Came in a weekend and Josefina is a great waitress. The food, atmosphere and price and great. Received a mini concha freshly baked

Hands down the best Concha I've had, super soft, still warm. They have different flavors , open up 7am . If you want breakfast they have good options read more

Came to Loaded Cafe for breakfast/brunch for the first time, and while the food was good, the service is what will bring us back. Stephany was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. She took the time to walk us through the menu, highlight popular items, answer all our questions, and even suggest dishes based on what we were craving (plus her personal favorites). She was attentive, friendly, and professional the entire time. I also spoke with the manager, Alex, to share our experience. He came over to our table (party of 8) and genuinely appreciated the feedback. He mentioned they value recognizing team members who go above and beyond! Huge shoutout to Stephany for making our first visit memorable. If you're coming here, ask for her! read more

Terrible cold food. Service was painfully slow. They charged for everything; golf ball size salsa (not freshly made). Food was subpar and bland. It's NO for me. Disappointed read more

We arrived at 9:00 for breakfast. There were about 5 table with customers and about 6 tables waiting to be cleaned. Only ONE person was helping all the customers in the restaurant and bakery. Needless to say the service was very slow. However, when we finally received out food it was tasty. read more

We got to this place and it was already starting to get crowded about 9:30 AM. Only had to wait about 10 minutes, which was fine. We were seated in the back near where the bakery was. The place was really noisy, but I guess that's good because there's a lot of people. The place is very clean, but not the bathroom so much. No paper towels and a little dirty. We did not want to eat a lot as we're traveling and we couldn't decide on something to share. They have a nice menu but not too much as far as omelettes. So they have a menu that served all day and it was a little less expensive and we could finish the meal. My husband had the classic breakfast and we both got bacon and agreed it was on the thin side. I got the original breakfast and the eggs were cold, but the pancakes were delicious. We also got some pastries in the beginning, but neither one of us really wanted to eat them. Trying to watch our weight I guess. The coffee was pretty good. Julio was our server and he was extremely busy, but he was able to keep up with me when I asked for coffee or more napkins. read more

Loaded Cafe-Placentia - Asada Chilaquiles Omelette Horchata Concha - American Near Me - Placentia, California

Watched a YouTube short on this place and had to try it. I frequently try places out I see online and sometimes it's all hype but this place was legit. Arrived around 9:30am, plenty of parking, smiling service and were seated immediately. Dining room was casual and clean. Once seated we were surprised to receive the cutest warm and tasty pan dulce conchas as like an appetizer. You can't go wrong with some sweet bread. Ordered the chilaquiles and asada plate. It was soooo good! Just tasty and the sauce had a bite to it just enough to make my nose run a little lol. Plate was served with beans n eggs. There's so many tempting things to order I couldn't decide but next time I want yo try something g sweet too like the cake shakes I will totally go again it's worth a try. read more

Came here for breakfast on Saturday around 10 am. It wasn't too busy and we were seated right away. There is plenty of seating and the decor is kind of diner style. Star of the show is the complimentary conchas! The menu was extensive. There were a lot of sweet and savory items to choose from and a lot of smaller versions of menu items as well. Items ordered and reviewed (5 stars max) chorizo torta- 4 stars, chorizo had good flavor and was not too greasy pambazo-4 stars, everything inside was delish but the bread was not good and for $20 I expect it to have the good bread. turkey lovers combo- 2 stars, soggy and not impressive, pancakes were yummy though sirloin steak breakfast-4 stars, good flavor and everything was cooked well. crepe combo-3 stars, crepes were just ok but price was good. Overall most menu items are overpriced but there are still a decent amount of items under $10 that make it worth coming back. Service was inconsistent. Our waitress was nice and attentive but when my husband tried to switch from the Turkey lover to the breakfast burrito she said she already sent the order. (It had literally only been 1 minute) I personally feel like most places would have gone to the back and make the change. read more

The food was excellent and the service was excellent. The manager stopped by to check on us. I love this place.

Stopped by the Placentia location for brunch -- kind of like a Mexican twist on a diner. The place has a big menu with both American and Mexican options, so there's something for everyone. We got the asada chilaquiles plate, chilaquiles torta, strawberry banana brioche French toast, and the butter cookie pancake. Portions were big, and everything came out pretty quick. They give you complimentary mini conchas when you sit down, which is a nice touch. The food overall was solid -- nothing over the top, but definitely hits when you want a casual, hearty breakfast or lunch. Service was friendly, and the space felt open and relaxed. People call it the Mexican Denny's, and honestly that fits -- no-frills, big servings, and good comfort food when you're in the mood for it. read more

Jose provided excellent customer service! He was very attentive, not just to my table, but to the surrounding tables as well. He is kind, proactive, and always one step ahead. Unlike other places where I have to constantly ask for napkins or refills, he made sure everything was taken care of before I even needed to ask. He was also a pleasure to talk to and very helpful when it came to choosing an entrée, offering great recommendations and making the whole experience even better. read more

Service was great but the food was just terrible I think the only best thing was the concha's they give out but honestly it's not even worth the price. I was so disappointed read more

This is the Third Location we've been each one has been great food and bakery. Served with great smile and asked several times if we were good. Ambiance a home feel and clean read more

Last time I was here was when it first opened, and it was an awful experience. Super loud portable air conditioners all over connected to the ceiling, a really confusing cash/credit pricing structure, and they were purposely charging a higher tax rate than the city requires (they were charging a 9.75% sales tax). The management got pretty nervous when I pointed out the latter issue, but already had the correct change ready to go. Plus the food was mediocre and ridiculously overpriced. I'm happy to say these issues are no longer present. The food is great, it's reasonably priced, they have proper quiet air conditioners, and simple menu prices. Different staff too, and a whole lot friendlier. I'm glad I gave this place a second chance! Oh, and the chilequiles were pretty good too. read more

Loaded Cafe-Placentia - Concha's - American Near Me - Placentia, California

I came to this place after seeing it on TikTok, but it was a very disappointing experience. The food was dry and lacked quality, and the coffee was excessively sweet and unpleasant. I ordered a mazapán and a dulce de leche coffee, and neither tasted anything like they were supposed to. Overall, nothing we ordered met expectations. I would not return based on this visit. read more

Nice spot to have good food and catch up with friends! You do get a basket of concha's for the table to enjoy (very sweet). The food is okay, they have a diverse selection so if you're not into super sweet food they have savory options as well. Portion sizes are great! read more

Poor management. I came in at 10 am on a Monday. The menus were so sticky and disgusting and the restaurant itself looked like it hadn't been swept or cleaned in a while. The bathrooms were so gross, trash all over the floor, terrible smell and very dirty floors. The concha's were really good but the other food was just okay. I got the chicken guacamole stacker but they ran out of avocado/ guac so that was suprising since it was so early in the morning. My food came out kind of cold/ room temperature . The service was not the best, our server just seemed like she didn't want to be there. Was excited to try this place but it was a disappointing experience to say the least. read more

Was a good experience, we were greeted upon entering and menu had lots of variety to choose from. Server was nice and patient with us as we had questions and couldn't decide. Got the regular breakfast and hubs got the breakfast burritos both were good. I also go the Horchata that was really good, but didn't really need the straw cookie as it just got soggy. Wish I could post more pics but yelp only lets 10 and their menu was more then 10 pages! Restrooms were clean and establishment was clean as well. Was our first time here and got a baked good at the beginning. It was the traditional Mexican pan Dulce not my fav because it's so dry. Kinda sad that the other table beside us upon leaving was offered a dessert for their first time treat read more

The only things about this place with the bread and the service other than that the food was not that great. I ordered the menudo and right off the bat by the color I could tell it wouldn't be good it taste like canned Juanita's menudo, I wouldn't be surprised if it was honestly. My mom ordered a veggie omelette which was basically just scrambled eggs with spinach on top, and not to mention the pancakes so over cooked and dry they didn't even come with butter overall I would not come again nor would I recommended this place. read more
