Issue #2: when I got to the pickup area, employees were moving in and out of the kitchen and walking throughout the restaurant, but no one stopped to acknowledge me. NOT ONE person. I waited another 7 minutes (yes, I timed it) before someone finally asked, "What do you need?" Not, "hi, how can I help you?" But, "what do you need?"
