Great service and food. Perfect start to the day!! Concha are so fresh and tasty. So happy they are close to home.

Abby was very nice and was helpful and attentive . Place was busy, but she made sure to check on our table. Everything was delicious.

Heard this spot was great. Came after church and honestly super disappointed. Everyone was friendly though and very attentive. We got the asada chilaquiles, I am not a fan of egg so they let me substitute it for Mexican rice, ordered dulce de leche latte and we got our free mini concha's super cute very firm and just okay. Once the order came out it was cold and my husband got cold meat and I got the eggs ... terrible. They were very nice though and immediately replaced both orders at this point , I told my husband to let's just go to our new spot and he insisted we stay. We both wish we would have left the food is not seasoned and very plain. It was very busy lots of families coming in non stop unfortunately this place is over hyped. We will not be returning. The atmosphere was okay, lots of color and chatter... felt fast food-ish. Giving it 3 stars since they were friendly. read more

We've always wanted to give this restaurant a try and today we did. We got seated right away and got some waters and the conchas sweet bread was delicious. The place was nice bright and clean. The bathroom was also very clean So we sat for about 10-15 before we placed our order. Then we sat for about 30+ minutes and then the server came up to us and told us they have a problem with their system- our order was never placed !and server promised us to rush ours We almost walked out but then after about 45 minutes our food came out and we're glad we waited. Food was hot and delicious Wait staff were apologetic about the wait. We'll try it again read more

I recently dined here, and my experience was quite disappointing. The food was served cold, with the only warm item being the torta. Unfortunately, it didn't even come with cheese or onions as advertised. I also ordered a hot latte, but it arrived cold. To make matters worse, the service was incredibly slow, and we were only given one napkin for our table of three. Overall, this visit left a lot to be desired, and I won't be returning. For the price not worth a dime! read more

Breakfast at the loaded café on a Saturday morning fantastic. We had an iced coffee trio consisting of Horchata, caramel, and Swiss mocha flavored iced coffees, which were all delicious. The Machaca and eggs was flavorful, although not spicy and came with refried beans and rice and hot tortillas. We also had dolce to French toast with banana, bananas, and strawberries, which was absolutely delicious. The service was very the little café is cute and clean and share space with Panecito which serves the most delicious pastries. We will definitely be coming again. read more

Omg everyone said i had to try this place and I did this was soooo bad lol!!! Passing gravy off as hot sauce!! And this place is so hot, we were sweating our asses off here! And at the bakery they were so rude!!! This place sucks!! Will never go back! read more

Food is excellent! Catering to work is great. Eating at the cafe is terrible. Service is awful. People are very nice but the whole order was wrong the entire visit. Things kept getting forgotten. I had to ask for sometime 3 times and still never got what I asked for. Finally server came and asked if we wanted the check. I said yes. She came back to our table 2 times asking if we were okay but NO CHECK. I finally walked up and just paid and left. Good is good People are nice but the server I had had no idea what she was doing and honestly ruined the experience. And I didn't even get my basket of pan to top it off! read more

The best pancakes in town! Also, try the Arnold Palmer...the proportions are perfect.

Food was amazing and tasty! Sugey was our waitress and had great customer service. We will be coming back!

Good was great. Service from Mariana was even better. She was welcoming and helpful. She made some recommendations based on other customers orders but then also share her favorite dishes. She was attentive theough out our dine in time. read more

Loaded Cafe - Orange - Complementary Conchintas were fresh and delicious. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Orange, California

The place is clean and comfortable, but the food was terrible. The menu pictures are straight-up misleading -- the steak chilaquiles looked packed with meat in the photo, but my plate came with barely half of that, and the meat was cold. The sauce was sweet, not spicy at all, which made the whole dish taste wrong. If you're looking for real Mexican food, this is definitely not the spot. read more

Unfortunately not a great experience today. Been here for lunch before and breakfast today. Let me start with the good: the food is pretty good and the kitchen staff are efficient. The not so good: service staff need to be retrained. They are woefully inefficient for a restaurant that is focused on breakfast & lunch. We arrived around 8:20 am (prime breakfast hour), party of 3. Took almost 25 min to get seated despite one open 4-seater outside, 1 open 6-seater inside, 1 open 4-seater inside and 1 4-seater that just needed to be bussed. Wait staff would pass by us and three other parties waiting to be seated at least 5 times instead of seating the tables and letting everyone look through the menus and figure out what to order. (Seemed like a number of staff didn't start their shifts until 9am too.) After finally getting seated they then proceeded to take orders from a table seated after us despite being ready and waiting. Once we ordered, food came fairly quickly, but it took a while to get an iced coffee trio flight my wife ordered. read more

First time trying this place and the staff was very friendly and I got seated within 10 minutes. I ordered the aguas frescas trio, Dulce de Leche stuffed French toast and the crunchy asada chilaquiles to ty it out. They also give you complimentary bread. 10/10 My favorite was the Dulce de Leche Stuffed French toast 10/10! The green chilaquiles were not that good, as the tortillas had a weird oil aftertaste, like if the oil was old and maybe used for other things. The sauce was like a mild can salsa, but the meat was good. The aguas frescas trio was Ok. The strawberry hibiscus had somewhat of a sour taste and the horchata was a bit watered down for my liking. Maybe I got an old batch but the tamarindo stood out for sure. Total was about $53. Overall, if you want something sweet this is a great place! As a Mexican that loves and tries chilaquiles from different places, these ain't it. read more

Seen this place on TikTok and it looked great so I thought I should give it a try. Went on a Monday morning for breakfast. Ordered the horchata iced coffee and chorizo and eggs. The iced coffee was so so. When my dish came out it looked like the chorizo and eggs were very overcooked and dry. Kind of seemed like these were old that they just reheated. My guest ordered their steak chilaquiles with no egg. Hers looked overcooked and reheated too. Plus there was egg when she ordered no egg. Not great at all. Very disappointing. read more

Great food and great atmosphere, very attractive staff. Fast service, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Always great food and service. Alex was very helpful and patient. Their pan dulce and food always hits.

Alex was great. Came here for breakfast and the menudo and chillachiles are delicious. Bonus they give you mini choncha to begin with...it was freshly made, perfect amount of sugar, enjoyed it with my coffee. Will be back to try out their lunch options. read more

Excellent food and servive. Sugey, our swrver, checked on is constantly and was welcoming.

Great food, Alejandro was our server and super attentive, great service and great atmosphere with all employees

Second time here. Christina was very friendly, helpful, and very attentive. Food portions are smaller than other places but filling. 3 stars because manager couldn't explain why taxes on my receipt were $4.99(10.50%). My total was $47.56 and if im not wrong sales tax should have been $3.68(7.75% orange sales tax). Manager left to the back to check but insisted that sales taxes are different in different cities. I told her I was aware and that Orange sales tax is 7.75% but receipt showed a different number...she left to the back anyway. Christina was apologetic. Paid what my receipt total showed; $52.55 plus tip. I wasn't trying to argue, I just wanted clarification. read more

Absolutely love this place -- 5 stars all the way! Loaded Cafe's menu is huge and seriously impressive: classic American brunch plates, Mexican-inspired breakfasts, pancakes, crepes, stackers and plenty of veggie options -- something for everyone. The vibe is casual and family friendly, and everything we ordered tasted fresh and well-prepared. Bonus: they bring out complimentary conchitas -- warm, soft, and perfect with coffee -- such a delightful touch that sets them apart from other cafes. And shoutout to our waitress Mariana: attentive, friendly, and genuinely eager to make sure we had a great meal. Service like hers makes the whole visit feel special. What a fantastic surprise! First timers...saw it Instagram. We ordered the caramel churro stuffed French toast. After the first bite...it was all over. My new favorite local spot. We also had the crunchy asada chiliquiles. The asada was super tender and flavorful. Just the right amount of sauce. Simply delicious. Now for the service...A++++. Abby was fantastic. We would have liked to actually try the food but we were sat and not even looked at for 15 minutes. Meanwhile the server visited the table directly next to us 4 times without a single glance in our direction. I'm not difficult to please.
