First time here, getting a coffee before some Mtn biking in last Saturday. It's your typical coffee shop, but in the middle of luxurious Beaver Creek resort! They have a somewhat small entry but not bad. The barista was super nice and helpful picking out a drink. They have the typical coffees and teas, and a great looking selection of pastries! I'm sure a lot of employees come for breakfast. I grabbed a ice chai tea for around $6. I thought it was a good deal, but I seldom drink coffee or tea. It was tasty and kept me energized through the long biking and drinking beer day at Oktoberfest. I'll surely be heading here again and trying some other treats! read more

It wasn't that we disliked the coffee/matcha/tea, it was that we found it to be kind of average in comparison to the other spots around Vail and Beaver Creek. This location is great for when you are skiing and just hanging out around Beaver Creek but it doesn't take advantage of some unique and homemade flavors like the other coffee houses. I asked everyone around me and they all said the same in the family, as well as with the bakery items... just average. read more

Regular grab and go cafe but they have empanadas! The chicken empanada was pretty good, very filling and had a lot of meat to start my full day of snowboarding. I also had a matcha latte which was very flavorful, I asked the barista to sweeten it since I have a sweet tooth. The service was very friendly. Prices were good. I quickly learned that this town does not open early! Vail mountain opened ~8am and quickly had a line out the door. This is a pretty basic coffee shop with a few food items but I was very satisfied with my choices. I had a nitro cold brew with vanilla syrup and oat milk. It had the right concoction of add ins and had a smooth taste. I also had a plain bagel which is apparently from a local business which was also tasty and very fresh tasting. read more

The girl making the coffee started arguing with me saying she had already given me all my coffees when she hadn't. She even got me mixed up with someone else who said came back and asked for more whip cream. I told her that wasn't me and she kept arguing saying yes it was. I said no it wasn't. She finally said fine and turned around and gave me attitude. So not ok for a ski resort. read more

I love Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea! It's GREAT to see a local coffee company on Beaver Creek Mountain. The dark roast is smooth (it's what I order daily), the baristas are kind, efficient, and mountain smart ask them any local questions and you won't be disappointed! Excellent coffee house steps from the slopes in Beaver Creek Village. The espresso drinks are exceptional and they offer soy, oat, and almond milk alternatives. In what are maybe the most unusual food offerings you will find at any coffee establishment are three varieties of tasty homemade empanadas. Not exactly a breakfast food, but neither is cold pizza which many of us seem to enjoy nonetheless. read more

Loved this cafe!!! So convenient & delicious!! Thanks to Rafaela at The Pines Lodge who recommended this place that was open at 7am so we could eat breakfast before getting fitted for our skis at the ski shop down the stairs/next door. Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea had such scrumptiously delicious & moist muffins...tried the blueberry and lemon/apple. And they warm them up for you! Family tried the ham and cheese croissant and the spinach ricottas. Great way to start the ski day for a light quick breakfast. Service was always friendly & fast...they even gave out cups of water. We loved sitting inside or outside and watching all the folks getting ready to ski for the day. Pricey but expected for Beaver Creek Village. Would love to come back! read more

Great coffee! We got pour over coffees for $3 and they were huge. It was great and had so much seating. Bacon quiche was delish too!

Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Co. is a great coffee shop located in Beaver Creek Village at the bottom of the Centennial Express Lift (it is located in the same spot where a Starbucks used to be). The interior has a fresh mountain vibe, and they have a few tables that you can sit at, both inside and outside. The staff here are very friendly and the service was fast. I ordered some lattes, mochas, hot cocoa, and chai tea, and everyone in my party enjoyed their beverage. They serve their own coffee which is delicious and the chai tea is Sherpa Chai. They also have light bites like muffins, empanadas, chocolate croissants, chocolate chip cookies, etc. and they have other beverage options in the refrigerated section. I tried the chocolate croissant and chocolate chip cookie, both were very good! They have cocktails on the menu, which I didn't get a chance to try, but hope to on my next visit. Vail Mountain Coffee & Tea Co. is a lovely addition to the village, and it's conveniently located to grab some coffee before exploring the mountain. I look forward to stopping by again on my next ski trip and encourage you to do the same if you're looking to "Fuel Your Adventure"! read more

Not recommended, but no other coffee place in Beaver Creek. The food is expensive and average. Ours was not heated up properly so was cold in the middle. The baristas are not baristas but ski bums waiting for their day off to go ride. They have no idea how to make a good coffee, and had no knowledge on their product. read more

But at 8 AM on Sunday morning, the staff seemed -- in appearance and manor -- as if they had literally rolled out of bed. And the espresso tasted bad.
