My favorite god damn sub place of all time. We come in, place our orders and get our food before we even find a table. The subs are always packed and delicious. I usually get the Godfather in Everything (or "Danny's Favorite" for the Wegmans casuals). One thing that's still odd to me is that there are no gluten free breads or wraps available. One of the guests in our recent group is a no gluten person (she was a first timer) and we were all surprised that she couldn't haven't the same experience as us and had to get a salad. Seems like such an easy fix? Probably a bad first impression for her but doesn't change my opinion much.

I have mixed feelings about writing this review. I hadn't been to DiBellas in while. No particular reason but when I saw an offer for $5 off any sub I thought why not. On past visits I always got cold subs. My sub of choice is typically turkey with lots of veggie toppings. Well this time i decided to try one of their hot subs and got the large cheese steak sub. I was very disappointed in the amount of meat. Don't know if that's how it's always served or if I just bad luck of the draw. Also, there was suppose to be a horsey mayo on top. If there was any horseradish in it I certainly didn't taste it. They did offer me a free small sub when they heard I was dissatisfied. I'll probably go back but will stick with the cold subs.

Since this quarantine began my family has been doing our part to support businesses and take advantage of the time to share a meal inside. Sometimes being home all day requires us to have something to look forward to and we have found our fun has come from voting on meals to order or cooking together, which happens each day. Well we decided on subs and not our normal big W sub ... Dibella's also has a Sub Club which provides you with a small sub and small drink for FREE after your first order. But when you sign up you also get a 50% off your order email that is linked to your account. So we had a sub night. We all ordered something different a tuna, turkey and steak with peppers and onions. You select your location, select pick up time and make your payment They have a curbside pickup that brings your food out and places in the back of the car. The online system is VERY simple The coupon applies to your entire order There are many selections for your preferences for toppings There are several selections for bread The only request I would have is if they had a feature to toast your roll. The subs were great ! I have so many pet peeves when it comes to a sub, but they were well put together with enough of everything .. Definitely check them out

Fast food chain. Friendly workers. Confusing layout, but popular and busy. No bologna? Who ever heard of such a thing. I enjoyed my Uncle Louie. Lots of meat. Medium, regular drink and chips for $15 something.

If you are in upstate NY and have not had dibellas you haven't had anything.I'm not too sure how spread-out their chain is but I have always had them while visiting Buffalo or Rochester. They are actually the Patek Philippe of subs if I may say so.Their bread is to die for-fresh-not chewy like most sub places and very filling.Their meats are so flavorful and the toppings are very fresh. And their sizes run big you won't be hungry when leaving. I do know most Wegmans do have their station. I had ordered this over the phone from this location hence can't comment on their service. I always look forward to eating their subs wherever I can get them and I find their quality and taste is standard to all their locations I wish they had one in Toronto!!!

Dagwood sub on Everything sub roll

The menu isn't extensive, but they are obviously good at making what they do - subs. I went there around 12:30pm on a Thursday and it was pretty busy with people on their lunch hour. The line went quickly though, as they had plenty of workers to handle the rush. I chose a grilled chicken salad and picked which veggies I wanted. All the ingredients were crisp and fresh. For the dressing I went with their housemade oil. I liked the herbs and spices that were added. The salad also came with a breadstick that was fashioned out of a sub roll. It was fresh and yummy and tasted great dipped into the oil. My dining partner got the Dagwood sub. I made her save me a bite. The corned beef had a salty, spiced flavor and paired well with the ham and turkey. For me there is a bit too much meat on the subs, but you can easily solve that by taking a few slices off. Oh and the best part of the subs are the rolls! Freshly baked and where else can you find an Everything sub roll? FYI - the multigrain and sesame are great choices as well. I've also heard that DiBella's makes the sub rolls for Wegmans. We got a kids meal too. Good deal for a kids-sized sub, applesauce pouch, juice box, and 2 mini cookies - all for $4.99 and comes in a cute box with coloring stuff. The staff were so accommodating to my request to keep everything separate - I wanted the cheese and ham separate from the roll and veggies. Yup, "mom life!" This is a good place to stop if your looking for a well-done classic sub. They don't have a fryer, so if you want chicken fingers or fries, this isn't the place. But they do have homemade cookies which are absolutely delicious - soft, chewy, and very chocolately. And you can always grab a bag of chips there - there was quite a few choices. Lastly, be sure to join Club Bread. The first reward is a small sub or salad (free with no purchase required). Great deal!

Fast and friendly service, I ordered a turkey sub of tomato, mayo, lettuce, provolone cheese on a multi grain roll, it was enormous in size and very deish. They offer sub choices like cheesesteak, Italian meatball, chicken Philly, dogwood, buffalo chicken, roast beef and albacore tuna salad all served on your choice of roll. They also have so very tasty cookies for dessert, like macadamia nut or oatmeal raisin.

With speedy service and a smile I ordered a small turkey sub it included Lettuce, tomato, mayo ,provolone cheese on a choice of bread which I choose the multi grain.I could not believe the size for a small and it was delicious. They also have the most amazing cookies, I really enjoy the oatmeal raisin. They offer so many great sub choices with names like uncle Louie, the godfather, the cowboy and dagwood.

Getting there just after 1PM on a Monday there was a line inside, to the door to place orders... the wait afterwards was about 10 minutes. I love bologna sandwiches and I also really enjoy a nice beef on Weck, so I was happy they offered a mini beef sandwich, still on kummelweck, which I got along with their bologna sandwich with provolone, onions, and peppers on it. The bologna sandwich was flame grilled and tasted excellent! I added jalapeños to it for a little kick, as well as some mayo and that made the sandwich really tasty! I started with their split pea soup - It was really good! It had big chunks of smokey, flavorful ham in it and the texture was thick and the flavor was great! I also tried a side of their mustard potato salad and it was decent, but I think it had pimentos or pickles in it, which I don't prefer. Last up - That mini beef sandwich - AWESOME! The bun really added the excellent flavor you'd expect from having the meat on that type of roll. The beef was tender and so flavorful! They also have horseradish on the tables, so I added a bunch of it and that really made the flavor pop! Service was excellent and very friendly here. I'd highly recommend stopping in!

The hand carved beef was tender, juicy, and piled high on a perfectly salted kummelweck roll. Add a little horseradish and au jus, and it's easily one of the best sandwiches in the area. The crispy waffle fries were the perfect side--golden, crunchy, and seasoned just right. Everything tasted fresh and made with care. Between the quality of the food, the spotless dining area, and the old-school charm, this place absolutely earns five stars. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town.

After getting my nails done next door, I decided to stop in on recommendation of my roommate. I didn't plan to buy anything since I'm going away for a couple of days but I could not resist. Rob was very friendly and helpful. It's not a big place, but there's options galore and he showed me around and told me about a lot of the foods and who prepared them and what's in them. I was also surprised to see Gondola ravioli there! As a teen, I worked at Latinas and after they closed, I would buy them at Tops. But I haven't seen them there in AGES and haven't found a replacement. I was so happy and had to buy some. Then I saw the delicious banana peppers (amongst other things) and bought both varieties of those and a few BBQ meatballs (all of these made in-house). I got home and threw the banana peppers in the oven immediately and warmed up the meatballs as a little appetizer while I waited (hey, I hadn't eaten all day and it was dinner time!). The meatballs were great ... they were mini and size but packed with flavor. Of the 2 banana pepper varieties I bought, me and my son both agreed the one with Italian sausage in it was our favorite! We absolutely cannot wait to have them again ... so much so that I had to call and make sure they are a regular option so I can grab them soon! The store itself is incredibly clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing. The cuts of meat are beautiful. There's plenty of raw meat options, cooked items, fresh and frozen, individual or bulk, some salads, deli meats and cheese, a few other things. Oh, there's tons of unique hamburgers too in which they mix their ground beef with various ingredients for different flavors. Prices are on par with anywhere else ... no worries about jacked up prices here at all! Very fair. Great customer service, appearance, and variety. No complaints at all. I look forward to shopping here again!
