Horrible service,all employees here are rude, never going back, every time I come here there's always new employees.

I've had breakfast here several times this week, the service is always fast and friendly. Love their comfort food selections. Will be back.

Stopped here for take out breakfast and coffee. Ordered bfast sandwich and two scrambled eggs. Waited 30 min for French roast coffee and the breakfast blend which was worse than our hotel coffee. Finally gave up on the food and walked away. Questionable food handling as I watched. Would rather go to McDonalds! read more

Don't waste your time or money. The food was ok (cold), but the service is HORRIBLE. The place was dead and we waited forever to order, for our food and for the bill so we could just leave. Wow, Tim from Breck and I almost had the same experience except that I was dumb enough to wait it out for almost an hour. Never got to the breakfast food although the people at table near us who came in 15 minutes after us did get their order. We did get coffee but then it was wait, wait and wait for our food but to no avail. We finally booked out of there after I got up and saw no activity by the cook in the kitchen. Not sure how this restaurant has as many stars as it does. Ordered the Philly Burrito and French Toast... blah. Looks like the cheese melted on the burrito at one point, but by the time it was served to me it was firm again (cold). French toast was just ok and about room temperature as well. The restaurant was hardly what I would call busy. As for price... not expensive, but when I can get an awesome HOT breakfast burrito from Santiago's for $2.50, they are way overpriced. Service was terrible and waitress/hostess did not acknowledge us when we came in and was not friendly. I wanted to add that she was talking to 2 other staff members as we stood there. Save the gossip for later. If you don't like your job, get a different one. I would not recommend this place to anyone and is on my list of restaurants not to go back to. Maybe they should stick to smoothies and lattes. For anyone in management my husband and I were the on 7/26 so you know who your staff was. Although, I see similar reviews so my guess is this review won't change much. Adding comment... John P.'s review is a rebuttal of mine. What a joke! Looks like for every 1 or 2 star review there is another to negate the affects by giving 4 or 5 stars. Yikes! The apres ski scene here is a little rough and edgy. Good beer selection, very diverse menu, friendly servers (I know-tough to believe they exist in the Valley, right?), and excellent people-watching. The music was a little tough to take, hard core heavy metal laced with profanity. It didn't seem to bother any of the locals who were getting absolutely blitzed. I recommend this place for the simple fact that none of the 'beautiful people' will show up to spoil things with their arrogance. read more

The people and staff are the best part about this place. It's one of the only chill coffee shop's in the valley that doesn't close at 2pm. I love to study here during the day, its a great change of scenery. It has free wi-fi, good food/coffee, accessible power sources and its comfortable! Not to mention the Karaoke at night is pretty fun as well. :) read more

DO NOT EAT HERE! Terribly rude staff, THEY CHARGE EXTRA TO SIT ON THE PATIO (which they didn't tell us up front), and they charge extra for side condiments. No kids menu so we paid $15 for chicken fingers for a 3 year old. It's really ridiculous how they nickel and dime you. I asked for a side of ranch dressing after we received our meal and she said that was extra and i would need to get back in line. Been coming to Joe's for a while. Girl was friendly at the counter. Ordered a simple breakfast sandwich requested no cheese and a burrito to go. The girl was concerned more about filling my water bottle than making sure my food was how I ordered. Long walk home to deliver sandwich to someone with dairy intolerance. Supreme dissapointment and wasted money to buy another sandwich from another restaraunt. It's a simple task people read the damn ticket!!!!! read more

Went for casual breakfast at 09:50. It took waitress 5 minutes to acknowledge us. Ordered coke and tea. 10 minutes they arrived. Meanwhile 3 tables came and ordered and 2 received their food. We finally ordered.....41 minutes later I asked the only waitress there where the food was, she ignored me. I asked again politely. 10 minutes our order came. Our drinks were empty and it was slam them on table and leave with bill. They took off one breakfast order. I left a tip because I felt sorry for waitress. Avoid this place like the plague. 1. One waitress with 20 customers= bad management! 2. Tea was very cool and weak( hot tea). 3. Breakfast sandwich pretty good. 4. Bathroom smelled like an open grave! 5. Locals get priority,especially 4 top next to us who were so full of themselves and wasted servers time. Avon, Colorado- Cute spot with great views but food is less than fabulous as is service- it was pretty slow. We were able to snag two super comfy chairs facing the gorgeous mountains and that was the best part. Other than french fries not much for a vegan and only a couple for the vegetarian. My bf asked for no eggs or salmon in his salad and seemed to get double. The coffee was good and they offer dairy alternatives so thumbs up for that. read more

Great place for breakfast. The coffees are varied and exquisite. Milky Way, snickers, Spanish? You had me at ghirardelli chocolate and espresso. The breakfast burritos are tasty. Customer service was also great, our waitress checked up on us every once in awhile and she was a sweetheart. Location is also great. Decided to try out Loaded Joe's for breakfast, as we've frequented this location several times in the past for drinks and Karoeke (sp). We sat down (family of 4) and we're quickly greeted for our drink orders...then it all went down hill from there. After a 40 minute wait we asked for our coffee's and kids drinks. They looked puzzled and came up with a story that the computers crashed and lost our order...strange that nobody else's orders were lost around us. However, the we're other tables getting frustrated with the lack of service and started leaving as well. We decided to stick it out and wait for our food. 65 minutes in, we finally received our coffee....which was delicious! However, they never brought our kids drinks. 70 minutes now, we finally get our food. Classic burrito was amazing! French Toast was out of this world, my son's egg sandwich had a massive hair in it...so that was not consumed....and my daughter never received her smoothie. :( Overall, this experience sucked, which is sad because the potential is there. What food they finally bring you is great (minus the gross hair), but the service and attitude is arguably the worst I've ever received. 2 stars because what was edible, was fantastic. read more

Relax and enjoy while waiting for service. The good breakfast food and great view are worth it. If you're in a hurry, order to go, because the service is slow and casual. Everyone is super friendly, but there is not enough staff to turn the tables over. If you can chill, the food is fantastic. Loaded Joes is your quintisential locals hang out with a good mixture of vibes during the day and then into the night. If you have a few hours to burn, need to do some studying or get some work done, it's a great location to refuel on an array of caffeinated options while plugging in your laptop and setting up shop on one of the many leather couches. It not only hosts a good variety of bands and DJs but also has a shuffleboard table and pool table to keep you entertained long into the wee hours of the night. It's a good option for anyone who is staying in Beaver Creek that would like to get away from the tourist traps and confines of BC and rub elbows with some locals. All in all, it's one of my favorite places to unwind in the Valley. read more

A central hub for Avon. Great coffee and a delicious menu. A great place to play trivia in the evenings. Their pool table is descent. Good local feel with wifi with hard liquor for your coffee. For the Male Valley this place has good variety in men and women. read more

I pass Avon on kayaking trips and always make a point to stop at Loaded Joe's. The breakfast can't be matched, it is truly fantastic. The atmosphere is amazing, a coffee shop/bar nestled in the Rockies with a perfect view of the mountains and a patio to enjoy it from. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is I got a burger here once and it was nasty (I'll stick to the stuffed French toast which is like manna from heaven) and I nearly die every time navigating the roundabouts on my way there. The service was terrible, kept having to find our waitress to request that our water actually have some ice. A man with three dogs enveloped the outdoor area so no point trying to sit there. I was visiting Vail for a family wedding. Being a huge fan of coffee and cafe's, when I found this place on Yelp I was pretty pumped. I was impressed with the vibe, and the staff was friendly, but my coffee was no bueno. I think it was my fault. I ordered something off the menu and it didn't come out right. I appreciate the willingness to let me make the order so, I wont hold it against them. The breakfast sandwich was not that delicious-ness you expect in a ski town. If I was headed up the mountain, I would be disappointed, their breakfast sangwich is Busch League. Less microwave and more flavor fellas. If I'm back in Vail someday, i would visit again, but order safe. read more
