Their prices are very high, and they upcharge designer items simply because they are designer items - which they claim is necessary because of the "special care" required. They charged me $47.50 to dry clean a Versace silk sweater but the label simply said "dry clean only." No special methods, no extravagant fabric, no special trim. 2. They have ruined several pieces: two wool sweaters were shrunk beyond wear, and they recently managed to unstitch the crew neckline of a cotton sweater, which I can no longer wear. 3. I gave them a wool zip-front sweater with leather zipper tabs and when I went to pick it up, both leather tabs were missing. It took one month for them to replace the tabs and get it back to me. 4. Their cleaning is hit or miss. I have sent back simple cotton tops with simple stains that they marked unable to clean and - miraculously! - they were able to get the stain out the second time. 5. Their pricing is hit or miss. When I questioned a price, they would double check and suddenly realize they overcharged me. This happened at least 5 times. I sent an email explaining why they lost my business a few weeks ago and did not get a response. They clearly don't care about their customers or their business. I gave them one star because they do offer a member discount.

I noticed that the store hours on weekdays starts at 7:30 AM, which is amazing since the last dry cleaners that I was using didn't open till 10 AM which was inconvenient now and that's why I was looking for someplace new. When I walked in, I was greeted by nice man by the name of John. He was so friendly and nice, and then I told him that it was my first time visiting the store, but he treated me like I was a long time customer which was really nice. I also like the fact that when I walked in, smelled clean, and it looked clean inside. So, I dropped off my clothes formed John that I was in no rush and he let me know that they will be ready next week. I do like the fact that the store offers nontoxic dry cleaning. This is a future that I missed when I was going to my old dry cleaners in Walnut Creek and then moved to a different dry cleaners in Danville, which I was trying different places until I found the B-line cleaners . I would have to say so far so good. I will update this review when I pick up my clothes next week.

To put a long story short I was put in a small cold corner of the back room with a curtain and small 4ft mirror... the woman "helping" me was busy with all the customers walking in while I was waiting for her to help me zip my dress and begin pinning it. She was the only staff attending guests. Each a time person walked in, she would leave to attend guests 5-10 minutes ata time and after the third time, i decided to leave. Ill give her credit for trying but it was way too busy and unprofessional. Dry cleaning experience might be better than actual alterations here.

We did do some research to find a nice clean location and this one had solid reviews so we gave it a try. Right across from Safeway and BWP in downtown Walnut Creek, parking IS metered but there's plenty of it near the entrance which is key when loading and unloading. I have (literally) years worth of laundry that I've been waiting to do because my machines at home are too small. Duvets, comforters, blankets and towels galore. I couldn't take them living in trash bags anymore so we finally took them here to wash and dry. Yes, its expensive. We used the largest machines- 80lb machines- and it was $17 a wash load. Good news is, drying is only $1.50 each 16 minute cycle. But the peace of mind finally getting these items washed and in a clean establishment is most important. The staff member was super friendly and was seen cleaning them entire time we were there, probably a couple hours. $17 a cycle feels high, but if that's your one load for the week for 80lbs of laundry is sufficient for most people, and that cycle only takes 24 minutes then you're into the dryer. You can be in and out in an hour if you load your machines right. We went around 5p on a Sunday evening, and it wasn't busy at all. 2 other patrons. Then it picked up and during the time we were there most machines were in use. No 5th star because its hot and stuffy inside. Theres a standing fan to try to help, but its broken. Wish there was AC.

Today's visit, I had a zipper changed on my son's jacket and I had the hem of one of my dresses Fixed because it came undone in the wash. The clothes were ready for pick up faster than the original estimated date for pick up, so that was nice although I wasn't able to pick it up for a few days after the text message was received saying that the clothes were ready for me. The service is always very friendly and easy to talk to about what alterations I had in my head and what alterations they are able to do. Today both alterations cost $20 each and that's pretty average for the type of work requested in this area.
