When I got there I needed to use the restroom and wash my hands. Well, no light in the bathroom. I had to use my cell phone flashlight to pee. I told the lady working there who blew it off, not because she didn't care, but you could tell she was frustrated (she did not say that). She said they knew the light was out and apologized. Then we ordered and the pizza came out. GREAT TASTING PIZZA. However we had to eat off cardboard liners for pizza boxes no paper plates. There were three of us and they had only two forks in the entire place and no knives at all. It was a freaking mess trying to eat and I couldn't believe the place was even serving customers. Let me make it clear. The worker was kind and apologized time and time again. She had no blame in any of this horseshit. Whoever the manager is for this store and overall area manager should be terminated. There was zero, care by Marci's management team. Maybe this company should make the manager the store worker, and the store employee the manager because, at least she gave a damn. Again, give this lady a bonus for forcing her to deal with customers who are being treated by a management team who obviously don't care. And a ten for the great tasting pizza. Everything else a total zero. I may try another store at some point, but right now I don't care to ever set foot in another Marco restaurant. EDIT You asked me to complete a form online but there was no way to complete what I needed to do. Maybe you need a new manager over your IT department also.

Finally, as for the food, I absolutely love their baked spaghetti with a side of garlic bread. I will definitely be coming back for that. I didn't care for the sausage sub I saved for lunch the next day, though. Maybe it doesn't hold up well cold, after sitting in a fridge for 12 hours. Not sure. Overall, I will be back. My orders are always correct and ready in a timely manner. The staff is AWESOME, whether it be the drive-up window employee with a flashy smile or the timely and respectful delivery driver. When I'm feeling lazy or unable to leave the house, I opt for the small delivery fee and tip for easy and timely service. My order has ALWAYS been on time or earlier than expected. I have received my pizza in less than 25 minutes before with the delivery service. The pizzas and subs hear ROCK. Pataskala is a pizza goldmine. You turn a corner and you're bound to find a pizza place every where you go. After trying many different pizza places, I have landed on Donatos as my go to. Their pizza cannot be beat. The prices are easily affordable for small groups or for personal pizzas. My favorite is a classic thin crust cheese pizza with extra sauce on top for more yummy flavor. I have ate in store a few times and have had no issues. The restaurant is clean and well put together. The staff in the kitchen will double as waiters/waitresses and do a great job of managing everything and keeping drinks full. Thank you Donatos!

The pies here come fully loaded, like they were built by an overachieving Italian grandma who refuses to accept "light toppings" as a concept. I grabbed a Supreme and a Carnivore, because balance is important--veggies for the soul, meats for the heart (and cholesterol). Both were cooked perfectly: crisp crust, cheesy layers of happiness, and toppings stacked so high they needed their own building permit. Had a couple of local microbrews while I waited--because what's pizza without beer? The bartender was friendly and clearly knew their stuff. Bonus points for serving up brews that didn't taste like they were filtered through regret. Took the pies home and--no surprise--they were a hit. Everyone's inner food critic went quiet after the first bite. Verdict: Four Points Pizza is the kind of place that makes "errands" sound like code for "pizza mission." Come hungry
