Never take anything here they're dishonest. I took a $600 Moroccan rug here to get cleaned and they kept lying to me and saying that they had to take it somewhere else and the person who had it was on a extended vacation and I couldn't get it back. It took me two months to get it back and when I got it back, the rug was cut in half and they didn't say anything. Also, my half a rug was ruined because all of the material from it fell out. The ladies who work here will lie to your face and be rude about it. Be aware they are shady. read more

If you ever need real professional services stop by Rosewood Cleaners they're fantastic!#1 Loyal Customer Karen Jones.

This is owned by a friendly Korean couple who are experts. They tell you if there are concerns about cleaning items that maybe too delicate so you can decide the risk you want to take so there are no surprises. They pay attention to the specific stain spots if you alert them to it. They also do a great job with alterations. Overall a terrific neighborhood business - and their dry cleaning is organic as well. read more

I had a stain on my dress and it came back with the stain. When I mentioned it, they took the dress again and were able to remove it, but would've preferred someone who could've done it the first time. read more

The service itself was great, but the lady at the counter seemed judgmental of my outfit and kept making faces. I was paying for the service, which also seemed pricier than other places, yet I didn't feel welcome. Might check out other options next time. The turn around time was a week which was quick and nice. read more

I visited here for my first time because of their wonderful reviews. Best customer service, friendly, inviting, and it's obvious they demonstrate genuine care to take great care of their customers. Jay helped me this afternoon, as well as a gentleman earlier this morning...both exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to help me out. I will definitely be switching my dry cleaning services here and will take advantage of their other services. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already. You won't be disappointed. read more

Wonderful service and absolutely fantastic care of your clothes. The price is just right, value for money and peace of mind, how many places do you get that. I had a large set of multiple liters for dry cleaning, from cashmere to silk. They did such a great job with treating each item the right way. From silk to cashmere - the quality of service and care if outstanding. Plus the reminded you for pickup once ready. read more

Convenient location and more! I shop at trader Joe; stop by at the cleaner. Dry clean my clothes. They do an excellent job!

Amazing services and the prices are even better. I took my daughter's bridal dress to Rosewood Cleaners because it had a lot of stains and dirt. They truly worked their magic. The bridal dress came back looking almost brand new. Thank you, Rosewood Cleaners :) You are the BEST! read more

First class service with value. High quality cleaning for suits, uniforms, and even blankets.

I love coming here, they are so prompt and courteous, and do such an amazing job. The value for the price, quality and service is amazing!

Service is exceptional, pricing is predatory. I left a coat and two piece suit. I was quoted a total price of ~$53. When I got my final bill, it was over $70. I don't mind paying, I mind being up charged 40% from the initial quote. Never coming back here again. read more

My husband needed a new dry cleaners in the area, having just moved here. He said they did a great job on his shirts, pants and suit coats. Reasonably priced. They were very prompt, sent a text reminder to pick up which was a nice touch. He was very happy with the experience and will be coming here regularly. read more

This place is awful, I just payed $100 to get 3 pairs of jeans hemmed and these idiots made all three of them wrong with one leg longer than the other. All 3 pairs have unequal lengths in the legs. How can they mess up all three pairs. Please stay away so so bad and service was not pleasant either they're sour . I hate this place and regret ruining my three brand new jeans . read more

First-time customer. Came here on a Monday morning for the great "friendly and accommodating" service as I needed a last min alteration request by EOD Wednesday. She hesitated a bit but still took my request. I called Wed 6 pm before they closed to see if it was ready. Left a vm, and I got no response. I get a text on Thurs, but I'm already out of town. When I came to pick it my order after the weekend, the lady tells me it was my responsibility to physically come in on Wed and check myself. No apologies. No consolation for not meeting my request. Update: Mr. Choi called to apologize and offered to help settle the negative experience. read more

I came here after looking nearby for a dry cleaner that could clean my bridesmaid dress and S's two piece suit and dress shirt. The bottom of my pink dress was literally black from people stepping on it and who knows and S's blazer had drinks spilled all over it. We didn't want the stains to set in, so I went in two days after the event to Rosewood. It's a very convenient location, across the street from Trader Joes and in the same plaza as 99 Ranch. I used their first time customer coupon of 20% off. There was some resistance to it at first, but the employee gave it to me. A week later, I got a text saying that my dry cleaning was ready for pick up. I went to the cleaners and examined the clothing. It literally looked brand new! I was pleasantly surprised and would not hesitate to come back here for more dry cleaning. read more

My go-to dry cleaning spot. Every time I have gotten my clothes cleaned here they do a fast and high quality job.

I will start coming here again! Assuming she is the female owner and was so good. She fixed my zipper that was stuck within mins and didn't even charge me. How honest is that! I used them before for laundry and service and prices are always reasonable. Still good hard working mom and pop shops like this. read more

was a loyal customer since 2021 but prices have gone up over 50% and I just can't justify the expense anymore. will look for something more affordable. an indian 2-piece garment (embellished too and regular pants) used to be around $19-20 and now costs $28.90. read more

I had to attend a meeting and my regular uniform shirt was looking a bit tired. I had a spare uniform shirt but hadn't had time to have my name tape sewn on. I looked on yelp and saw that Rosewood Cleaners could do minor repairs. I had time, so I drove by. When I went inside, there were no customers and one employee working in the back. She had a radio on for background noise but it was not excessively loud. After waiting for a couple of minutes with quiet hellos, I finally raised my voice and startled her. I tried not to but you know how that goes. She came out and I asked if she could sew on a name tape for me. She told me to show her the shirt and the tape first. She looked at them and asked me how I wanted the tape mounted. Different agencies can have different policies on how to center the tape to the pocket, how high over the pocket, etc. After I showed her, she asked when I wanted it. I gulped and asked her if she could do it right now? Please? I wouldn't want to say that she gave me a dirty look but I don't think it was the answer that she wanted to hear. Yet, she went straight to the sewing machine and started selecting the thread. I stepped outside before she could grab a pair of scissors to throw at me. When she was done, she called me inside, showed me her work to make sure that I was satisfied. I told yes, thank you and how much? She did not hesitate and said $12. The place where I have my uniform pants hemmed charges $15 a pair and it takes a week. $12 for instant service was more than reasonable. Thank you Rosewood Cleaners for taking care of me. Hopefully you won't lock the doors the next time you see me coming, but I promise to give you more time! read more
