I had customized the strawberry mango tea to 50% sweetness and 50% light ice. It was perfectly refreshing, and the Bahn mi was packed with flavor! I really enjoyed my order. Service could've been better honestly. The first person that was at the register came off a bit annoyed because I wasn't quite ready to order yet. It was my first time there so I really wasn't that familiar with the menu. The Second staff that brought my drink and food out when they were ready was much more pleasant. The first interaction put me off quite a bit, though. I wouldn't mind coming back to try other dishes and drinks they offer. I think I would just make sure I already know what I'm gonna get before I even walk in.

I lucked up and found a parking spot right across the street on this rather hot 4th of July afternoon. I'm glad they were open and I missed the crowds due to the parade & other 4th festivities nearby. The two Baristas were so awesome, I had a great time chatting with them while I waited on my delicious hot Baklava Latte w/ oat milk. I saw their post about it on their IG page and knew I had to try it. They have so many options for coffee, cold brew, matcha, tea and more. They can also make your drink however you like it. But for me if something is on the menu, it's been perfected, so I'm going to try it. They have yummy looking pastries, I'll have to go back and try one of the many varieties of croissants! I sat in the cutest little corner nook looking out the window, it was perfect!! Again, I can't believe it's taken me this long to finally check them out, but I'm super glad I did.

I still had the essence of coffee which let me know that it's a nice medium roast. But I do prefer a dark and bold yet, smooth roast. The blueberry pot tart was OK. The pastry part was delicious, but the blueberry filling was a little dry. I love blueberries. So glad that that was the option. The inside is a bit small, so smaller crowds are better and it does tend to get crowded later in the evening and on weekends. The outside street sitting area is nice too and hopefully will be fully fixed soon. Overall a great places to stop for drinks and desserts after a nice meal! The service was incredibly friendly, and the staff member carefully packaged my order so nothing would shift. I tried five of their signature macarons--Apple Cheesecake, Maple Vanilla, Earl Grey Citrus, Root Beer, and Pomegranate -- and also got a Rice Krispies treat with chocolate, a traditional éclair, and a rich brownie. These are definitely not your ordinary desserts; they are high-quality, masterfully executed works of art, and I thoroughly enjoyed every single bite. Both were excellent, with the cookie being more of a shortbread cookie with dark chocolate and the croissant having great flavor and plenty of ham and cheese. I ordered the Nun'Ya Biscuit which was like nothing I've ever ordered before. It was a biscuit seasoned with smoked cheddar cheese, breakfast sausage, scallions, and complete with sausage gravy inside the biscuit. Walking in the book/coffee shop feels inclusive, cozy, and vibrant/community focused. There's also a section of banned books which is great to see and really highlights the progressive bookshelves. For coffee I ordered the Banana Pudding Latte which has banana puree and nilla wafers. It was so refreshing to order this iced on a hot day and the banana flavor wasn't overpowering. I didn't taste any apple flavor but it was good but really sweet. I did taste the espresso. I think for me if I had this much but with more milk or less Carmel it would have been better. They sit on a corner but you enter on the side kind of. They have seating inside and out. They are quiet until 12 then start playing music. You can bring your laptop and do a little work or read while having lunch. The staff were really friendly. The bathrooms are clean and gender neutral.
