This was compounded by the fact that I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for another employee, ostensibly an assistant manager, to apply it, and she wasn't even aware until I flagged her down. The dessert was a red bean and cubed something and ice cream I didn't care for, but as I said, the sashimi made the meal worth it.
