Outstanding Food and Service. The food here was crazy. Good! We came in for the breakfast specials and they were wonderful. So was the latte and chai latte. As some of the best latte drinks! We've ever had. We started with the special omelette, which included tzatziki, chili crunch, cream cheese and herbs. That was the one we were fighting over. We also had the breakfast biscuit with pickled onions and pickles and chili crunch. Sooo good! This is a place worth going back to for sure. Had a very cool vibe too. Kind of a upscale old school diner. Nice neighborhood vibe too.

Of the goat restaurants, Little Goat Diner might be my favorite but to be fair, it was the first one I went to years ago when it was still at its West Loop location. It's a cute spot and the staff is kind, but I feel like I've been enough times that I don't need to go again (I only went recently because my friend wanted to go). We got the okonomiyaki, bullseye french toast, cinnamon roll, and a milkshake. The chicken that comes with the french toast is yummy but the ratio is off aka there's really not as much chicken as I would want. The okonomiyaki was my favorite thing we ordered (although I have no comment on how it compares to actual Japanese made okonomiyaki) and I also love their piggy biscuit item. The cinnamon roll and milkshake were definitely skips for me.

I stumbled into this place on a Sunday morning, attracted in from the street by its 50's French hospital for tuberculosis vibe (I have never been in a French hospital). Seated at the counter immediately since there were no tables available. The food turned out to be excellent. The hash browns were perfect, maybe the best I've ever had. The seasonal omelette was delicious too, very fresh. The place was a bit expensive and the drinks weren't as good as the food though

We were pleasantly surprised that the restaurant was able to seat a group of us for midweek brunch last-minute. It's a small space and a bit tight if you have more than 5-6 people in your party. But a cozy and warm little place! Service was a little on the slower side. Coffee don't come out hot; mine was lukewarm, but they brought back another warmer one. Everyone liked the food. Generous portion sizes overall. It's a nice little neighborhood find.

This place is so cute and the food is amazing!!! The service is very friendly and fast. The menu is very unique, everything looked amazing. I ended up getting the parathas burrito and it was out of this world. The restaurant itself is very cute, limited seats so I recommend getting a reservation.

We sat at the bar on a Friday afternoon, which got us in the door quick! We ordered the shrimp Sammy, the chickpea salad, and the homemade blueberry lemonade (YUM). Shrimp Sammy was super flavorful and unique, with great textures balanced (tons of crunch). The chickpea salad fell a little flat, and left more to be desired. The blueberry lemonade was so good and a crowd favorite, as we saw them easily make 20 in the hour. Overall, would go back to try more, but wouldn't wait for a table.

Great service and overall good experience!! I was expecting the food to be spectacular because of Stephanie Izard (big top chef fan here) owns it. But the food was good but I wasn't blown away. We ordered the crab dip, Yucatan pork shoulder, japanese savory Pancakes, hot chocolate, and a milkshake. I am going to return to try other items on the menu because the menu is diverse and has so many options!

Cute old school diner themed restaurant to with friends for brunch or a date! Highly recommend the little goat reuben if you like corned beef and kimchi. This sandwich is pricey, but it is big. Easily two sandwiches. I was surprised to see kimchi as an ingredient, but they made it work. They used tasty kimchi (there's a difference). I liked the refreshing and spicy kick it gives the sandwich. I don't know if I'll be able to order anything else other than this sandwich from this restaurant.

If you are looking for a casual diner experience, this is a good spot for you. The menu some brunch classics to choose from and some unique take on classic dishes. We got here for a late lunch on Sunday, we tried the This Little Piggy and Okonomiyaki. The little piggy was savory with a hint of sweetness from the strawberry. The pork sausage with the sunny side egg was a perfect combination! The Okonomiyaki is a must try! It was my favorite dish - very well made with perfectly balanced flavors. For drinks we had the Strawberry fields, perfect for the summer, and the Glitter and Goat, a refreshing cocktail.

Another Lakeview gem that I find myself coming back to since moving to the west side. An amazing black sesame latte. Amazing breakfast and dinner. Small and intimate. Fast service. I'd recommend to anyone. Also great to bring friends from out of town.

The outside sign and interior decor are perfect. Exactly what you'd expect. I sat at the bar instead of the booths but they had a great cozy feel to them. I ordered the Breakfast Burger and it was really good. This was a unique fusion of flavors going on and I was impressed. There was a lot of interesting dishes coming through the window and I'd be interested to try more items on future visits. My only complaint was the coffee wasn't very good. Typically I wouldn't deduct a star for that but the coffee in my house is better, so I had to make note of it. Service was great and food shined. 4/5 from me. Give them a try!

It's a cute diner like the old days. I'm not a grits person but theirs is unbelievable!! It's made with shrimp butter!!! So rich I had to share it with my friend. And they treated us good for my birthday. Shake was good but that pie was unbelievable. Can't wait to go back...sort of glad I don't live close.

This Little Piggy breakfast sandwich and blueberry pancakes. Pancakes were basic, not a must get. Would recommend the sandwich though!

When his friend finally arrived, the staff was just as excited as we were--they made my husband feel incredibly celebrated, which meant the world to me. That kind of genuine hospitality is rare. And the food... absolutely incredible. Every dish hit: the oysters were fresh and briny, the clam pasta was rich and comforting, and the duck breast was cooked to perfection. Not a single miss. The cocktails were delicious and well-balanced, and Wine Director Owen truly spoiled us with thoughtful pairings and top-tier service. From start to finish, this was a 10/10 experience. Those are typically very good which is why I come back. The burger though. Why is it such a consistent disappointment? It's small, has the pancetta (a nice rubbery disc of salt) and just seems like kind of an afterthought to the otherwise well-considered menu. I've been eating it on occasion for 10+ years here always with the hope that it has improved. I would love to see a do-over on the burger. It would be great to have a place in the neighborhood that consistently delivered. As it stands, it's a distant second to RJ Grunt's, Small Cheval and not even in the same realm as Armitage Alehouse's burger. Really hoping I get to come back and revise this review to rave about how much better it got. The staff is always very nice and attentive as well. From host stand to bartenders, waitstaff and everyone clearing and setting, always a very nice group that seems like they take pride in their work, which is much appreciated.
