salon was clean and nice but was not happy with my nails. I showed them a picture of what I wanted (it was super simple French tip) and they assured me they could do it. When the acrylics were done and I was ready for color she told me that she couldn't do the base color that I wanted, I was super upset but ended up just doing a solid color. My nails are lumpy and not very good, the shapes and lengths are inconsistent and they feel like they're about to break off after a day. They were kinda nice, a nice lady behind me kept trying to make smallTalk and she was just ignoring her. I felt super bad for the poor lady, she also stopped working on me to take care of a costumer that came in 30 minutes into my set... kinda weird. Just moved from downtown to Folsom and this was the first nail salon I visited. We had an appointment for side by side pedicures and they were running a tiny bit behind. In all fairness, we were running a little late (5 to 7 minutes) so I called while driving that we were on our way. Had we been on time they would have been 15-20 minutes behind which I think is a lot since we had an appointment. They had three people working on a Saturday and it wasn't busy which was surprising since I'm used to super busy salons especially on weekends. The people were friendly and the pedicures were good (between poor, fair, good, great, excellent). They didn't offer water of anything to drink. We paid 27.00 for a basic pedicure and an additional 15.00 for no chip. I think I will try a few others in the area before settling on this one... if I could have I would give them 3 1/2 stars but between 3 and 4 I would say 3 is the correct number. read more

Went in here bc my normal place was booked. Utter regret. One customer not in a mask (mask mandate in place in Sac County). Not many gel polish choices. Overall salon looks sloppy. Floors needing to be swept. Supplies all cluttered on a cart. Hard to tell if supplies are sanitized or reused. Lukewarm water for pedi. Used electric file to get gel off and nicked every single toe multiple times. OUCH! Not enough product used for the cool mask. Only one towel put on top of both legs rather then each leg individually wrap. Pedicure was rushed. Manicure was pathetic. Sign by register says 2% more for credit. Would have been nice to know that up front. Prices aren't cheap but not worth the service. Folsom has some amazing nail places that far supersede this one. read more

Came here to follow Linda after she split from another nail salon in Folsom. She does an amazing job and really genuinely cares about her clients; which is the number one quality I look for in a nail salon. She is always happy and welcoming as well. Mai did my gel manicure and I must say, they have never looked better! I even had left over gel nail polish from last time and there was no residue left over or anything. I've been seeing Linda for a few years now and love her. I get pedis and acrylics with gel and her sets are the only ones that don't lift or break. Typically I can go 2-3 weeks before I need a fill. On occasion I have gone elsewhere and ended up back to have her fix. They are very clean and meticulous. Also they have cute kids pedi chairs that are adorable. The biggest thing was that the lady who did my mother in laws nails was very rude and very rough. Then, didn't even put color on her nails and WALKED AWAY and started on another customer. So rude. The staff is extremely unorganized and the receptionist was the rudest person in the building. Absolute worst attitude ever. Can't believe this place has a good rating. After going through numerous yelp reviews on numerous shops I decided to go with this one and man I'm glad I did. My wait was kind of long before and after but it was expected since I called ahead and asked. Anyway I ended up only getting a pedicure do to time since they were closing. They offered to still do the manicure despite they were closing in 5 minutes (which was very nice and genuine) but they already had a full house meaning I'd be waiting about another 45 minutes to get started so I passed. Went in for a full set. The nail tech did a good job on the length but that's about it. My nails are a bit lumpy and not even. I also asked for two colors and told him what each color will go on different nails. I had to explain to him almost 3 times what I wanted.
