*** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2026 menu *** This has been one of my bookmarks for a while now, and when I saw it on the RW list, I picked a date and locked it in. I went for their lunch menu. For the empanada--and there are many--I chose the Cubano with pork, ham, pickle and white cheddar in their special mayo sauce. The empanada was served with a small container of Mojo aioli. The service was Was different from the publisged menu. Course 2 was served first and it was perfect! I ordered the mushroom soup. It was very hearty and served very hot. For the empanada course, the Cubano was a good choice. The flavor that came through the most was the pulled pork. The other ingredients stated on the menu didn;t stand out as much. The mojo aioli was outstanding. For dessert, there isn't a choice at lunch. It is flan and it was very good. It was very close to what my wife's aunt used to make to spoil me. Soft, creamy, with a great flavor, it was a perfect ending to this lunch. I definitely will be back. They also gave me my choice of seating and I chose the back to watch the FIFA match between Canada and Bosnia Herzegovina. What a way to enjoy lunch!

Very good! I placed a mobile order but was a little nervous where I could park because that lots is always crazy. Luckily they have quite a few 15 minute parking spots. I was greeted when I walked in by two friendly members of the staff. It's super cute inside and the music outside was a nice touch. I ordered the passion chicken empanadas with a side of cheese rolls. I've had the empanada at the Brazilian location so I knew what to expect. Very delicious and great portion.

I love this place so much! Their food is fantastic and home made. The service is incredible annndddd they have so many events taking place all the time, you'll never get bored! There was a murder mystery going on downstairs while we painted away a beach scape upstairs. It was a blast and we'll be back for sure!!

I have had Loaded Empanadas on my list and was glad to see them on Restaurant Week which allowed me to help Three Square. I had their 3 course lunch special at midafternoon. They were not very busy and service was fast and my server Alejandra was friendly and helpful with the menu. The restaurant has a comfortable vibe with upbeat Latin music. I chose the Tropical Sea Empanada with sweet maple glazed Shrimp, caramelized pineapple and peppers and served with Spicy Remoulade Sauce. The Empanadas come 2 to an order and you can choose baked or fried. The baked take a little longer but that was my choice and did not disappoint. Simply Delicious. My choice of side was Yum Yum Broccoli. Perfectly cooked Brussels Sprouts with roasted garlic and paprika oil. Dessert was Chocolate Mousse. Smooth, intense chocolate with a whipped cream topping. A chocolate overload I look forward to returning as they have many other items that appear appetizing.

I stopped in after getting my hair done next door. First off this place is adorable! Intimate, like it would be good for a date night! There is also an upstairs area! The service was next level! Everyone I encountered was perfect and more than willing to take the time to explain everything on the menu. I ordered to go, and it was pretty quick; I maybe waited 15 minutes. On Tuesday they do buy two get one free for tapas so I took advantage! The chicken mango empanadas were fantastic! But everything on the menu looked good! Bacon wrapped dates were a win! Brussel sprouts were good, but a little too sweet for me and the bruschetta like thing was tasty! I would strongly recommend and will return!

Loaded Empanadas was a really nice surprise and an easy recommendation in Vegas. The standout was the Passion Chicken empanada--a great balance of sweet, savory, and tangy that totally works with the side sauces, and feels bold without being gimmicky. Definitely not what you expect, in the best way. The ambiance and decor add to the experience, paired with music that makes you curious rather than fading into the background. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, happy to walk you through the menu. Not a life-changing empanada, but a solid find for something quick, flavorful, and a little unexpected. I'd happily come back to try more.

One word: WOW. The food here was amazing! The service was great and the ambiance was cute. What we ordered as a family of 4: magic mushroom, veggie bomb, tropical sea, shrimp al ajillo, shishito peppers, crème brûlée empanada, churros and an order of chicken bites with fries. They said everything was made in house - even the chicken bites and fries (never from frozen). We were so surprised on the taste. The food was fresh, delicious and even my kids loved it. They are the biggest food critics. Our server gave us recommendations and always checked on us. They even gave our kids a cool ball game to play after we ate our food while we were ready to leave and pay the tab. I highly recommend supporting this restaurant. You won't regret it. Prices are above average when you think of empanadas, but they are in Summerlin and you pay for the experience. We ate everything. No food left for leftovers. We will be back!!!

    Dessert: churros (so good)

Attend their Master Empanada cooking class and had a great time! Food, drinks and learning to make empanada all for $45, can't beat this deal. Class started at 6pm in the upstairs area of the restaurant. The owner and the head chef lead the class on how to make empanadas. They demonstrated how the dough is made, how to stuff the empanadas and then we got to take turns making empanadas to take home and cook. We also learned how to make their delicious bacon wrapped dates! While the cooking lesson is being taught you get an order of empanadas, dates wrapped in bacon, some drinks and desserts at the end of class. I had a great time and highly recommend this for a night out or a fun date night.

Sangrias my favorite was the pomegranate, not too sweet

WOW! This place is a hidden gem in Summerlin for sure! The incredible service was friendly and fast. They're sangria was excellent /not overly sweet. The food was absolutely superb. I've been to Argentina and this place is legit. Our favorite empanada was the meatball with Manchego and the chicken with mango-both so light and flaky (not greasy) Also happy hour starts at 7:00.

Food: 10/10 Service: 10/10 Ambiance: 9/10 The empanadas are absolutely divine! The spread alone is worth every penny. It's so soft and flavorful. The passion chicken was my fave. They are also freshly cooked, so they arrive HOTTT! Be patient before eating them. Service was fantastic. Everyone was very attentive, kind and personable. This place excels at presentation and design the interior design is very unique and fills very authentic to the cultures that they're representing and I am a sucker for a kitchen gimmick so I loved the flame sticks that came out with each order. I will return when I visit Vegas again!

We've dined here 3 times with friends and the service is incredible! The food is always wonderful. We've met the owner each time we've been there. She not only works hard but has impeccable customer service. We weren't going to get dessert the last time we visited and she brought us one of everything, on the house.

Probably one of the best meals I've had in a long time. We walked by just to see what this place was and I was so impressed. Service was incredible and everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything on the menu sounded incredible... we ended up trying the mushroom one and the tropical fruit one with shrimp. Both were outstanding with fresh, homemade dipping sauces!! Not to mention the adorable decor and setting with great music. Also... $5.50 sangrias on sundays?! It's like they were paying me to drink it. I can't wait to go back and try everything!!!

The latter two are vegetarian and I wanted to go for a vegetarian friendly restaurant just for them. The olive oil tasting was my idea so I also had to choose the restaurant. My LTP and I actually went to a different tapas restaurant about a month ago and we loved it. So I wanted to try one of these again. Our tasting was scheduled to start at 6:00pm and I booked a reservation for 4:00pm through OpenTable. They have a very spacious patio, but due to the excessive heat warning in place at the time, we decided to dine inside. I didn't look at their hours of operation beforehand, so when we walked in, it was empty. Then I noticed that they open at 4:00pm on Saturday's and we were literally the first customers inside. We got a spacious table near the back of the restaurant, where our waiter for the day was Zach. He explained to us that all their food on the menu is based out of Spain, especially the paella, which takes about 40 minutes to cook and is meant to serve about two-four people. We started off with some drinks, where I got the mango margarita, my LTP and my dad respectively got the Atomic Duck and the El Pato Loco Mexican Lager from Able Baker, and my mom and my best friend's mom and stepdad shared a bottle of Chardonnay. While the margarita was on a bit of the sweet side compared to other margaritas I've had, it was still really good and it had a really fruity taste to it. We ordered the following and all six of us shared most of them; short rib pintxo, pork belly pave, patatas bravas, ole mis croquetas, iberico dates, and chicken tinga/braise short rib empanadas. Initially, I ordered just the chicken tinga for myself and my LTP was supposed to get the braise short rib, but my plate had chicken tinga and braise short rib together. That was ok, though, because both the chicken and short rib were absolutely delicious. The short rib pintxo came on a stick, with the rib falling off the stick as I took the first bite out of it. The pork belly pave was cooked perfectly. The patatas brava were spicy, but I would say 'good' spicy. The croquetas were overall one of my favorites; when I sliced it down the middle with my fork, the mashed potato filling spilled out of it. Hands down, Tres was a fantastic restaurant. The portions weren't too big or too small and everything here was so good. Would love to sit on their patio when the weather becomes cooler!

We came here for a celebratory birthday for a friend and they treated us correct. Everyone had the filet and it melted as soon as we put the knife on it. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were disappointed to find that the elevator was broken, as informed by the staff. We had two friends who required ADA accommodations: one in a wheelchair and the other who could not walk long distances. We were left with two options: a table in the front lobby, where everyone walks in, providing no privacy, or seating outside. It was 5 PM, and the temperature in Las Vegas was scorching over 100 degrees. Why would I choose to sit outside, especially with two guests who have mobility challenges? Moreover, the server informed us that there were no mist machines outside, which was an insult. The simple solution would have been to call or text us to inform us that the elevator was broken, especially since one of the servers mentioned that it had been broken for a few days. A simple call would have given us time to find another restaurant that could accommodate our needs. However, it was a Friday in Las Vegas, and making a last-minute reservation was challenging. We decided to stay and dine in the lobby near the butcher shop, where we were again seating in the open, lacking privacy. The manager did came over and comped two appetizers, which was appreciated, but it did not resolve the issue. A restaurant should be ADA accessible at all times, and if it is not, they should inform the guests especially if specific accommodation was mentioned in the memo of the reservation. One of our friends, who cannot walk far distances, had to struggle to go up the stairs to use the restroom, causing her muscles to cramp up and other issues. As a local and frequent visitor to this location, this experience has made me question whether we will return. It left my guest, who came to celebrate my birthday, feeling like they were an inconvenience and burden

We didn't realize at first that we had to go through the entire menu, but that was fine. We were given the option to skip certain items, so we asked for a couple of things to be left out. Unfortunately, some of the dishes we specifically asked to skip were still brought out, which was a little frustrating. As for the food, the flavors just weren't really there for me. A lot of the tapas were either bland or the combinations didn't feel cohesive. Some of the pairings honestly tasted pretty strange, and I found myself wondering how certain flavors were supposed to work together. The foie was probably the most confusing dish for me. I really didn't understand why it was so sweet, and it just didn't work with my palate at all. For $65+tax+tip per person, I honestly don't think it's an experience I'd go back to. I appreciate the creativity and the effort behind the concept, but overall, the flavors and combinations just weren't for me. A lot of room for improvement.

The wife is the chef and the husband runs the front of the house and acts as the server and food runner. They don't charge any BS fees like an automatic 18% for a larger party or credit card fees. We ordered the lengua salpicao to start. The meat was tender and very tasty. Had flavors of soy and worcestershire. The mushroom soup was one of the best I've ever had. It was full of mushroom flavor and creamy. You get good chunks of mushrooms. I ordered the vongole and my wife ordered the foie gras with mushroom risotto. The vongole was served with angel hair pasta and it was garlicky. Was it the best, no, but I thought it was tasty. The mushroom risotto looked good, but the foie gras would have been seared a bit more and more creamy in the middle. I did find the restaurant to be a little on the warm side and I was sweating a little bit while eating. I would come back here to try their other dishes for sure. The portions here are on the generous side and you get what you paid for. Something like this on the strip would be at least $10-$20 more for the amount they serve you.

My family made a reservation because they wanted to celebrate my birthday, so I was really looking forward to it. When it is your birthday, even a small detail feels a little more important. You want the night to feel special, smooth, and happy from the beginning. Unfortunately, when we arrived, there seemed to be a small issue with the reservation, and the table we were given was much smaller than expected. Since we were there as a family for a birthday dinner, it felt uncomfortable at first. I have to be honest -- my mood was not great in the beginning. It was one of those moments where you think, "Oh no, is this how the night is going to start?" But then the food started coming out, and Hachi completely turned the night around. The first thing that changed my mood was the beer. The draft beer was served in an unbelievably icy-cold mug. It was not just cold -- it looked and felt like it had come straight out of a freezer. The foam was smooth, the beer was crisp, and the first sip was so refreshing that I almost forgot I had been upset a few minutes earlier. That beer alone deserves applause. Sometimes a perfect cold beer can fix a whole mood, and this one absolutely did. The biggest highlight of the night was the tuna toro. It was incredible. The texture was so soft and delicate that it almost felt like cotton candy melting in my mouth. Rich, buttery, fresh, and so smooth. It was the kind of bite that makes everyone at the table stop talking for a second. We loved it so much that we ordered it three times. Ordering the same dish three times says everything. It was not a maybe. It was not a "let's think about it." It was a clear yes every time. The skewers were also very good. The grilled meats had a nice smoky flavor, and they were seasoned well without being too salty. They paired perfectly with the icy beer. But the shrimp skewer was especially memorable. The shrimp had that perfect bouncy, juicy texture. It was grilled nicely, still tender, and full of natural sweetness. Some grilled shrimp can become dry or forgettable, but this one had personality. Small skewer, big impact. We also enjoyed several other izakaya-style dishes. The grilled shishito peppers with bonito flakes were simple but delicious, and they helped balance out the richer dishes. The grilled squid had a great smoky flavor and a chewy texture that went so well with beer. These are exactly the kinds of dishes that make izakaya dining so fun -- one bite, one sip, one more bite, and suddenly the table is full of happy people. The sashimi platter was fresh and beautifully served over ice. There was a nice variety, including tuna, salmon, white fish, scallop, and ikura. Everything looked clean and fresh, and the presentation made it feel even more enjoyable. But honestly, the toro was the star. I will probably remember that toro for a long time. My daughter ordered tonkatsu, and that was also a huge hit. Sometimes at restaurants like this, kids' dishes can feel like an afterthought, but this tonkatsu was really good. It was crispy, flavorful, and satisfying. Seeing my daughter enjoy her food made my birthday dinner even better. As a mom, when your child eats well and is happy, the whole meal suddenly feels more peaceful. That is just the truth. Overall, Hachi started with a little frustration because of the reservation issue and the small table, but the food and drinks completely saved the night. The icy-cold beer, the amazing tuna toro, the juicy shrimp skewer, and the tonkatsu were all memorable. The food was strong enough to make us forget the rough beginning, and by the end of the meal, we were all happy. Las Vegas has so many flashy restaurants, but Hachi has that casual, comfortable izakaya charm. It is the kind of place where you order many small dishes, share with the table, drink something cold, and let the night slowly become fun. I would definitely come back next time I am in Las Vegas. Next time, I already know what I am ordering first: an icy-cold beer and tuna toro. And honestly, I may order the toro twice from the beginning, because one order is definitely not enough.

It seemed like a great day to finally check this place out! Inside is a cute and calm space that's extremely tidy- no notes in that regard. The person who was getting my order was friendly and helpful. She recommended the dulce de leche latte which she said was the most popular coffee drink. As the day progressed, the tables started to fill up. I get the impression that they have a loyal following of customers which is amazing. However, in my opinion, the food was extremely underwhelming. I ordered the chicken Alfredo, cheeseburger, and ranchero empanada. Looking at the descriptions, I figured I would love the cheeseburger and the ranchero and the cashier recommended the chicken alfredo. The cheeseburger and the ranchero were disappointingly mediocre. While my favorite, the chicken alfredo was not special as well. I'm definitely willing to try some other flavors but the flavors I tried so far today definitely did not impress. There was a lot to be desired when it came to the food and I say that as someone who is typically happy with most meals I try.
