FAKE COUPONS! They send coupons through the mail and when I went to pick up my clothing the owners wife and the owner were very rude. She call her husband on the phone and he started yelling we do not honor coupons! So why send them out if they don't honor them! She ripped the coupon out of my hand and put it behind her back.. Now onto the clothing, there is a crease in my pants that were never creased. I knew it was a long shot and had already been told it wasn't possible by another business in town. Not only did Deep Cleaners agree to help me out, they delivered amazingly fast turn around! I called them at noon and they had the dress shortened and ready for pick up just before 4pm the same day!!! When I picked it up, they had also steamed it for me. Had a great experience here. Bought a new comforter that wouldn't fit in washer + my sister recommended not to even if I got it in as hers got ruined that way. I called on a Saturday to get a & and time quote for a cal king (non-down) and said it would be $40-50 and it could be ready by Sunday depending on when I brought it. I had called just as they opened. This wasn't bad as many others said $45-50 for quote and earliest time quote was Thursday. Dropped it off without a bag around 2:30/3pm on Saturday since we had swim lessons and final quote was $50 pickup on Monday. They put the comforter in a bag for us and of course I lost my ticket but they were easily able to find my name and ticket details. Will def come back here again. read more

This might be the best dry cleaning business I've ever had in over 35 years of business (and Tommy Bahama shirts!) cleaning! First off, Deep Cleaners have an incredibly nice community/neighborhood vibe. They remembered my wife's hand injury after almost a year - really - and it was very genuine. Second, we've had some emergency rush jobs that they executed on flawlessly. Third, our clothes always come out perfect. Last, I nuked one of my dress shirts with coffee and they worked to repair what I thought was a lost cause. Paul and his wife are extremely helpful and service oriented - what a breath of fresh air! Took my wedding dress in that was stained and bagged for 3 years to get a custom cleaning and boxing. 10/10 they nailed it. I didn't even know how dirty my dress was until I took it in. Grass stains, mud stains, hot dog juice and mustard stain, gone. All gone. And perfectly dry cleaned and folded with my veil in a beautiful box being preserved for my daughter in 30 years. The second time we asked how much it would be for 5 bags and he wouldn't disclose a price. $219. It was $219 for laundry. He is a complete scumbag. He also pulled a bunch of clothing from the laundry without us asking for dry cleaning and charged a premium. He pulled clothes like goodwill T-shirt's and shorts.. things that do NOT need to be dry cleaned and then charged us extra. We never asked for any dry cleaning. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. read more

Paul with Deep Cleaners came to my rescue today. My daughter ordered a wedding dress from England and it had some wrinkles from shipping. It didn't seem like it would be difficult to remove the wrinkles using my iron but despite my good attempt and research I could NOT get the wrinkles out. Oh did I mention she gets married in 2 days!!! I came in to Deep Cleaners at 2:10 pm on Tuesday and asked Paul if he could help me. I requested to get the dress back by the end of the day and although he would not be starting up his boiler until Thursday he agreed. Short version: They gave me 2 pickup times, and they weren't ready either time. Long version: My receipt said my alterations would be ready for pickup on Saturday. I specifically asked the employee what time Saturday, and she said noon. I called Saturday afternoon to try to confirm they were ready on time, but no one picked up the phone. Then I drove over and employee #2 said they weren't ready and I should come back Monday (with no apology).
