After speaking to them, he put his head down and started looking through something without ever acknowledging me. I waited a moment to see if I'd be acknowledged, but I wasn't. Eventually, I stepped closer and asked where I could pick up the order. He dismissively pointed around the corner. That was issue #1. Issue #2: when I got to the pickup area, employees were moving in and out of the kitchen and walking throughout the restaurant, but no one stopped to acknowledge me. NOT ONE person. I waited another 7 minutes (yes, I timed it) before someone finally asked, "What do you need?" Not, "hi, how can I help you?" But, "what do you need?" As a delivery driver, the expectation is to be able to come in, grab the order, and go. Instead, I felt completely invisible. I won't be returning to this establishment.
