A very reliable dry cleaner. I have been using their business for several years now. They are courteous and friendly.

Unfortunately, I have not had a great experience with these folks after a year of trying. Here's…read morewhy: 1. Their prices are very high, and they upcharge designer items simply because they are designer items - which they claim is necessary because of the "special care" required. They charged me $47.50 to dry clean a Versace silk sweater but the label simply said "dry clean only." No special methods, no extravagant fabric, no special trim. 2. They have ruined several pieces: two wool sweaters were shrunk beyond wear, and they recently managed to unstitch the crew neckline of a cotton sweater, which I can no longer wear. 3. I gave them a wool zip-front sweater with leather zipper tabs and when I went to pick it up, both leather tabs were missing. It took one month for them to replace the tabs and get it back to me. 4. Their cleaning is hit or miss. I have sent back simple cotton tops with simple stains that they marked unable to clean and - miraculously! - they were able to get the stain out the second time. 5. Their pricing is hit or miss. When I questioned a price, they would double check and suddenly realize they overcharged me. This happened at least 5 times. I sent an email explaining why they lost my business a few weeks ago and did not get a response. They clearly don't care about their customers or their business. I gave them one star because they do offer a member discount.

I was quoted around $170 for dry cleaning which i thought was reasonable; I didnt know what to expect as it was my first time getting something dry cleaned and altered. I also wanted to give it a shot since the seamstress was highly recommended. To put a long story short I was put in a small cold corner of the back room with a curtain and small 4ft mirror... the woman "helping" me was busy with all the customers walking in while I was waiting for her to help me zip my dress and begin pinning it. She was the only staff attending guests. Each a time person walked in, she would leave to attend guests 5-10 minutes ata time and after the third time, i decided to leave. Ill give her credit for trying but it was way too busy and unprofessional. Dry cleaning experience might be better than actual alterations here.

Unfortunately, there were a series of continued issues that are core to why one uses a drycleaner. I've been using drycleaners for thirty years. Quality: My cleaning is 80% business shirts laundry and 20% drycleaning. They have a problem with either process or equipment as I had shirts where virtually every button was broken, and shirts where the buttons essentially melted. I also had shirts where the cuff was pressed so hard that it created a very strange, tight wavy edge. Having never experienced the button issues before, I brought it to their attention, and they replaced the buttons. Two of the shirts with melted buttons were new, so it was especially frustrating. It also took a few visits to get the repaired shirts as they were not ready when expected. Service: On one of those occasions, when I needed to pick up shirts, I went close to their opening time and they were dark. No one was there. I waited 15 minutes and several other customers arrived, were perplexed, and left. Surely whoever was supposed to open the shop just didn't make it to work. I want B-Line to be successful, but these issues need to be addressed.

The machines are clean, smell great and are priced accordingly. I thought I had experienced everything I could until Jeannie the general manager walked in. Talk about customer service and making everyone feel at home. She was kind, professional and easy to talk with. Let's say she's the icing on top. I'm my 63 years,, I have never witnessed anything even close to this place; it's worth the drive, come by and check it out. You won't be disappointed. Thank you to the owner and to Jeannie for caring about your business. You've definitely won me over. I'll be back. Best Walnut Creek find of the day.

We did do some research to find a nice clean location and this one had solid reviews so we gave it a try. Right across from Safeway and BWP in downtown Walnut Creek, parking IS metered but there's plenty of it near the entrance which is key when loading and unloading. I have (literally) years worth of laundry that I've been waiting to do because my machines at home are too small. Duvets, comforters, blankets and towels galore. I couldn't take them living in trash bags anymore so we finally took them here to wash and dry. Yes, its expensive. We used the largest machines- 80lb machines- and it was $17 a wash load. Good news is, drying is only $1.50 each 16 minute cycle. But the peace of mind finally getting these items washed and in a clean establishment is most important. The staff member was super friendly and was seen cleaning them entire time we were there, probably a couple hours. $17 a cycle feels high, but if that's your one load for the week for 80lbs of laundry is sufficient for most people, and that cycle only takes 24 minutes then you're into the dryer. You can be in and out in an hour if you load your machines right. We went around 5p on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. 2 other patrons. Then it picked up and during the time we were there most machines were in use. No 5th star because its hot and stuffy inside. Theres a standing fan to try to help, but its broken. Wish there was AC.
