I've never seen yellow rice in a rice ball, nor a meatball used as the center. It's usually ground beef, a little sauce with peas. It was odd to me though the marinara they gave with this was really good. Maybe this is how rice balls are made here in Baltimore and that's okay, it's the only reason I knocked a star off. The fellow behind the counter was very nice and helpful, there is not a lot of room to sit, but we had room.
