We went to the Bar Bills in East Aurora, they were on a 3-4 hr wait! We came to this location and they were on an hour in a half wait, we waited! You already know that if two of the three Bar Bills are on an over hour wait that it's gonna be good! The wings alone were amazing! Hot, crispy, and coated with the perfect amount of sauce! The medium wasn't too hot, the Cajun medium was our favorite!! The garlic cheese curds were absolutely delicious! The place was packed our server Jessica was on it and helpful with making sauce recommendations! Visited the Clarance bar bill location. It's a large building with a great tavern atmosphere. We ordered the Cajun-Honey Butter BBQ wings, pizza logs bar bill style (coated in the sauce of your choice), chicken sandwich with waffle fries and mini bed on weck. The wings were crunchy and the sauce was great. The pizza logs were good but the best I've had. My friend said the beef on weck was good and the horseradish was excellent. Being a resident of Buffalo we have a unique insight into Buffalo Wings. Located on Main Street it's conveniently accessible from everywhere. The wings are a bit over priced but that's to be expected. Inside is clean and setup in two floors. Wings are a bit on the smaller side. They say hot is extra- it's a bit but not as crazy as they make it seem. We had both bbq and hot. They were decent. Nothing special our pizza logs were a bit burnt which was kind of a bummer. This was a great place to kick off our short trip to Buffalo. We had asked several locals about places to find the best wings, and while answers vary and that topic is one of heavy debate in Buffalo, everyone at least mentioned this spot. It was convenient for us after leaving the airport and on our way to our hotel, so we made it our very first stop. Definitely did not regret that. It's a big restaurant, but I'm sure it fills up often, especially on game days. After seating our server came over right away, got drink orders, and put in our appetizer of garlic cheese curds. We also ordered a Beef on Weck to split, 10 hot buffalo wings, and 10 hot honey bbq cajun spice wings on Brandon, the Buffalo Yelp CMs, recommendation. Cheese curds came out fast, and the beef on weck (already halved) right after. The cheese curds were so delicious. Perfectly golden fried, robust garlic flavor, and the cheese had a great flavor and mouth feel. The Beef on Weck was good, but we had others while on the trip that were better, so that ended up being our last favorite thing here.. but still tasty. That said, these were our favorite wings and bleu cheese of the trip. The hot buffalo was an excellent example of a classic... but I was totally blown away by the flavor on the hot honey bbq cajun wings. Their cajun seasoning had a wonderful flavor, hints of sweetness, and complimented the sauce like a glove. A little bit of their bleu cheese dip really made them special, not to mention, wonderfully presented and the fact that all the wings were plump and juicy. After spending the day touring my mom's hometown of Clarence, we stopped at Bar-Bill North on a busy sports Saturday--and it was the perfect choice. Despite the crowd, the experience was fantastic. Assuming this experience was typical, this has to be one of the most overrated places I've ever been I don't know what their buffalo sauce is but it is a strange, sweet sauce. After doing some online research we decided to check out Bar-Bill and were really glad there was a north location. We showed up around 3:30 on a Saturday and had to wait was about 45-1 hour. It's a really casual spot but very well loved. We ordered 10 medium and 10 medium-Cajun with a side of waffle fries. The waffle fries came out first and were so crispy and perfectly seasoned. They have small paper plates on the tables so we used those. Our wings took a bit but they were worth it. Large wings that are crazy crispy. I think next time I'd go for the medium-hot flavour. Having a friend from out of town (albeit they grew up here in WNY) stay with me for the night, we were talking about dinner and the minute I mentioned wings, that's all they wanted. My friend and I arrived on Friday around 5:15pm to a full parking lot. It'd been over four years since I was here and I was amazed they were still THIS popular, although yea it was Friday at dinner on the weekend of a home, 1pm Bills game, so it was expected this place would be popular. We ended up parking up the road in the parking lot of a strip mall and walking over. I put my name in for a table for two and got the text with my spot in line. It took about an hour before our table was ready. I noticed that in the text telling me my table was ready that there was a two-hour time limit, which I've never seen before, but honestly, neither of us were concerned about that as we weren't planning to stay there all night. We were seated at a table near the entrance, which made for some fun people watching. Plenty of TVs going and music playing overhead so it's certainly not quiet in there but we had no problem chatting as we waited. Our waitress was courteous and friendly enough, she was pretty busy but she still managed to check on us periodically. The wait between getting our drinks and our food was longer than I'm used to, but it was fine as I could drink my Bar-Bill House Lager from Ellicottville Brewing Co. (which was great!) and chat. For dinner, I went with an order of chicken fingers, painted on both sides in their Cajun-Honey Butter BBQ sauce, which comes with a side of celery and blue cheese dressing (I got an extra cup so that was nice!). The size of the chicken fingers were great and plenty saucy. I didn't want to be a complete mess so I used a fork and knife. That Cajun-Honey Butter BBQ sauce is just phenomenal. I was a little worried five fingers wouldn't be enough for me, but they filled me up perfectly! My friend ordered 10 wings in their Cajun sauce - They were practically silent the whole time they ate through all 10. When they were done, they told me they wish there were 10 more in front of them. They told me the next day they were dreaming about those wings. haha Prices everywhere in 2025 are high, and Bar-Bill North is no exception, but the quality is there, so it's hard for me to argue there. Wow. I know the original Bar Bill is always packed so I shouldn't have been surprised that this one would be too. We got there right as it opened and were about the third party in line to get in when it opened. The inside is about as "Buffalo" as you can get with all sorts of sports related pictures and decor. It is kind of hard to believe the space used to be the Old Red Mill. Between our party of 8 we ordered three different types of wings, a salad, the buffalo pizza logs, shoestring fries and a beef on weck. I will say, everything was delicious. My wings were cooked to crispy perfection and the sauce was delicious. The shoestring fries had a perfect crisp to them. The highlight might have been the blue cheese. It was creamy and more dip like than salad dressing which made it perfect for dipping. The reason I didn't rank it 5 stars is the cost. Everything is expensive these days, I get that. This place was running like a well oiled machine. It was the height of brunch/lunch. We were seated immediately by the staff. Our waitress was extremely polite and friendly, and got our drink and food order turned in very quickly.
