This is definitely an aptly named restaurant since they serve only brunch. But they offer some interesting items, such as ahi tuna nachos or chicken and waffles where the chicken is served in a waffle cone in the shape of a taco. In fact, those are the two items that we had and we loved both of them. The tuna was really high quality, and the chicken and waffles was a great twist on an old favorite. The interior is a bit divey which can be fun. Although on a nice day, it might be more pleasant to sit outside on the sidewalk where it would be a bit quieter. The first cup of coffee could have been hotter and the service a little more attentive, but all in all, we had a nice time.
Small town diner vibes. Party of 7 was accommodated/seated quickly on Sunday for brunch. My family had no complaints about food or service. Serving size is plentiful. The French toast is 10/10! Birthday mimosa with whipped cream and a candle provided upon request for the birthday person in your party.
We chose Loading Gastrobrunch specifically because it advertised an Easter Bunny Brunch Party, and we were looking for a special family Easter brunch experience. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing different about this brunch compared to any regular day dining here. There was no Easter "party" and no Easter Bunny. We asked our waitress twice about the bunny; she checked with her manager twice. Eventually, we were told that something had come up and there would be no Easter Bunny at all. This meant my youngest child missed their annual photo with the Easter Bunny for the first time. Service was also lacking. At one point during our meal, all six of us needed drink refills at the same time--our glasses were either empty or nearly empty. Overall, this was not a good experience, and it was especially disappointing given that it was meant to be a special family Easter brunch. The advertised Easter event did not happen, and there was nothing to make the meal feel festive or special. Huge disappointment. We will not be returning.
Well, I can rest now that I have found the most amazing quesadilla. The cheese is next level. The mushrooms were plump and fresh , the veggies harmonized together to make a masterpiece. I didn't even try the condiments because it needed nothing added.#satisfied
This was my second visit to Loading.... And will be back! I am giving 4 stars based on the previous experience plus this one, which was an improvement from before. Starting with the previous experience, the food was excellent! Literally the BEST Chicken & Waffles I've ever had! Just perfect, the combination of spicy, sweet, and salty! Crispy chicken and slight crunch to the waffle, not soggy like some. But the service was lacking on that visit. I almost didn't return. Based on food I tried again. This experience was the opposite of the lack of customer service. Our server Anisha (sp?) was super bubbly and knowledgeable. She checked on us at the appropriate times, had good food recommendations, and even came to the table prepared with waters to drink immediately. This time I had the Candied Bacon Benedict and a Winnie the Brew Cold Brew coffee. The Benedict was super tasty, and my only complaint was my poached eggs were overcooked. I can live with that, it happens a lot. We were able to eat outside on the front, and enjoy the wide sidewalks while they were setting up for a street fair. I think that happens every Sunday, but I can't sweat to that! Overall, a great experience! Glad there are these dining options in St. Cloud!
What a cute place in downtown St Cloud! Very unique decor inside and even more unique menu! It was a hard decision as to what to get, but being a coffee connoisseur I had to get the Winnie Brew Bear, if even just for the glass (you don't keep it). It was just as good too, and worth the price (small is definitely enough for 1, it is pretty sweet). We all enjoyed our meals, from the Not So Boring Breakfast to the Boring Avocado Toast (with pickled red onions which were such an amazing added touch!). We also had the Chicken and Waffles and the Ultimate Hash! The only reason I did not give this establishment 4 stars was because we did have to wait awhile to be taken care of, waters were brought but apparently our waitress was working the bar, so someone else came to finally take our order. It was also in the pricier side, however, definitely worth it!!
Who doesn't love brunch? My bestie and I finally made it here. It was a nice day out so we decided to sit outside. The server came to the table he took drink order. Started with an Arnold Palmer and the Brittle Piggie. The Brittle Piggie is thick cuts of bacon covered with goodness it comes with peanut brittle and sriracha maple syrup (in my option it wasn't necessary because the bacon was good like it was). I had the Ultimate Omelette (bacon, ham, chorizo, sausage, cheddar jack cheese) with a side of gravy. This omelette was packed with flavors and that sausage gravy was so good.
While visiting a friend in the area, we decided to explore and discovered Loading Gastrobrunch. I ordered the chicken and waffles with mac and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The mac and cheese with candied bacon was my favorite. The bacon was perfectly candied, and the mac and cheese was possibly the best I've ever had. Our server was friendly and attentive, frequently checking if we needed anything and making us feel welcome. The interior decor was a bit inconsistent, with elements like deflated balloons that seemed out of place. Despite this, it was a great experience, and I recommend checking it out.
Food is always good and plentiful. Service was great and the decor is old school and nice. Always feels like the AC is off but def worth coming back for more.
Staff is always warm and welcoming. The maple bacon old fashioned was recommended to us and it did not disappoint. Every single cocktail and brunch dish is delicious here. Highly recommend
Loading Gastrobrunch stayed open later than 3 pm for a downtown St. Cloud Art & Food festival. This was our favorite stop on the food map we were provided. We ordered the tuna nachos, bacon spinach dip and yuca fries. My friend and I could not get over how much we loved the tuna dish. She ordered a second portion. It is crisp tortilla chips layered with seaweed salad and small cubes of fresh tuna. All this was slathered with two sauces. I got my hot sauce on the side but it was manageable. The yuca fries were hot and fresh and the aioli dipping sauce was tasty. This is a very dense dish as yuca is inherently a fibrous vegetable. I enjoyed this but could not eat that many if I wanted to also get an entree. The spinach bacon dip was supposed to come with naan but it looked like pita triangles to me. I thought this dip was heavy and bland. I definitely want to return for brunch as this quirky restaurant seems to a fun dining room and the kitchen really knows how to deliver innovative dishes.
Wow Wow Wow. One of the best brunch places I have ever eaten at. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The vibe is cool and the servers are cool too. We all loved every dish. I had the veggie hash with scrambled eggs. Every flavor burst through and entertained my palate. My wife had the Not Too breakfast, which was enormous. You have to try the candied bacon. It tastes like a protein and a dessert at the same time. This spot was 10 minutes out of my way from Orlando to Miami ... and worth every minute.

Was looking for a brunch spot to try and a local recommended Loading. It's in the nicest part of Saint Cloud. We sat outside and were greeted at our table quickly. The Eats! They have something for everyone. I had the salmon Benedict and my girlfriend had the shrimp and grits ( sorry no pic of it she devoured it). Both tasted great. I had a candy corn flavored sweet tea and also a cotton candy flavored one. They were good just syrupy. Then the gf had a coffee that had vodka in it which she said was good. I can't believe that I have lived my whole life in Orlando in the Central Florida area and never experienced this wonderful place! It is in the downtown area of St. Cloud. The outside area is very nice. The inside can get a little busy, but don't let that deter you. I was greeted by a server who advised me that the wait would be 20 minutes. Honestly, this wasn't bad given the amount of people that were currently in the restaurant. There was immediate seating at the bar area so, we decided to sit there. I did the bottomless mimosas and it is definitely worth it! They have so many different varieties of flavorings for the Mimosa that you can literally go through everyone if you'd like. My personal favorite was the passion fruit flavored Mimosa, although we did have the dragon fruit, flavored Mimosa and that was good as well. I chose to do a sweet item for breakfast, which I never do. I normally go for more savory breakfast however, I heard really good things about the Cinnabun French toast. The bartender described how they make their cinnamon sugar so, I decided to try it. My friend decided on the Gastro burger with a side of mac & cheese. Let me just tell you, we are very picky eaters, and like to consider ourselves foodies. This food was great! I had no complaints which is really, really an oddity when I go out to eat. The food was hot and very inviting as far as presentation goes. My friend's burger was not cooked to the correct temperature however, she did advise that it was very juicy and delicious. I opted to not get the candy bacon because again, I don't eat sweet breakfast foods normally, but the regular bacon was spot on. My only issue was that I had a hair on it but, I chalked it up to be part of the cooking business. You can't always have perfect food and they rectified the issue immediately. I would definitely go back here and eat again because there are a lot of different things. I'd like to try. The food that other people had around me looked delicious as well. I definitely see if you're in the Saint Cloud area that this is a Restaurant that you should check out! read more

My mouth is watering as I write this review because this food was superb! My friend and I were looking for a place near by to do lunch. Saint Cloud is not known for their food so at times this can be a bit tricky but I think we found our new spot! We arrive around 12 pm and they were a bit busy so we did have to wait a little while but it was worth the wait! While we waited we looked around at the locally owned shops in the area and spent time taking pictures. We decided on sitting at the bar because it was the first available and we were ready to eat! We both ordered the strawberry lemonade which was a great pick! It was fresh, light, and sweet! It was definitely hitting the spot for me! During our wait, we decided what we wanted to eat so we went ahead and ordered right away. It did take a little while for our food to come out but once again, it was pretty busy. I ordered the Macho Waffle Taco and oh my goodness, I think that is my new favorite brunch item! The waffle taco was cooked to perfection with a sweet and savory taste. The combination of the extremely delicious Mac n cheese, sweet bacon, and spicy chicken was outstanding! Whoever came up with this combination deserves an award! The potato's were also super delicious and perfectly cooked. I would 100% recommend the Macho Waffle Tacos! My friend ordered the meat, eggs, flip n tatters. As soon as we began eating she could not stop raving about how delicious her pancake was. It was airy and soft with a sweet taste. Her eggs, bacon, and potatoes were also really yummy! I loved the atmosphere of the restaurant! All of the staff was super friendly, cordial, and inviting! I cannot recall the name of our waitress but she was working behind the bar this Sunday and had blonde hair. Shout out to her, she was great! I also saw that they have bottomless mimosas and other great deals! I wasn't able to try out their mimosas this time but the lady next to me told me that ALL the flavors are really good! I was hoping to love this place but it's just okay overall. I'll say that we really enjoyed their bread board which was very good. The chicken and waffles I had: chicken was good but waffles were cold and soggy. Potatoes crispy but boring with just salt for seasoning. My husband's steak and eggs were made fine. Service was great though. It's 40 minutes from my house so I won't be back but the food is okay, just not amazing if you want something to eat early in the morning in st cloud read more

After living here 5 years, finally decided to try thus place. All i gotta say: French Toast french toast. French toast. - my wife ordered it. Its huge. Its delicious and for $12, you will get full or leftovers. Bacon appetizer- nuff said. Great tasting maple bacon. Didn't care for the siracha maple on the side, not spicy, but the bacon and presentation was cool. I had the healthy plate. Good. Healthy. Decent portion but with the brown rice and quinoa, it will make you feel fresh. Ice teas , sweet and unsweet are home brewed and delightful. Service - nice waitress and good service. Why only 4 stars? They make you use your phone to see the menu. I did manage to get a paper copy but it was a bit of a put off scrolling through my phone. Not a big deal but with no masks required.... Also seating is a bit tight and you can easily hear many convos but the atmosphere and french toast is well worth it. Support local businesses. read more

Truly pretentious and expensive mediocre food. 2 of our 3 meals were well prepared and entirely edible albeit needlessly overpriced. The Steak was ordered to be fired Medium and was presented rare. Very kindly requested a little more time on the grill, was told by the server, "oh what you really wanted was Medium Well" then, after 5 more minutes in the kitchen he brought the thing back and it wasn't any different at all. You look and be the judge. "What you really meant was..." Ugh GFY That's a rare steak after 2 trips to the grill. Not a bite was taken not a word from the waiter other than I'll get you a box. I'm delayed in writing this post, but this place is wonderful! We visited after the annual craft fair in December, and sat outside due to bringing our dog. We had the most wonderfully knowledgable mixologist serve us. He knew just what we would like, practically just by looking at us! And boy was he correct. All of his suggestions were delicious!! From the food to the drinks (which aren't cheap, but worth every penny!). I would definitely recommend this place. Wish it was open a little later, it closed mid-afternoon, which felt a little early for how busy it was. read more

Wow!! The food was phenomenal! I can't wait to come back! I had a Bloody Mary which was so good and my friend had the peanut butter cup cereal infused cocktail which was also delish and such a cool concept! We shared the cinnibun (think that's what it's called) French toast and whoa! That was to die for!! Definitely shareable. It's super sweet but so worth it - just melts in your mouth. I had the shrimp and grits and she had a scramble. Both delicious! One of the best shrimp and grits I've ever had and portion size was good..I had leftovers. Service was great, cute spot. Definitely make a reservation for the weekend. Cute market on the street too (we went on a Sunday) Can't wait to come back! read more

This little gem in St. Cloud surpassed my expectations, typically I won't travel too far away from home but a friend recommended it to me so I had to give them a try. The waitress Sarah, was kind, friendly and was on top of everything. We started with bottomless mimosas which are served ALL DAY EVERYDAY! They were poured heavily and had an array of flavors. My favorite has to be between the passion fruit, mango & strawberry! Next we ordered the Shrimp and Grits along with the Macho Waffle Tacos. The shrimp and grits was served in a huge bowl and had plenty of ham & pieces of sausage, the sauce was flavorful and complimented the grits so well. Probably hands down my favorite thing on the menu, and definitely large enough to share with someone else. The Macho Waffle Tacos were creative and delicious! Something about that crunchy sweet taco shell along with the mac and bacon made me savor every single bite. They were served with a side of potatoes that were melt in your mouth soft which I used to dip into the shrimp and grits. We wanted to order dessert but we were so full by the end of our dishes. This restaurant would get an excellent from me if I was just reviewing the food, cocktails and servers. All these are great. I have been there and sat at the bar for cocktail and appetizers and loved it! Twice I sat outside and enjoyed the brunch. Food is off the charts good, really! The staff is very nice and I haven't had a server or bartender I didn't like and the place is charming! Here is where I have some issues. Wait time. I have been lucky and walked in and been seated without a wait, (unlike another reviewer) but the wait time for our meals, way to long! I can chat and fill time but when I start question where the food is, that's a problem. As my friend said once our food arrived, "If the food wasn't so good you wouldn't come back." From the time we sat down to the time we got our food is was 50 minutes. This has happened twice on two different Friday mornings around 10am. My other issue is the inconsistencies with masks and social distancing. Most of the servers are wearing masks but I have watched bartenders with masks off while making cocktails, even having one walk up to us in a mask, start chatting then take off her mask with us. We were seated at the bar having our cocktails unmasked because we were eating and drinking but what was I to do when she unmasked while taking to us? What's done is done. She was a good bartender and a lovely person but my expectation is the staff stays masked while serving me. So to recap. Everything is excellent about Loading Gastrobrunch; food, cocktails, nice staff, cool decor BUT wait time for food and Covid protocols. Not everyone has the same expectations but being consistent is important as a restaurant. BUT this is not stopping me from going back! I will just plan for time, be careful where I sit and make clear my expectations for wearing masks while around me. read more

I have mixed emotions about this place because I was so excited to come here. To begin with, our server was so sweet and tried to be as attentive as possible but this place didn't live up to its hype for me. Another random server came to check in on my table but was irritated almost when we asked about our food, we waited approx 35-45 minutes minimum after orders were placed and the food was just warm when it reached our table. The chicken was dry but it was flavorful when mixed with the spicy syrup, I like the idea behind this dish but something was missing and overall not worth it. I can't say I'd personally recommend this place. read more

This place is a gem! if you want great brunch, this is the place to go! I got the chicken and waffles- Ah they were amazing! Can't say enough for this place, give yourself a nice experience and visit them. Definitely coming back again! Our servers were both very nice and gave us amazing customer service. Wow! If I could leave just one word for a review. Saint Cloud has some of the best hidden gems. This one gets my vote for brunch hands down. Unique menu items and flavor explosions that make you table dance with delight. My excitement continued to build as I watched plates being delivered to other tables. Great service from the staff and the owners consistently greet and talk to each table. The bacon was recommended by a friend but with a warning that it could become an addiction. WAIT: Very inaccurate wait estimate given by the hostess. You can expect very long waits on the weekend. I went in on Sunday around 11:30am and was told 15 minutes for a party of 2 by the hostess. After 50 minutes of waiting we went in to inquire about the wait. We ended up at the bar; otherwise, it would have been longer to wait. COVID: Since I sat at the bar I had the opportunity to watch the staff. There's few precautions being taken regarding COVID. Some of the staff is not wearing masks at all (the bartender) and the others wear their masks improperly (below the chin with nose and mouth uncovered). When they make their drinks, they use bare hands to grab the fruit/garnishes. They do have hand sanitizer on the tables but otherwise it seems like business as usual. FOOD: Food takes a while to come out. The french toast, bacon and biscuits and gravy was very yummy. The potatoes had good seasoning but were too salty. SERVICE: Friendly employees. They're just too busy to be able to provide prompt service. OVERALL: Good food but not worth the long wait and the packed like sardines atmosphere. read more

Great food!!!! My daughter, husband & I visited on my birthday! The food was great!! My daughter ate all of her food! And the different flavors of mimosas were amazing! (Pomegranate was my fave) I would def recommend this spot! read more

I enjoyed everything about this place. We had 3 dishes between 2 people so we could try more food. We had 2 types of tacos and delicious burrito which I can't even describe. The Mac and cheese combination is delish!! Ambiance is noisy and fun because everyone wants to be there. Service was epic (Laura at the bar is fantastic, sweet and a rock star). read more

Omg loved it... we live in apopka but had race in Kissimmee Osceola Heritage Park. Once our race was over we were hungry and ready for brunch and drinks. Look up and this place came up.. We took drive abot 7 miles and let me tell you it HIT THE SPOT!! We got there before the RUSH... breakfast was delicious, All fresh ingredients and beautiful presentation of the plates.. the espresso martini was delicious, I usually have mines with no Bailey but it was good, so good had another I'm so glad we were able to come and experience this place... place was bit busy so please be patient and enjoy... service was on point and our server was attentive and friendly ... What a treat for downtown Saint Cloud! The establishment has enthusiastic hosts and servers as well as outdoor seating. The menu is very nice and features anything but "Boring" selections. A bit on the healthy side, Loading Gastrobrunch features Candied bacon that can be ordered to taste. (Really yummy) Family style seating inside seems to be working quite well as is the full bar. We are looking forward to coming back for consequent visits as the food, though a bit slow to arrive, is exceptionally well made, well presented and tastes great. The forced listening tends to stray quite far from the demographic, however it is at 48 decibels so it is not as intrusive as many local eateries. Management might be reminded to actually look at the age group of the folks spending money and adjust accordingly, while bearing in mind that it's NOT about the kids working there. Young man tending bar (server) was dismissive and did not have a "Service" attitude. Other than this the staff was really great. As it turns out, the restaurant is not proudly posting its ASCAP compliance sticker in the window and after speaking to the staff, they will quickly be looking into becoming compliant before the ASCAP folks come in for a visit. : ) read more
