My nail technician, Steven, barely communicated with me and didn't ask if I liked my nails until the service was completely finished. Throughout the appointment, he repeatedly moved and lightly jerked my hands while telling me to relax. I naturally have a hard time relaxing my hands, and this only made me more tense and uncomfortable. I felt he could've been more patient and gentle. My nails turned out okay, but not what I had originally asked for. I also had to rub in my own cuticle oil, which took away from the luxury experience I was expecting. Overall, I expected better communication, patience, and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I left disappointed with both my nails and the experience. My thumb is also crooked and he didn't make sure they were all the same length by matching them up. What I wanted was Nude short nails more round then straight

My nail tech was absolutely amazing it has been a long time since I've had them done and she took her time she she even cut my cuticles for me and cleaned up around the edges of my nails.

Unfortunately, my manicure experience was very different. My nail tech appeared to be managing the salon and frequently had to leave my appointment to help other technicians, assist customers, and answer the phone. I understand that he had other responsibilities, but the frequent interruptions made the service feel rushed and inconsistent. What concerned me most was the cleanliness. I watched the customer before me leave the station, and I was seated at the same table without it being cleaned first. There was still visible nail debris on the table from the previous service. During my appointment, some tools were also dropped on the floor, picked back up, and later used on my nails without me seeing them cleaned or disinfected. I paid $75 for the acrylic set, and unfortunately I also wasn't happy with the finished quality for that price. The shaping is inconsistent, some of the nails are fairly thick, and the overall finish isn't as clean as I expected. I'm disappointed because our previous pedicure experience here was genuinely great, and I want to give those technicians credit for that. However, between the sanitation concerns, frequent interruptions, and the quality of my acrylic set, I don't think I would return for another manicure.

The staff was friendly, and my manicure was done well, I was happy with how my nails turned out. However, the pedicure fell short compared to the service I've received at my regular salon across town. I chose an upgraded pedicure because the exfoliation and massage are two things that are especially important to me, but there was very little effort put into either. My nails also started slightly chipping almost immediately. I also went with someone else who had both a manicure and pedicure. Unfortunately, her big toe was slightly swollen and inflamed afterward, which has never happened to her despite getting pedicures regularly for many years. Her nails also were not filed correctly. They did offer complimentary drinks, which was a nice touch and something I appreciated. However, there was also some pressure from one of the employees to leave reviews, which felt a little awkward. What bothered me more was that he filmed us while we were there and later posted the video. I didn't even realize I was being recorded at the time. I feel that customers should be asked for permission before being filmed and having their images posted publicly. I really wanted to like this place and was hoping to find something more convenient, but overall the experience just didn't compare to what we're used to. There were definitely some nice touches, but the quality, attention to detail, and the filming situation wasn't ideal.

She was super attentive, offering water and wine, having social conversations with us, it was great. They offered me something to drink, and then two technicians worked on my hands and feet at the same time, which was a lifesaver since I was on a tight schedule that day. The salon itself is spotless, and the decor, music, and TVs all make it easy to settle in and relax. Michael did my pedicure and, as expected, he was wonderful. He greeted me, asked what services I wanted, and I showed him my inspiration photos. Unfortunately, once it was decided that Katie would be doing my full set, the experience immediately went downhill. From the moment Michael told her she would be doing the full set, it was obvious she was annoyed and irritated. As a paying customer, that alone was uncomfortable, but it only got worse. I understand and speak Vietnamese, and without realizing it, Katie complained the entire time in Vietnamese saying she didn't want to do the full set, that she wouldn't be able to leave by 7 PM, and that she had plans to go to Tahoe. She was huffing, puffing, sighing loudly, and clearly rushing. Her body language, tone, and attitude were extremely unprofessional and made the entire service uncomfortable. Complaining about a customer in another language, especially when you don't know who understands it, is completely inappropriate. I chose to stay quiet and keep things professional rather than cause a scene. While I do like the style of my nails, the quality of the work itself is poor. The photos show clear flaws such as bubbles in the polish, uneven and sloppy tops, and my left thumb is noticeably tilted to the right. The set looks rushed and careless, which matches the attitude displayed during the service. The total came to $128, and although I'm normally a generous tipper, I tipped $20 specifically for Michael because he earned it. As I was leaving, I overheard Katie comment in Vietnamese about the $20 tip, which was honestly shocking and disrespectful. Katie, I truly hope you work on your professionalism. No customer should feel rushed, judged, or talked about during a service they're paying for. Once I left, the lights were immediately shut off, reinforcing how rushed the entire experience felt.
