a pepperoni pizza in a box

I love how easy it is to place an online order! Through it, you're able to track your order and once it's ready, it gives you a code for you to pick it up from their to go area. They also have a special parking spot for pick up orders which allows you to easily find a parking spot by their door. Although the food was good, they did mess up my order. I ordered an order of crazy bread and they accidentally gave me an order of cheesy bread.

This is not crazy zesty bread but it's still edible

Ok now I have them five stars all the way until this one go round. Unfortunately nobody answers the phone over there so I don't know where to start to get a credit or something. I order the wings, zesty crazy bread and two dipping sauces. I only got one dip sauce, the wings were correct but the zest bread was wrong. I got regular breadsticks. I got charged for what I ordered but didn't get what I ordered. I'll give them another chance but make sure y'all pay attention to the orders. Hopefully I'll get to management and let them know of the error. Other than that, the food was hot. I just need them to pay attention next time

Yep, 14 pieces of sausage on an extramostest pizza. Extramostest rip-off.

Avoid this place We ordered a couple of extramostest pizzas and the sausage pizza had 14 pieces of sausage on the entire pizza and the pepperoni wasn't any better. I tried to call the store, but they never answer their phones. I ended up contacting someone from their FB page which told me to call their customer support team. I did this and after a month, an area manager called me and apologized for the pathetic pizza. He told me that there would be a credit for our pizza in their system. Today I tried to call to order the pizzas to use the credit and again, they don't answer their phones. Tried FB again only to be told to call the customer service number. I waited on hold for 24 minutes before I gave up.

Came in to get a late lunch. ordered a Quattro and a classic cheese and jalapeno cheese dip. The guy that took our order, Nick. Went over and beyond to make sure that we were happy and had our food quick and fresh. We were seriously impressed with the service we received!!! We will definitely be coming back because of Nick!

$5 can't be beat...and as a native Detroiter, I can't resist. The pan pizzas are decent, and the crazy bread is delicious.

We…read morespent over $80 on a to-go order that included two Gina's Gem, a big cheese pizza, and a salad. The pizza arrived cold but was still edible. Unfortunately, the Gina's Gem was nothing like what was advertised. I was expecting warm, crusty bread with a roasted cheese dip on the side so you could tear pieces of bread and dip them into the cheese. Instead, the cheese had already been spread directly onto the bread and toasted together. Because of that, the bread lost the texture you would expect--it wasn't crusty or dippable at all. It ended up soft, almost soggy, and the cheese was baked onto the bread rather than being a dip. The whole appeal of the dish was supposed to be the warm bread with the roasted cheese to dip into, and that part was completely missing. Included with the bread was a hot honey that missed the mark on being "hot" and some kind of jam. These options just made everything even more soft....which should have been impossible. The salad was actually the best part of the meal - even though it was a bit spicy. I've always had good experiences here in the past, so this was a big letdown--especially for the price. I just wish the to-go version of the dish matched how it's described, or that expectations were set correctly when ordering. Unfortunately, this experience made me lose all trust in ordering from here again. I can't believe we waited until exactly 3pm (when they opened) to order this.... At the very least the pizza should have been hot.

The Sunday special includes any two pizzas and a salad for $40 and we couldn't pass up this deal! The Caesar salad was absolutely phenomenal, topped with freshly shaved parm and bread crumbs, and mixed with this incredible spicy red pepper that was so delicious, we asked for more on the side. Both pizzas left us speechless as well, I really don't think you can go wrong with whatever you order. Service was great, food was prepared quickly, and there is plenty of seating and a bar area. Can't wait to be back!

The sandwich was honestly the highlight of the meal. It was delicious, and the pizza dough as the bread was such a unique touch that you really don't find at many Italian sandwich spots around Columbus. The pizza itself was just okay. As you can see from the picture, the toppings weren't distributed very evenly, so some slices had mostly sauce with barely any cheese while others had way more toppings and cheese but less sauce. I also wish the pizza had been cooked a little longer overall because it was pretty floppy and doughy. One thing that makes it tough is that once the movie starts, it's hard to go back and ask for changes or anything since the theater is packed and getting in and out of the seats feels disruptive. We'll definitely be back to Grandview Theater because we love the experience overall, but next time I'll probably stick to the sandwiches and popcorn and skip the pizza.

I tried half of the Licensed to Dill which was just okay. Pickles on pizza isn't really my thing. Pesto on pizza wasn't really my thing either, but having half of a an Ecto Pesto changed my mind. Perhaps the chicken and bacon on the pie was what I really liked, but the point is that it all came together surprisingly well. It definitely gave me hope for the more meat-heavy pizza options that I tend to prefer.

You ever walk into a place and think, there's no way something special is hiding in here?…read more Yeah....That was me. An old tavern in Columbus. Dim. Historic. The kind of spot where you expect a solid beer and maybe some decent bar food. What you don't expect? One of the best Detroit-style pizzas of your life hiding behind a window in the back like some carb-based speakeasy. And when I say hidden, I mean hidden. No flashy signage. No "best pizza in town" ego. Just a quiet little window cranking out square pies that deserve a standing ovation. I ordered the classic red top -- already a bold move -- and added pesto because balance matters and I like to live a little. The result? Beyond reproach. Fresh, loaded toppings. Sauce with depth. And that crust... that beautiful Detroit crust. Crispy edges with that caramelized cheese halo, but still chewy and pillowy inside. The textural contrast is what separates amateurs from legends -- and this? This was legend-level execution. Easily top 3 Detroit-style pizzas I've had. And that's not a casual statement. If you don't understand the life-altering power of true Detroit-style pizza, I regret to inform you... you have not been living. Go find the window in the back. Trust me.

When I arrived around 10pm on a Sunday night, the place looked like it was in transition to closing (chairs flipped over on tables, no patrons, staff members watching TV in empty booths). However, I was welcomed in to order by the friendly woman at the counter. She answered a few of my questions and when I asked what her favorite was, she immediately said, "Buckeye Garlic Pizza." I took her advice and was also able to add up to three toppings at no additional charge (mushroom, olive and sausage). I took a seat and waited about 10 minutes for my personal 10" pie, which came out hot and with a friendly, "Thank You, Sweetie." I ran the pie back to my hotel and opened up the box. The pie looked amazing. Perfectly crispy outer crust, six cheeses and garlic, along with my toppings. The pie was pretty damn good, with steam coming off the top. The six-cheese blend was interesting, with the dominant flavors being American and Cheddar. The sausage, olives and mushrooms were all fresh and plentiful. Definitely a good option to satisfy my hunger for a late night pizza in Downtown Columbus.
