Duvets, comforters, blankets and towels galore. I couldn't take them living in trash bags anymore so we finally took them here to wash and dry. Yes, its expensive. We used the largest machines- 80lb machines- and it was $17 a wash load. Good news is, drying is only $1.50 each 16 minute cycle. But the peace of mind finally getting these items washed and in a clean establishment is most important. The staff member was super friendly and was seen cleaning them entire time we were there, probably a couple hours. $17 a cycle feels high, but if that's your one load for the week for 80lbs of laundry is sufficient for most people, and that cycle only takes 24 minutes then you're into the dryer. You can be in and out in an hour if you load your machines right. We went around 5p on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. 2 other patrons. Then it picked up and during the time we were there most machines were in use. No 5th star because its hot and stuffy inside. Theres a standing fan to try to help, but its broken. Wish there was AC.

I just knew my pants were ruined, but since these are some of my favorite slacks, I decided to do my best to try and save them. I hobbled, sore, soiled, and embarrassed, to a nearby Target to pick up some stain pre-treating solution. After getting cleaned up and changing my clothes, I applied the laundry solution to my soiled slacks, checked Yelp for great nearby dry cleaners and found this place. Connie was very kind, offered her sympathy and promised to do her best to remove the wet and greasy stains. A few days later, I returned to pick up my slacks. I was fully prepared for Connie to tell me that she had done her best, but that they could not be saved. Imagine my surprise when she handed them over to me with a great big smile on her face. I took the pants out to inspect them and they were brilliantly white. In fact, I don't think they were that white when I initially purchased them! I couldn't believe it! Connie told me that her husband had worked hard to get the stains out for me. I can only imagine how difficult it must have been, cleaning oil and dirt out of a white garment, but I can't tell you how much I appreciate the diligence and hard work they put in to save my garment. And at $8.00 for the cleaning, I would say that the price was more than commiserate with the experience. This will definitely be my cleaners of choice for the remainder of my time in San Ramon!

They say you need to know 3 people in life: a good butcher, a good mechanic and a good dry cleaner. If you check out my other reviews, you can see some San Diego reviews for some of these. But, I moved to the Bay Area about a year ago, and I had yet to find one. You think it'd be easy because I'm Korean, but it's been tough. So, yes, this place is part of the Korean Dry Cleaning Network (read: the owners are Korean). It's a little ways down Alcosta from the shopping center and Central Park. And just a few minutes from my apartment. But now, I can check dry cleaners off the list I have. This place is super solid. First of all, if you ask, the turn-around is really good. Usually, I don't need things quickly, but I did have to have a suit cleaned for a wedding..... no problem! I think it was turned-around in a day. The prices are really reasonable, and they don't rape you like at the supermarket dry-cleaners. And like the other poster said, they don't have that strong dry-cleaning smell. All our clothes have come back perfectly, never had anything lost (and god knows my wife has sent a ton of stuff there, including a comforter.... though I guess that is a bit hard to lose). We've had them do a couple alterations, and it was perfect and professional looking. I've tried out that place in the Safeway area on Bollinger Canyon and one of the ones in the Alcosta Shopping Center, I forget the name. They didn't impress. The owners are super nice and friendly. They totally know us by face now. They really seem to bend over backwards to make us happy. Do yourself a favor and bring your dry cleaning here. read more

I have used this cleaner for several times and each time the quality was very bad and I got charged a lot for them! The first time I brought some men shirts and i ask to be starched. When I pick them up all shirts had NO starch at all plus the shirt buttons were broken. I then brought a suite and i got them back with back with a nasty odor. The pants were double lined and it was not even pressed. I will not go back here again! read more

Recently, I dropped off items and picked up 2 times, just to be told it still wasn't ready. There was an equipment problem that required maintenance, which created a big backlog.
