I will never purchase from living spaces again. I've had a terrible experience since trying to use my carefree warranty 2 months ago. We got a new couch ordered in store with help of an associate (to avoid any mistakes!) who confirmed our new delivery address MULTIPLE times. Sometime after the order was placed in store, the delivery address reverted to our old address and was scheduled for ACROSS THE COUNTRY. We moved to Chicago and the couch was to be delivered to Phoenix, AZ. Had a very rude exchange on chat with someone who said I would need to pay a fee to reschedule, despite the fact that this error is on the Living Spaces end. I called and had another unhelpful experience. The next day, we've now received an updated delivery window for the correct address but will have to wait AGAIN another 3 weeks to receive the couch. I called customer support again and was told there was nothing Living Spaces can do to prioritize or expedite the order. I have tried to be very patient and polite but have gotten absolutely no help from any of the several support contacts I've spoken with. They all also are treating me like this is my fault and they're doing me a favor by not charging a fee to change the delivery address. But the error is on their end, we confirmed the delivery address in Chicago with the store associate on their screen multiple times while ordering. Very dissatisfied with my service so far and will be recommending anyone I know to avoid living spaces. read more

We had successfully purchased several pieces of furniture before we went to purchase a bedroom set. Unfortunately, we went to return items that were not up to par (the color was WAY off) with the money we spent. We were more than willing to pay the return fee, but they were unwilling to accept them because it was outside of the seven days. THEY WERE STILL IN THE BOX! We only opened one item, and when we saw it didn't match, we didn't open the rest. So these are Magnolia brand (expensive furniture), and they were unwilling to budge. In this day and age, to not recognize loyal customers and to be treated so is just the epitome of corporate greed. Those of us who actually work in the world can't always do things on such a short schedule. This policy was made by someone who just sucks. Congrats on losing another customer. read more

I purchased furniture from Living Spaces on 9/22/2019. When we purchased this furniture, we were told that if we also purchased the Care Free warranty, then after 5 years of not using the warranty, we would be refunded for the warranty. We were informed that we would receive a letter from Living Spaces with the refund some time after the five years. Five years past and I called Living Spaces regarding the warranting. Apparently, although never meantioned to us or noted on the paperwork provided, they will only honor the refund if you contact Living Spaces within 90 days of the policy expiring. This was never noted. Also, when we called Living Spaces prior to its expiration, we were never informed of this policy either. We were just informed that we would receive a letter with the refund. What a scam -- now we are unable to recieve the refund for the Care Free insurance because we are past the 90 days. Plus, I have paid for the care free plan for other furniture that I have purchased over the past few years and can now see that is a waste. I would like the refund for the care free plan! read more

Purchased a couch and paid extra for the protection plan. 3 years later and still covered under the plan, the fabric began to rip in two places. Tried to make a claim and it was denied because they said it was normal wear! Appealed it and was denied again. Called Living Spaces and talked to supervisor who said there is nothing they can do. I asked for a refund on the policy and they said no. read more

In 2016 I bought an entire house full of furniture and overall the furniture was very good for the price you pay. I didn't have any complaints. Now 2022, I have purchased a sectional, coffee table, 6 dining chairs, a dining table, and an accent table and ONLY two of the items have not had problems. Problems: 1.Wade dining chairs are perfect for the area, but they are rough and pull your clothes and they are wobbly no matter how they are adjusted. 2. The sectional looks nice, but the stuffing is lumpy and we just got this delivered 5 weeks ago. There are only 2 of us and I can't imagine what this will be like later on down the road. It was an Aiden sectional and the workmanship is not good. 3. The delivery man was suppose to submit a problem with our glass on the coffee table and he never did. Now LS wants us to report it as warranty and it costs us money for warranty work. LS doesn't have a warranty because they charge for someone to come and look/fix the problems with their products, they charge for the labor, they charge for pick up and delivery. WHAT TYPE of WARRANTY is THAT???? You for been warned.... I have spent thousands of $$$ at LS and will NEVER buy anything form this store again. The QUALITY is non existent. read more

Great selection. Helpful staff. Happy with what we chose. Quality of couches were a bit disappointing, but we put the piano behind the worst one so the rippled material didn't show. Would shop here again, though. read more

I've made two purchases so far and both have been nothing short of flawless experiences. Mind you I picked up both purchases so I can't speak of delivery but my customer experience has been nothing short of wonderful. My last purchase yesterday I purchased a bar and they not only took my $25 survey coupon from my last purchase but also took my $25 sleep test coupon. That made me smile as it was about 15% off my purchase. Then I was looking at a couch debating on a custom color/fabric and an associate shoes me an additional set of searches with my perfect color and material I've been searching for and it won't be an additional charge. Loading dock staff is super helpful and friendly. I I have nothing but praise for the store merchandise and staff. read more

We bought a coffee table from them. It arrived from their delivery people and was broken when I opened the box. We called and they sent a new one. It was broken too when I checked the table while the delivery people were at our house. The delivery people agreed that it was broken but refused to take it back with them. Got a third table and it was also broken. We finally got 15% off. After that we realized that it was way more broken than originally known. They refused to return the item. I will never shop there again. Their furniture is awful. Zero stars. read more

We ordered a dining table set from Living Spaces. The initial table was delivered cracked, they replaced the table and delivered a new one. The new table had maggots in and on the box. These were brought into my home with the delivery. I immediately reached out to the company to resolve the issue. It took over 1 week to get a response, and they said they would do nothing to resolve the issue. read more

Beautiful furniture, great service and personalized attention and awesome atmosphere.

Just finished our last and FINAL transaction this this TERRIBLE business. It's insanely hard to even purchase a product and then to bring it home and have it be stained beyond fixing with no returns, well it goes to show just how much they value a customer. I would avoid this place at all cost. We went in with a $100 gift card, which was the only reason we went. Never again. read more

Our living spaces bill was charged 5 months of late charges my husband called this creditor and told them he's been off from work since April the spring semester was over at GCU and the adjunct teachers don't get paid during the summer and was he able to set up a payment arrangement and would they stop charging all the late fees and would they refund all those late fees. The creditor would only refund one late fee he was told only one per year and didn't make payment arrangement with him and reported these missed payments to the credit bureau and now his FICO score has dropped 58 points. Now they want 269.00 to bring this account current so irritated. !!!!' read more

I'm sitting here paying my Living Spaces/Synchrony bank and decided to let buyer beware. Last January Living Spaces sent us a very broken wall unit (charged a delivery fee!!) and proceeded to set it up in our home. I refused the wall unit but my husband insisted on keeping the TV stand. We returned the TV stand to the store 3 days later and had no stand until our next delivery 3-4 weeks out. Needless to say, I was shocked when I received a bill a few weeks later for the original TV stand $$$. I called to discuss this with Living spaces and was told to jump off a cliff and call Synchrony bank. I called Synchrony and they side with Living spaces. My issues. They charged me 2x for delivery fees (extra $200) and my "no interest for bla bla bal started 4 weeks before i received my current wall unit/ TV stand. I should have looked before i purchased.... lots of bad review's. read more

if I could give them a negative 3 stars, I would. the sales lady told me that there was free hardware for my new adjustable base bed but I didn't get it. called multiple times to ask that it be mailed to me or I could pick up at my local store, but no one responde. Very, very poor customer service. I will never shop there again and will add my 2 cents anytime I hear of friends/family needing furniture. read more

We unfortunately have had a terrible experience with living spaces. We have had our sectional just over a year, and purchased the extended warranty. The sales person we worked with told us the warranty covers "anything and everything." We purchased the couch in one of their most durable, cleanable fabrics geared towards kids and pets. After one year, our couch has started to tear at the seems on the cushions. I have reached out to living spaces and the warranty company, neither of which will do anything to repair this poorly manufactured product. We have wasted several thousand dollars and the company will do nothing to make this right. In the year 2023, there are many places to purchase furniture. I would expect due to the market being so saturated that living spaces would do their best to make this right and they haven't and refuse to assist. Take your money elsewhere! read more

So at this point almost my entire house is furnished with living spaces, the only problem you buy the "care club" but it is IMPOSSIBLE to get them to fix and or replace anything!!! I was going to buy a table and chair at Costco for $700 and my husband convinced me to go to Living Spaces. We ended up spending 3x the amount and FINALLY bought a beautiful table and chairs. Within 3 months the finish was coming up at the seams. During Covid 19 QUARANTINE my nephew broke a chair, all 95 lbs of him, and we waited to call due to QUARANTINE and by the time we called they won't replace or even talk to us!! So let me understand, its Covid-19 protocol EVERYWHERE but we are supposed to let you in our home. The ENTIRE table and chairs are a total disappointment. The table looks 10 years old and its 2, the chairs have all since cracked or broken and the only thing still in tact and in good shape is the bench. Sadly due to lack of options I just bought MORE furniture from them and wouldn't you know it, they messed that all up "Due to Covid-19" so let's ask ourselves who the idiot is at this point. Despite all the above the new bedroom furniture is lovely and well made it will just be nice to someday get ALL of it! read more

Dont buy from this place. We got the care free warranty. We were going through an insurance claim. So we didn't report the broken frame on our couch right away. So they denied the claim. When we bought the care free warranty. We were told anytime there was a problem it would be fixed. Not before 30 days . I an sure they find any excuse not to fulfill a claim. read more

Ok, I'd give zero stars if I could. I got a call from Living Spaces customer service the day before scheduled delivery to cancel as they said they didn't have the inventory, and that it wouldn't be for another six weeks. I went on their website and it showed I could pick up the dresser TODAY at the warehouse. They were adamant that I couldn't and that their systems were wrong. Sure enough, I ordered it on the website, drove to Living Spaces and there is was, ready to take home. Customer service lied, was dishonest, and unethical. It's being delivered today. Supervisor called me today and apologized and canceled my first order saying " All I can do is apologize." read more

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my lifetime. I bought a large sectional in August and noticed that after two weeks of use, the fabric began fraying, pilling and unraveling. I contacted the warranty department and sent photos. One staff member saw the photos and approved for replacement cushion covers to be sent. When I responded and agreed on that solution, a different warranty member replied and said she denied my claim because pilling and fraying (even after one month) was normal. To agree to resolve an issue, then turn back and deny the claim is dishonest and horrible business. It will be my last time ever purchasing from them again. read more

We ordered a couch on October 22, 2022. It's February 4, 2023. We haven't received any update. We came into living spaces today to ask what's going on. At this point we wanted to cancel our order since it's been 3 months since we ordered our couch. We asked if we can cancel the custom order and we were told yes but there will be a 25% fee. One of the customer services associates said she was going to email the build team. I said, "you can't call them so we can hear if they already started building it." She said, "no, unfortunately they don't have a number." She said, "I can email them and when I get a response I can call you. When I walked out I found a number and called. The person on the phone said they are building it and it's going to take atleast 2 more months. I asked if we can cancel it and she said but there will be a fee and I said, "you don't see how wrong that it is? To charge us a fee when you guys couldn't make something and deliver it in the time you said you would do it?" She asked to put me on hold, She put me on hold and left me on hold. She finally came back on and gave me a refund with no fees. I wouldn't order anything from Living Spaces ever again. The fact that I had to hassle for my money back after they couldn't deliver In a reasonable time. read more

Like many others, I would also give no stars if I could. Bought kitchen and bedroom furniture and it was a nightmare. We knew the kitchen table would be delayed but everything else would be delivered in 7 days. The delivery service shows up missing the headboard. The bed can't be put together without it. The delivery driver calls someone who is of no help and all he says is he's a third party. You can't call the store directly you have to call corporate for them to call you back. This takes Hours. They try to make it right by getting us next day delivery, tell us it'll arrive around 6p. Not sure why it wasn't on the truck if it was in the local warehouse. Anyway, it's no longer the second stop and will be close to midnight IF we receive it today. So disappointing after spending so much money. Will absolutely not recommend this store and will never go back. Awful customer service. read more

January 14, 2021 PROS: If I were reviewing my delivery today and the two gentlemen who brought in my furniture, I would give it 5 stars. CONS: The three times I called to correct my address and change my delivery date, I was on hold every times for at least 25 to 50 minutes. Once I finally got to talk to someone, they were in another country and spoke poor english. Not only could I barely understand them they messed up both my address change and delivery date. It wasn't until I decided to select the "place an order" that I was put right through to a lady (Jamie) in California that corrected my address and delivery date. Living Spaces needs to have better customer service by having good english speaking employees who understand your needs, and not have customers wait on hold forever. Being totally frustrated I came close to canceling my order and shopping elsewhere. read more

Very unhappy with Living Spaces. Will not recommend to anyone and will be writing letter to corporate office. Had a very bad experience ordering furniture from the showroom in Scottsdale and having the wrong item delivered. The couch we requested was NOT 88 in long and when they delivered it, it was. We notified them immediately and said they would take it back but I would have to pay a 10% restock fee. We went into the store and had no help from any of the three people we met with. Spent about 2 hours trying to find a replacement and they were unable to. They kept 10% of our money. If it was our fault for picking wrong furniture I could see the 10% restock fee, but we did NOT get what we ordered. Therefore we should be refunded the 10%! Buyer beware!! Evidently if you buy a white couch and they deliver a black one you will pay a restocking fee read more

So disappointed with a purchased made here on January 31, 2023 at the 6600 W. Latham, Phoenix location. Purchased a Revive mattress with base and Bunkie board. Due to the fact that the store didn't have the base in their store they needed to ship from another location. Ok, I get that...However, I paid for Full Service. Still waiting for that "Full Service" as the bed and boxes are on my floor. Calling customer service is calling to ?. Not the local store. I was told that they would call back with answers within 24 hours. Nope. Called again. Same run around. I can't waste gas and time to chase bad customer service. Thank goodness for good family who can come to help. Sad though to think when they do this to other customers that don't have this resource! They won't see my business again. read more

Absolutely disappointed in Living Spaces. We found our perfect couch at living spaces after weeks of searching. Little did we know that the quality of the couch would be bad. After just a few weeks after install of the couch, a button popped off, and the couch would squeak when sat on. We finally got on the phone with the Living Spaces Warranty department (after many attempts to call and not get through) and they sent over a technician. The repair company that they work with is terrible. Horrible coordination on getting the tech out here, huge arrival windows where you are forced to stay home all day, and lack of proper materials. After many scheduled tech visits, they finally told us that one of the pieces they needed wasn't being made anymore. So the entire couch would need to be replaced. This is after at least 6 months of waiting for this couch to be repaired. They no longer make the couch, so now we are stuck. We designed our entire living room to go with our couch, and now we are being forced to pick a totally different one that may or may not go with our living room. Mind you we have a new baby at home, and are scared to leave our house to pick out a new couch because of the coronavirus. Highly disappointed on this company and after we replace our couch, we will never be shopping here again. read more

I submitted a claim to the additional warranty which got denied saying this was a manufacture warranty to contact Living Spaces. I submitted that claim and got denied. I'm not asking for money back rather a replacement hoping for a better result. Still denied. DO NOT buy from this company. Horrible business practices. They will tell you can finance this couch 0% interest for x amount of time. Don't let them fool you. You are signing up for a CREDIT CARD. Not once will they tell you you're signing up for a credit card. You won't be notified of this scam until the end of the process and they will tell you your card will be mailed to you. The GM of the store will deny that you signed up for a credit card. Yet when you call the credit card company they will tell you it's a credit card. I find the customer service completely below par. Worst customer service ever! The salesperson showed me the fabric swatches and asked me to select. After less than 30 seconds, on my 2nd swatch, she started to look at her watch. And I got the hint and told her she should help someone else if she was in a hurry. When I selected the fabric I wanted, she told me to go up to the cashier to pay. And then item in the cart had the wrong dimensions, the cashier was super nice but could not explain why the dimensions on the tag were different than the computer. She asked her co- worker to help and he was super defense and said there is no way that they can explain the discrepancy and basically pay for the custom order and refuse delivery if it's incorrect. Seriously? Why would I prepay for something knowing that there maybe an issue in the future, after waiting 8 weeks for a turnaround... Poorly trained sales people who keeps reminding you they are Not on commission which clearly shows they don't care if you buy or not. Perhaps the level of service is reflection of their quality of merchandise as well read more

I've been all over the valley shopping for furniture and kept coming back to Living Spaces because I like their styles, quality, and prices. I have been trying to find furniture to make a small bedroom into a sitting room/office. In addition, I sometimes need to nap in my office during the day. A love seat or chair-and-a-half were a little too small to nap on but most of the sofas I looked at were too big for the room. Ryan showed me smaller pieces of furniture in the main showroom and in the Clearance area. This particular store has a warehouse in the back with discounted items. Since Ryan really listened to what I needed, he recommended a large ottoman with a single, pull-out bed in it. Who even knew there was such a thing? He then asked one of the designers to help me find a chair to go with the ottoman. I ended up buying a Kasen loveseat that had been marked down from $570.00 to $126.00. It was in the Scratch and Dent section but there isn't actually anything wrong with it, it's beautiful and comfortable! I was really impressed with this particular Living Spaces store. The customer service was really great and I found a solution to my problem that was beyond my expectations. The ottoman (brown leather) matches my living room furniture and I can even roll it out of the bedroom when I need extra seating for a party. Very happy with my experience at Living Spaces today! One thing to note...things that are in the Clearance area of the store have to be picked up...no delivery...but the prices are so good, I think it's worth the extra effort. read more
