As a rule a few years back I would always use a non chain pizza shop. But sometimes you just have to go with the quickest option. My younger brother use to make me special pizzas that the public couldn't get. He worked at a Dominos while he was in high school. Several years later a buddy of mine drove for a Dominos for extra money, and once again I received some great pizzas that weren't necessary menu approved. But other than that I was never overwhelmed with the big "D". However a while back it was getting late, for a mid week pizza and everybody else was either closed or closing, so I called Dominos. The food was reasonably good. Since then I've used them many times, not always, but often. This past week I ordered a XL pie and a couple Italian sandwiches. Everybody thought everything was great. Only problem was I had ordered a couple 2 liters and the guy forgot one of them. But he went after it and was back in no time. I recommend this store to friends all the time. But please don't tell my Italian Momma and Poppa, they may not understand.

My husband and 7 year old daughter went to pick up at the Worthington Location and we called ahead to place our order and Alicia was who handled us from beginning to end absolutely horribly. On the phone she was extremely irritated with having to take our order so at pick up my husband walks up and she goes what's up, what's up aggressively before he can even say I'm here to pick up. He then said to her hey can I be honest she said sure he said when working in customer service I think it's important to be patient and kind when handling customers and she completely flipped out on him saying all kinds of curse words in front of a child. Saying you can get out of my store right now and you have till the count of three to get out or I'm calling the police. My husband then said you're gonna speak like that in front of a 7 year old, she then told him she'll be giving our pizza order away to the people who worked there. For $67 for two pizzas and 10 wings, we'll take our money where it's appreciated. Reached out to the owner he said he would deal with it and that he was reviewing footage only to not say anything else in response not even an I'm sorry for the way you were handled for this terrible and completely unprofessional behavior. Never again.

If I wanted to go get a pizza I could just get one at the store. I haven't had a bad pizza or bad service on the phone or at my door from this place ever. As a matter of fact, this is the only pizza place that has never messed up an order yet for me. The big chain shops over here have all failed to the point where we don't use Donato's or Pizza Hut anymore due to quality issues at Donato's and order quality and management issues at Pizza Hut. The other places are constantly too greasy or too bland and no better than me baking one myself. For the review I read where they bash this as not being quality pizza, well this isn't the east coast or Chicago. The pizza standard here was set by Donato's and Massey's decades ago. I can drive across the city for a better pizza, but that defeats the purpose of getting delivery on snowy or rainy days. If any of you are old enough to remember the flavor of the crust from Donato's in the 80's thru 90's prior to their sale to McDonalds Corporation (briefly) the crust tastes like that. Now Donato's uses the frozen dough which is not the same or good.

Fantastic pizza and really good service…read more We moved to Pickerington a few months ago and tried Gionino's almost immediately. So glad we did. Every pizza we've tried has been fantastic. Just maybe a bit too floppy and greasy for me at that moment (and in general.) Square cut. Fairly doughy thick soft crust. Lots of cheese. Enough sauce to hold things, and it tasted fine. A minimal amount of pepp, but what there was was tasty. And all in all the taste was pretty good. Just the schloopiness and doughiness and greasiness didn't do it for me. I didn't go back for more.
