For pickup they said they'd come around 5 so I stuck around waiting for a while, but they showed up an hour later. I know they said they'd can drop-off and pick up without anyone being home but I'd prefer not to leave my clothes outside. I totally understand that things happen but considering the price I paid for the service, I was hoping that the pick-up and delivery would be smoother. Update: After checking the clothes I am extremely disappointed, some of my clothes came back with stains that weren't there before and I am also missing some items. People come in, do their laundry and then wait either in their car or the available seats at the front. Note: Make sure to put a timer on your phone if you're going to wait in your car. Be respectful and make sure you take your stuff out right away cause people are waiting to use the machine. Oh and when you walk in, washers are on the right and dryers are on the left. Tip: Bring your own liquid soap so you don't have to pay or buy at this location. You could also go to Safeway across the street and buy detergent. Here's how it works: 1. Load your clothes or items in the washer (right), put soap at the top, tap your card, select water temperature and then press start. 2. Once that's done, then move your stuff to the dryers. Tap your card, select the temperature then press start. 3. Then you're done. Don't forget to clean up after yourself especially if you're washing pet stuff or shoes in the machines.

Quality: My cleaning is 80% business shirts laundry and 20% drycleaning. They have a problem with either process or equipment as I had shirts where virtually every button was broken, and shirts where the buttons essentially melted. I also had shirts where the cuff was pressed so hard that it created a very strange, tight wavy edge. Having never experienced the button issues before, I brought it to their attention, and they replaced the buttons. Two of the shirts with melted buttons were new, so it was especially frustrating. It also took a few visits to get the repaired shirts as they were not ready when expected. Service: On one of those occasions, when I needed to pick up shirts, I went close to their opening time and they were dark. No one was there. I waited 15 minutes and several other customers arrived, were perplexed, and left. Surely whoever was supposed to open the shop just didn't make it to work. I want B-Line to be successful, but these issues need to be addressed.

Today's visit, I had a zipper changed on my son's jacket and I had the hem of one of my dresses Fixed because it came undone in the wash. The clothes were ready for pick up faster than the original estimated date for pick up, so that was nice although I wasn't able to pick it up for a few days after the text message was received saying that the clothes were ready for me. The service is always very friendly and easy to talk to about what alterations I had in my head and what alterations they are able to do. Today both alterations cost $20 each and that's pretty average for the type of work requested in this area.
