EASILY my favorite company I've ever done business with in the Valley!…read more I had a unique situation with getting a two stage whole home water filtration system added to my existing salt water softener. Brian was so knowledgeable and passionate when he came out to talk about my home's existing plumbing. When we bought the house in 2022, it was called out on our inspection report that the polyethylene piping from the main to our home should be replaced. After talking with Brian, I felt so good getting CWS to replace and redo the poly with good old copper. Michael came out a few days later and did a beautiful job installing all the copper plumbing and two stage water filtration system that includes the water pressure gauges and bypass valves (which are great to have for servicing and/or if something bad happens in the future). I highly recommend everyone get the psi pressure gauges installed ESPECIALLY with the valley having higher water pressure right now with the ongoing construction needs (which I'll talk about next). After Michael completed his job, the city of Phoenix replaced my water meter. Turns out my old water meter near the street had a leak to it. Once the water meter was replaced I noticed the psi on the gauges climbed to 100-110 (depending upon time of day). For those that don't know, plumbing likes to be in the 50-70 psi range. Anything above 90 and you should really get a plumber out to look at your pressure reducing valve (PRV). While my pressure was high, I noticed my backyard irrigation system was EXTREMELY powerful! The way the water from the main gets teed off between inside of my house and backyard pool + irrigation needs, it was obvious city of Phoenix replacing water meter was the culprit. Whenever a water meter gets replaced, they don't do a good job keeping it clean installing it where sediment will often get into the line and cause PRVs to fail. That's what happened with mine where CWS came out the next day and replaced both of my PRVs with Kyle doing a great job as well. Now, my water pressure is sitting nicely at 70 psi. I like my pressure on the higher side of that 50-70psi Lofty review but I really loved having this company update my plumbing and install the whole home 20" big blue water filtration system! They really do care about customers AND the work they do. There's a VERY GOOD reason their reviews are 5/5 on Google and Yelp! Can't beat their prices too that are VERY transparent! Great payment options and warranty as well! Also, I like the products they use since it's NOT relegated to a single manufacturer. Will recommend them to everyone.

Great service! Brynna did a great job explaining the system with no pressure to upsell and awesome…read morefollow up! Kyle arrived early for the install and took the time to do the install right. And, the price was better than competitor offerings. Our 20-year old softener had a sloppy installation with the connection loop going at an angel. Kyle took the previous installed pipes apart and delivered a nice clean install. I love being able to buy local from a company the follows through from the first time I dropped by their office. I strongly recommend using CWS! Once we're ready to replace our RO system, we will definitely call Complete Water Systems.

First off, let me begin by saying that my house was built in 1974. This is an important fact,…read moreespecially when it comes to the plumbing. Over the years, we've had tons of plumbers out to look at the stems in our shower and tub. They always say the same thing... "Wow. That's really old. Those parts may be hard to come by." This latest "flow" started out as a drip and progressed very rapidly. I finally knew I had to call a plumber, but the company that came out the last time something like this happened was out of business. I found two reputable plumbers in my area using Yelp and another website: Copper Line Plumbing and Deer Valley. I called Copper Line first. My information was taken down by gentlemen who told me that he would "forward it to the office" (I must've dialed the emergency line?) and that "someone would get back to me". Since it was almost 10am, I figured someone would call back soon. After waiting 30 minutes for a call back (more on that later), I decided to try Deer Valley. What a difference! I was immediately transferred back to the service department and scheduled for same day service with Eric. The follow up from Deer Valley and Eric was terrific! I knew exactly when he was going to show up and he showed up on time. I explained the age of the house and what I thought the problem was. Eric had had plenty of experience fixing problems with older plumbing. He was great! He knew right where to go to get the parts and got the job done. We've got other plumbing issues coming up, and I'll be calling Eric and Deer Valley! BTW = no knock on Copper Line (their reviews seem good), but they finally called me back and left a voicemail four hours after I had called them. The gentleman who called told me that he could fit me two days later. He told me to respond by phone or text. I texted, and told him that we were going with another plumber. I think I made the right decision.

this was like a 1 star experience…read more Tech came out on 6/24 for a clogged Condensate Drain Line. I confirmed if I could pay with cash, they said yes in the text messages and proceeded to send out a technician that didn't have $40 in change. I go to pay the $240 bill with 3 one hundred dollar bills and the guy acts like it's a hassle to give me change like wtf bro lol Just 2 20 dollar bills and we would've be okay. you don't carry $40? Like what do you do when you need gas in your car and the card reader is down? They said they could take the extra money and cut me a check (which seems like a lot of effort to me) but they couldn't drive 20 seconds to the nearest corner store and just break the cash? In my opinion, technicians should be carrying like $40 - $50 bucks of cash on time for those customers that still pay with cash because they don't want their credit card number out there like that. Because if you give your credit card to everyone then it's more likely to be found in a data breach. They were not willing to drive 30 seconds to the nearest store to break change either. Okay, kinda odd. I couldn't drive myself since I'm on medication that might affect my ability to safely operate a vehicle at this time. So I ended up paying "extra" for the guy to use one of my air conditioner cleaners to clean the inside of the unit. I paid like $300 for this , it included him using one of my chemical cleaners to clean some stuff. The house smelled all day long from all the cleaning products. I wasn't properly educated or informed this might be a possibility so that was a surprise too. I would've politely declined and said no if I had known I'd be breathing in this odd chemical smell during the harsh Arizona summer. Also I definitely feel like these guys are gonna upsell you some special UV light to clean your air like cmon bro that shit doesn't even work these guys tried hitting me with a $1500 service like brother I called you to get the water out of my unit lol So honestly I feel like there's cheaper options out there so you should always do your own research. Won't be calling again. 1 star
