We chose Loading Gastrobrunch specifically because it advertised an Easter Bunny Brunch Party, and we were looking for a special family Easter brunch experience. Unfortunately, there was absolutely nothing different about this brunch compared to any regular day dining here. There was no Easter "party" and no Easter Bunny. We asked our waitress twice about the bunny; she checked with her manager twice. Eventually, we were told that something had come up and there would be no Easter Bunny at all. This meant my youngest child missed their annual photo with the Easter Bunny for the first time. Service was also lacking. At one point during our meal, all six of us needed drink refills at the same time--our glasses were either empty or nearly empty. Overall, this was not a good experience, and it was especially disappointing given that it was meant to be a special family Easter brunch. The advertised Easter event did not happen, and there was nothing to make the meal feel festive or special. Huge disappointment. We will not be returning.
This was my second visit to Loading.... And will be back! I am giving 4 stars based on the previous experience plus this one, which was an improvement from before. Starting with the previous experience, the food was excellent! Literally the BEST Chicken & Waffles I've ever had! Just perfect, the combination of spicy, sweet, and salty! Crispy chicken and slight crunch to the waffle, not soggy like some. But the service was lacking on that visit. I almost didn't return. Based on food I tried again. This experience was the opposite of the lack of customer service. Our server Anisha (sp?) was super bubbly and knowledgeable. She checked on us at the appropriate times, had good food recommendations, and even came to the table prepared with waters to drink immediately. This time I had the Candied Bacon Benedict and a Winnie the Brew Cold Brew coffee. The Benedict was super tasty, and my only complaint was my poached eggs were overcooked. I can live with that, it happens a lot. We were able to eat outside on the front, and enjoy the wide sidewalks while they were setting up for a street fair. I think that happens every Sunday, but I can't sweat to that! Overall, a great experience! Glad there are these dining options in St. Cloud!
What a cute place in downtown St Cloud! Very unique decor inside and even more unique menu! It was a hard decision as to what to get, but being a coffee connoisseur I had to get the Winnie Brew Bear, if even just for the glass (you don't keep it). It was just as good too, and worth the price (small is definitely enough for 1, it is pretty sweet). We all enjoyed our meals, from the Not So Boring Breakfast to the Boring Avocado Toast (with pickled red onions which were such an amazing added touch!). We also had the Chicken and Waffles and the Ultimate Hash! The only reason I did not give this establishment 4 stars was because we did have to wait awhile to be taken care of, waters were brought but apparently our waitress was working the bar, so someone else came to finally take our order. It was also in the pricier side, however, definitely worth it!!
Wow Wow Wow. One of the best brunch places I have ever eaten at. Everything is so fresh and flavorful. The vibe is cool and the servers are cool too. We all loved every dish. I had the veggie hash with scrambled eggs. Every flavor burst through and entertained my palate. My wife had the Not Too breakfast, which was enormous. You have to try the candied bacon. It tastes like a protein and a dessert at the same time. This spot was 10 minutes out of my way from Orlando to Miami ... and worth every minute.
Who doesn't love brunch? My bestie and I finally made it here. It was a nice day out so we decided to sit outside. The server came to the table he took drink order. Started with an Arnold Palmer and the Brittle Piggie. The Brittle Piggie is thick cuts of bacon covered with goodness it comes with peanut brittle and sriracha maple syrup (in my option it wasn't necessary because the bacon was good like it was). I had the Ultimate Omelette (bacon, ham, chorizo, sausage, cheddar jack cheese) with a side of gravy. This omelette was packed with flavors and that sausage gravy was so good.
While visiting a friend in the area, we decided to explore and discovered Loading Gastrobrunch. I ordered the chicken and waffles with mac and cheese. I was pleasantly surprised by the generous portions. The mac and cheese with candied bacon was my favorite. The bacon was perfectly candied, and the mac and cheese was possibly the best I've ever had. Our server was friendly and attentive, frequently checking if we needed anything and making us feel welcome. The interior decor was a bit inconsistent, with elements like deflated balloons that seemed out of place. Despite this, it was a great experience, and I recommend checking it out.
Absolutely amazing food!! We went about 40 mins before they closed and they still took us! The food was absolutely delicious, I highly recommend the waffle tacos because they were heavenly. Everything was so flavorful, even the waffles (which i find at restaurants they usually don't). Highly recommend!
Loading Gastrobrunch stayed open later than 3 pm for a downtown St. Cloud Art & Food festival. This was our favorite stop on the food map we were provided. We ordered the tuna nachos, bacon spinach dip and yuca fries. My friend and I could not get over how much we loved the tuna dish. She ordered a second portion. It is crisp tortilla chips layered with seaweed salad and small cubes of fresh tuna. All this was slathered with two sauces. I got my hot sauce on the side but it was manageable. The yuca fries were hot and fresh and the aioli dipping sauce was tasty. This is a very dense dish as yuca is inherently a fibrous vegetable. I enjoyed this but could not eat that many if I wanted to also get an entree. The spinach bacon dip was supposed to come with naan but it looked like pita triangles to me. I thought this dip was heavy and bland. I definitely want to return for brunch as this quirky restaurant seems to a fun dining room and the kitchen really knows how to deliver innovative dishes.
We recently tried Loading Gastrobrunch for the first time and enjoyed it! We did have a large group and called ahead of time to ensure they would be able to accommodate us. The restaurant itself is small. They have a few tables outside, and most of their seating inside. What stuck out to me was the large table in the middle of the restaurant that they were able to sit not only larger parties at, but multiple parties at! They had such a wide selection of drinks, both alcoholic and non alcoholic, coffees and more! A few of us got the honey cold brew coffee which was really good! Their food selections were also plentiful. All food items we had were super tasty, and made to order! We noticed that we didn't just have one server, it was a team effort to take orders and run food out among the staff. Unfortunately this made it hard to get refills on drinks, or ask questions if we had any. The servers were nice, but you could tell they were very short staffed and spread thin. When our group started receiving food, only 4 of the 6 meals came out initially. At first we didn't think much of it since we knew we were a bigger group and it's truly impossible to bring everyone's food out at once. After 10 or so minutes of waiting, one more meal was brought out. Our 6th member still was waiting on their food, but we kept seeing other tables and people around us continuing to get food brought out. Had we not flagged someone down and asked, we don't believe he would have gotten his order since it seemed as though they forgot. Overall the service was okay, but the food made up for it! I would consider coming here again!

I have heard mixed reviews on this place about service and food. My experience was A+. Busy Sunday, we made a reservation. Tried to go Saturday and they were booked up with a 45 min wait. So I suggest reservations or call ahead at least. Great experience. The staff was on point, food was really good. Avocado Toast, shrimp and grits, waffle tacos and I forget the other but it was eggs and meat ! Lol. read more

Five stars is the only rating this place should ever get. Charm and hospitality ooze from every corner. Everything was amazing! We tried the cinni-bun French toast, spaniflora avocado toast, and the chicken and waffles. Let's not forget the grits; they are the best I've ever tasted. Wow, I am speechless. This place is nothing short of amazing - others must agree because we had a wait (Sunday Brunch). Everything about our experience was perfect - drinks, food, and service were top notch even with a full house. Definitely looking forward to return in the future! What an amazing place for brunch. If you are in the St. Cloud area you must stop by and check them out. Alex was our amazing waitress who kept my peach belinis coming. Chicken and waffles are phenomenal. The chicken is juicy inside and crunchy outside. It is drizzled with a sweet and spicy sauce that it's to die for.the French toast is huge and very delicious . Now let me say something about the Mac and cheese..OMG,BEST MAC AND CHEESE. The flavor of this Mac and cheese is one that you won't forget. We came to town for a photo shoot at Lake Runnymeade and since we were in the area we found this place via Yelp. Read a few reviews saw a few pictures and we were ready to try it out. They have a few outdoor tables in the front under an overhang, which we needed since we had our dog with us. It is nicely situated on the cute downtown road with lots of character and charm. There is a lot of contactless parts to this establishment so if you don't have your phone like me (bring your husband, for his phone lol), they use this for menus and paying. We had a really nice hostess and waitress who was very attentive to offering water for our dog and making sure we had a high chair for our little human. Great recommendations on food and drink. We had a great experience, and meal. We definitely recommend this place. read more

I have heard about this place from various friends and wanted to check it out and the downtown St Cloud area. It's located in a historic hotel site. We have reservations and had a little problem and had to wait 45+ minutes but it was worth the wait. Inside it is fairly small but quaintly decorated. I went on a Sunday at 11am for their brunch special. The service was fast and the wait staff was very friendly. I ordered the ultimate breakfast hash which was very good and tasty! I would recommend coming on a day that's not as busy but overall good experience. read more

In looking for brunch places in Kissimmee, this was the first place that popped up and I'm so glad I made a reservation. Everything was superb! From the service the minute you walk in, to the farewell after your bellies are really full and happy. Our server Alex (lovely young lady) was very attentive and just took good care of us. The dishes we got were the Salmon Benedict, Biscuits and Gravy, Macho Waffle Tacos, Chicken and Waffles and Belgian waffles. All dishes were tasty and they were the perfect portions. The food is priced reasonably. Overall, this will be our brunch spot whenever we visit Kissimmee, which I'm glad it's often. read more

I heard great things about this place so came on a Saturday around 1130 for brunch. After a70 minutes wait and checking out all the nearby shops I started to leave. Then I got a text, so I came back and the waitress was extremely nice and kept apologizing. There was only 1or2 cooks that day and they were BUSY. I get it. So we stayed. Food was great! Bloody Mary's were on point! Hard to give it more than a 3 star because of the almost 2 hour wait to eat but hope to give it another go in the future. read more
Was given a 45 minute wait time, place is paced! We understand staffing is short, we are not in a hurry. Food looks amazing! Waiting approximately 35 minutes. We were seated outside-- its hot! We waited 40 minutes for a server, when the server finally showed up she went to other table (folks at this table were just seated) lol ok so maybe she was not our server. I went inside to inquire if we had a server, I explained it's hot & would appreciate if someone could take our drink order. The server from the other table came, she explained she was not our server but would take the drink order. #ThankYou #SweatIsPouringOffMe Server finally came out, she went straight to another table that was seated after us... #really She proceeded to explained she will be back to take their orders. She comes to our table & I politely stated we were seated first! Ok we have been waiting to place our order for over an hour now. She walks out and goes to other table (these people have been seating for 20 minutes tops) #PissingMeOff The guy at the table gives me the mean eye! Whatever hahahaha!!! Well the food was amazing!! I wanted to give it 2 stars but I can't!! I had the boring breakfast standard two eggs bacon potatoes & biscuit. Everything was delicious the house-made berry jam is an up charge --- they don't have regular jelly or jam I didn't think that was cool but it was very very good. The ultimate hash hubby said was very good he doesn't like cheese but he didn't read the description. The wait is ridiculously long but it was delicious. We were seated at 11:38 we are just now leaving at 1:16pm... I know the server thought we weren't going to leave a tip however the bill was $38.Xx we left a $50.00 I even said 'have a good day' She did not even look at me, she looked at the table to ensure I paid the bill!! I unexpectedly stumbled across this restaurant and boy am I thankful. This place is truly a hidden gem. The ambiance is amazing, the food was delicious, and the service was fantastic. We ordered "The Boring Breakfast, The Mac Attack Wrap, and The Chicken N Waffles." Let's just say that our tummies were very happy. This is now officially my new favorite breakfast/ brunch spot. This spot is AMAZING! Key takeaways: choose the seating to your taste, enjoy the cheap delicious brunch and get the WAFFLE. We stopped by to get brunch on Sunday. The place was packed (and super noisy) but the hostess was very accommodating and showed us a small bar behind the main room. It was tiny, cozy and much more quiet- exactly what we needed. While we were sort of separated from the main room, we never felt abandoned. The service was impeccable. We sat down and ordered coffee - regular and cold brew. I loved the cold brew coffee, it was infused with honey and came with a sweet treat and in a cute glass. So delicious! After a few minutes, I also decided to get a mimosa, from the bunch of flavors I decided on pomegranate. It was a bit flat but I guess because they pre-make it for the unlimited option (I believe it is $19 for unlimited mimosas!). We waited for our food for about 1 hour, but, oh man, it was worth it. While waiting, my husband got another coffee and I got another mimosa- coz what is brunch without mimosas?! Both my husband and I got the boring avocado toast from the healthier menu - it was very tasty. We decided to share a Belgian waffle with berries too. OMG. The waffle was heaven on earth! The waffle itself was not enough salty (to my taste) but with the butter and maple syrup it was perfect. It was very light, airy and just delicious. It is by far the best waffle I ever had. Our check was $59 which is super cheap for 2 coffees, 2 mimosas, 1 cold brew, 2 main dishes and a desert. When I am I the area, I will definitely come back. First time in and everything was great! Service was wonderful! So happy to this St.Cloud addition! The food was great and the drinks as well! I got cold brew and my boyfriend got the peanut butter cup. We also got brussel sprouts and cinni bun French toast and it was delicious! Had an amazing experience dining for brunch at this establishment. Continue to celebrate my wife birthday weekend and wanted to have brunch with bottomless mimosas. The food was outstanding and our waitress name Bailey was extremely courteous. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be coming back. Can't believe it's located near our neighborhood! read more

My family and I were trying to find a place to eat after going on a boat and we came across this place, the staff were very nice and welcoming. I got the Chicken n Waffles, it was so good 10/10, the waffle was soft, I got the grits on the side, hands down the best grits I have ever had. I got a Winnie Cold Brew and it came in a cute little bear glass, we were served within 10 minutes of sitting down, the place was very cozy and cute. Definitely worth the trip!! read more

So I have to give a HUGE shoutout to Loading.Gastrobrunch !!! On a recent visit, I was greeted and seated pretty quick. Since I was by myself (I love lone wolf dates ), I sat at the bar. Now the day I happened to go, was on a Sunday, and it was quite busy. Not that I minded at all, but what made my experience a truly AMAZING one, was the attentiveness of everyone! Everyone seemed to go above and beyond and STILL remain kind in that huge rush/busy Sunday brunch hours. Now onto the food.... WOW! Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE a good, solid breakfast. More so, something made with CARE and love. I don't know about you guys but I really feel like I can tell when something is just "slopped," together. But THIS?! Literally everything was PERFECT. The biscuit was delicious, NOT dry at all if y'all were wondering about it. Maybe a touch of sourdough?! Idk but that little fluff of Heaven really hit my soul different. Oh and Forget about that skillet - any hanger I may have had, completely ESCAPED my body after that first bite. All the flavors blended perfectly, it was all flavored extremely well, not too salty, or "bland." It was literally just perfect. Oh and that GRAVY HIT too Really everything was so so good and fulfilling - to the temperature of the food, to even the COFFEE... YES I said it, the POT OF BREWED coffee. You know, I wasn't sure what I would be expecting since I didn't order any craft coffee drinks...but let me tell you how BLOWN away my mind was because this was the best "restaurant pot of coffee," EVER. Let me tell ya, all of my past single years (and before motherhood), I adored going out to eat by myself to different places, you know, just trying new things and exploring different areas. But this place?! I am SO glad they picked the location that was chosen too, because the city DESPERATELY NEEDED an AMAZING breakfast/ brunch (and I believe they have lunch and dinner now too?!) spot!!! And if I may give a little more PERSONAL shoutouts, Bailey and Jahnae killed it. Give these ladies a promotion / a raise / recognition. Whatever it is!!! Jahnae was ssooooo super sweet and warm. Extremely attentive but not bothersome at all. Bailey also, she was so super sweet and really knew her stuff! Thank you Loading for making my first time there an extremely pleasant and memorable one. I look forward to bringing my loved ones in the near future. read more
