I had such a great experience thanks to KADIN at Little Caesar's on Transit Rd. I wasn't even sure what to order, and he took the time to help me figure it out and even helped me get a great deal. I was honestly having a really rough day, and without even knowing it, he completely turned it around just by being kind, patient, and helpful. That kind of customer service is rare and it matters. This particular store is small and squeezed in a strip plaza hardly noticeable but the way they conduct business is HUGE. I normally use the app to order and then start heading there.. however, I had a special request that I was not able to put in on the app, so I walked in there and asked to talk to the manager. When Anisha heard my special request, she was more than gracious to honor it. She was polite, professional and also had a sense of humor and did not scoff at my request. My son's favorite pizza besides Joe's on Amherst street in Buffalo. He got a gift card for Christmas so he decide to buy the family dinner. We had to wait for 20 minutes for our deep dish pizza which is the longest I've ever waited at any Little Caesars restaurant. read more

I don't follow March Madness college basketball, but word of free food spreads like wildfire. Due to an unlikely upset,little Ceaser's was giving out free personal pizza/$5 lunch boxes with a 20oz pop for two hours today, and I made it just in time. It was super busy, but I truly have to commend the staff and all for having the system as organized as possible. Despite coming up to a line that went out the door and down to the next business (it was a plaza), I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. They handed you a voucher with the special, you gave it to the woman at the register, and she handed you your free box of pizza. You grabbed your beverage of choice on your way it. It's painless. The personal pizzas are sliced in 4s. You were only given pepperoni here, but they offer many varieties. They also offer wings, and they have garlic breadsticks (crazy bread) that is out of this world good. They are always reasonable price-wise, and the food is always fresh, hot, and ready as their tagline states. The manager at this establishment or rude and condescending to customers, we have ordered there once a week for the last couple of weeks. This is where our visits will end, the food was cold, undercooked and service was horrible. The manager did not use there equipment properly and blamed my wife when we were not notified that our online order was complete. He also blamed us for our order being incorrect as he calls sweet peppers, green peppers this when we asked for no green peppers we would like hot peppers, he still put green peppers on our pizza. read more

If you're expecting Buffalo's best then you're going to be very disappointed, but what the hell were you thinking anyway ?? Being a family of four, if you're in the mood for Pizza then the tab can quickly begin to rise once you factor in all of the hungry mouths to feed, with Little Caesar's you can feed a hungry family of four for not much more than $15. Now admittedly the Pizza is above average at best, but for the price i'll certainly take above average any day, also their crazy bread is crazy good. To mix things up this time I ordered the wings, for $6 you get 8 tiny wings and truthfully they sucked big time, lesson learned I guess. If you're looking for qualify Buffalo Pizza then go to Picasso's or Leonardo's, or Pizza Heist, or one of the dozen's of great local places, but if you're looking for quick, hot inexpensive Pizza thats a step up from getting it from the grocery store then this is the place. read more

When my friends and I were craving pizza we called this place for our pickup order. Our two large pizzas were ready within 10 minutes and they were delicious. Veggie pizza was satisfying. It had olives, mushrooms, peppers and onions. And for the cost this was a great deal. read more

For a chain, their pizza is surprisingly good. We usually get the deep dish pizza (cheese & pepperoni) for $8. That's enough for both of us for dinner with some left over for lunch--so, a pretty good value. It doesn't make sense to pay twice as much for the same pizza at a "real" pizzeria. When you're tired and on your way home from work, this is a nice break from having to make dinner. read more

Stephen who answered the phone claimed he was a manager was the rudest gentleman I've ever met. 1st he told me could offer me a refund I explained him that be fine but hes like all it'll take 10 business days. That's fine can I just get a replacement for the breadsticks that were complete dough next time I come in, then he starts going on about how I need to dig through my trash and drive 20 minutes to bring it back to him or we don't get anything. I told him I took pictures but I wasn't going to dig through my trash and waste 20 mims driving back in. I'm arguing with him about this of course hes telling me that all I do was go on and on and on and on and on and on and on and on and I never once said that I'd be fine with getting a different replacement next time I came in. Which was the very 2nd thing I said to him after I told him I didn't need a refund. He was the most insulting, rude horrible person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with at that store. I will be attempting to contact not only corporate but also the owners that I know on the chain in this particular area. That behavior has never been displayed by any other of their employees while I was there, nor when I worked there years ago. I'm guessing because of the pandemic they're desperate for employees and they've decided that customer service no longer matters as long his grammators as long as they have an employee even if he is rude obnoxious and beyond insulting to people. read more

This is not perfect Italian Pizza but if you are in a rush on the way from work they have a special. $4.99 gets you a large (most people's medium) cheese and pepperoni that is already made and ready to go home. Very little waiting. They just mass produce till the crowd stops after work M-F. My kid loves it and so do I for the convenience once in a while. read more

There was a long blonde hair in our pizza. My Husband and myself called to speak with the Store Manager James who REFUSED to offer a resolution until we came in to Little Ceasars with the hair in the pizza. Which had already been chewed and spit into a plate. James claimed he was the Store Owner when asked to speak with the Owner. James also accused us of trying to get a free $5 pizza which is insulting and degrading. James also hung the phone up on me. James is incompetent of being a leader and is unable to make managerial decisions to keep the customers happy. read more

Crazy bread is delicious, love that it's cheap and u get more than 5. The pizza could be better, but for $5 I really just expect it to taste better the frozen Tony's pizza u buy in grocery store. And naturally it is. But I really just LOVE the crazy bread. read more
