So far so good! I took one custom suit and one custom shirt to be cleaned here on a Friday and they guaranteed it by the following Thursday. $17.50 total. The shirt was $3, so I'm not sure, or should I say, I'm not shirt, about the other customer that reviewed a shirt costing over $5to be cleaned. I took in a white linen shirt covered in wine stains. They were able to take 98% of the stains out. I noticed one spot that was not perfect. They gladly took the shirt back and fixed it - no questions asked. I spoke with the owner and I know he put a lot of effort into removing the stains. All their work is done on premises. By far the best dry cleaners and alterations I've been to so far. My clothes and uniforms are well taken care of, clean and pressed with crisp lines. I'm 4'11", so I have to have my dressed, pants, and sometimes shorts altered. I'm always hesitant for anyone to hem my clothes, however I have not been disappointed at all!!! I went there and asked to have an outdoor cushion zipper replaced. I called first and then went in and was told yes, but not a great feeling. Never called me and a week later I go to pick it up and nothing done, worse than before and told they cannot fix it. Could they have called me in that week they had it before a party? I have a very specific way my uniforms have to be pressed. No problem there. Great results consistently. I have also had them tailor shirts and add remove rank insignia in strict accordance with military guidelines. Very happy with the customer service thus far. I went in a few days later, and the owner was there. He was apologetic, admitting it was a mistake and did give me the $16 that I had paid twice. read more

We have used this cleaners for over a year & unfortunately within this last month all of my husbands buttons have been broken off , new Hugo Boss shirts & of course it is when he is traveling for business & can't button the cuffs or collars , all very random & after 5 times going back to give June an opportunity to repair them & possibly offer some compensation for all of our inconvenience & accidentally giving us another customers shirts by mistake , his seamstress also sewed the buttons backwards so that he again off on a business trip couldn't button his sleeves under his suit coat :(( & after so many trips back there to retrieve my husbands shirts that their machines are breaking off his buttons , he hands me the last two shirts repaired still wrinkled , not even pressed , falling off the hangers & asked him why he wanted to deliver his shirts without even pressing them being it was their error & he couldn't even wear them while on travel , but we paid for all the dry cleaning in full without ever offering us any compensation !!! Very poor service & obviously not really worried about earning our business back or his reputation ! etc.....the list is long & not pretty .....Please beware everyone it all seems very normal on the surface until you have an issue !! I have found the East Cleaners does everything in house & he actually inspects the shirts, pants, etc & if a button needs repairing , replacing he is happy to do that for his customers unlike Special Cleaners !! read more

As cleaners, I love them. But I won't bring in any more alteration work. My shirts fit me worse after alteration than they did before. The person ignored the marks drawn on the fabric and the result is a side seem that is now closer to the front of the shirt and is highly visible. At first I was upset that the extra material had not been trimmed off, but since I have to get the work reversed and redone, I'm happy they didn't make any permanent cuts. read more

I used this cleaner for a couple years and they did a decent job on a few of my dress shirts and blazers. In May of 2017 I brought down 2 very nice white dress shirts (Cucinelli and Brioni), and a Tom Ford Blazer. Although I told them all the articles were to be dry cleaned, they laundered the 2 shirts. The Brunello Cucinelli shirt had pink stains on the bottom of the front of the shirt that I did not notice when I got the shirts back from the cleaner. It had been washed with something red or pink. I had previously took the shirt out of the closet to wear and noticed it had the stains. I could not wear the shirt, so It hung in my closet until I made time to go to the cleaner to talk to them about the shirt. I originally brought the shirt down to the cleaners without the reciept as I was not sure if I kept it or not. I talked to the owner who claimed he did not clean the shirts, and I had brought them somewhere else. I asked him to look my name and phone # up on his computer, but he did not even try and said it was not in the system. I give them my name and phone # every time I take something in to be cleaned. I told him I had used his service exclusively the past 2-3 years, and he had cleaned that particular shirt 3 or 4 times. He denied they had cleaned the shirt. There was no accountability and no offer to try to get the stains out of the shirt. I went home and dug through my receipts and found the reciept for the cleaning. Even with the reciept he told me that was not the shirt they washed, and too much time had passed so they were not responsible. Again, no accountability and no offer to try to get the stains out of the shirt. He basically called me a liar, and denied any wrong doing. Really! Like I have nothing better to do than try to get a shirt cleaned for free, or harass someone for something they were not responsible for. I would never use this cleaner, as if something happens to your cloths I am sure he would deny responsibility. NO ACOUNTABILITY! Not even an offer to try to clean the stains! Bad business! read more

OMG I brought in a skirt and shirt that I thought were a lost causes. Epoxy had leaked on them both and this epoxy is formulated to last a life time. I went to pick up the skirt and shirt and the epoxy is 98% out of the skirt. I was so excited I hugged the owner! The shirt, he did his best on, but that is lost and I can find another shirt, the skirt how ever was really s unique so I glad I get to wear it more. :-) read more
