Overall, between the poor service and the issue with the food, I was very disappointed. After this experience, this restaurant is now on my blacklist. I won't be returning.

He said things like, "I don't doubt that happened, but we've never had a complaint," and dismissed my experience rather than showing concern. I explained I wasn't calling to leave a bad review but to make them aware. But alas, here we are.
