Everything was fine. Food was good. Made in a timely manner. Here is my problem: there was no hats or hairnet worn by one single employee. The guys making the pizzas had big, fluffy hair (not covered). The girls making sandwiches had ponytails. (Fine). The guy cutting the pizzas , his hair was up in a bun but some of it was to short to tie up, he would come out, except money, push his hair back behind his ears, go back and cut pizzas without gloves on. Maybe I am to picky but I don't think so. Hair needs covered and gloves need worn when dealing with someone else's food. read more

Witnessed an employee use the restroom and return to work in the kitchen without washing their hands. Also watched an employee pick up a soda cup, play with it for a few minutes, placing it up to her face and touching it then placed it back in the community cup stack for the next customer to use. Recently visited for a pickup order. I normally do independent pizza but I got an email coupon for 30 percent off. I ordered 1 small and 2 mediums while I was shopping at Kroger (ordered over the app). I was 5 mins early and the food was just coming out of the oven. The staff was nice, food was hot and good Ambiance - they do have seating but not my thing Service - was really good Food - it was good, toppings were great. Do. Not. Go. Here. My wife and I ordered a pizza online from this location. We get there over 30 minutes later and they hadn't even started making it yet (store was empty, they were bot busy). A kid behind the counter who I had been watching sweep and pick up trash with his bare hands then use his phone (without washing his hands) grabs my pizza from the oven, sets it down, WIPES HIS FACE WITH HIS HANDS then starts cutting my pizza, bracing it with his dirty hands while he cuts it. He then gives his hair a scratch and wipes his har back (no hat or hair cover on) and closes the box. My wife came in because she saw him doing this from our car in the parking lot. We say that what he did was disgusting and we want a refund. The kid smirked and laughed a little. My wife said she was serious and what he did was disgusting. The kid told my wife to fuck off under his breath. To her face. In front of me. At his work. I leaned over the counter and told him if he ever spoke to my wife like that again it won't be nice. I then told him and the coworker that thought it was funny I would be in touch with corporate and have their jobs. The next day a cop shows up at my door saying that they called the cops and said I assaulted him and yelled at him but they didn't want to press charges but I still have to go to court. I call corporate "customer service" and the lady who answered had a problem from the start. I even mentioned that her tone was pretty combative and she aggressively told me "no it's not!" When I asked for an escalation or supervisor she said she WAS the manager. Their customer service manager has an attitude with customers. Just WOW. Never go here. At least not untill they hire some actual adults that u derstand responsibilities and customer service and do not retaliate with false accusations when they mess up and get called on it. read more

Use for quick pick up every month or two for a different type of pizza than my go to preference. The founders favorite is a solid choice if you like meat. I really like the sausage they use. I am also a fan of mariachi beef. Better like hot if you make this selection as it is covered with jalapeños. They have a good app, which I use every time. The app usually has specials and discount offers via email. You also earn points for free food. They are very fast, order on app and pick up in 10 minutes. Customer service is not a focus at this franchise. The kids working here only care about having fun with each other; tossing things back and forth, laughing at customers, just general, un-professional behavior. Tonight, I tried to order online but the system wouldn't take any of the coupon codes I had. I called the store and he said ... just bring em in and we'll see if they work. I said, "No. I want to know they work before I get there because if I can't use them, I'll order elsewhere". He wouldn't even try to put them in. He said they're a franchise so they don't take most coupons and they don't take them from the Entertainment book which is what I had. He said "This is what our manager told us to do". Seriously?? He told you to turn down orders? I said I would just call the Mt. Vernon store instead since I know they take the coupons and since I live in Centerburg, it's the same distance (give or take) to either location. He said ... "Ok. I'm sure they'll probably take them". I said, "Ok then. If you don't want my business I'll just order from there". He said, "Ok. Bye". I get it that you don't honor Entertainment book coupons. Donato's Pizza is a good restaurant. I usually eat here when it is a family member's birthday. The pizza is good and so is the salad.

Take out order of Big Don subs, Italian side salads. Salads were ridiculously minimal. I have continually been disappointed with this location. Skip ordering from here. You will be disappointed. read more

I am a Donatos cheerleader! I love seeing a local business thrive and grow to such an impressive empire. That's why it grieves me to write this. My parents just moved here from out of state and I bragged about our super awesome local pizza chain. Always been great! This store can't get it right. The pizza was way undercooked, had doughy crust and too greasy (I'm sure from being undercooked). We even gave them another chance tonight and experienced the same thing. I'm so disappointed because I know what the product is like when it's done right. I don't think I will give them a third chance. We'll be going to the local places around town instead. read more

Donatos is usually pretty good but skip this one. Not sure how difficult it is to get a one topping pizza correct but this store can't. The clerk told me first they could not find my name or by looking for my pizza order. I asked her to look for my phone number and she found the order but it was not the one topping I ordered. For some reason she had to then discuss with someone in the back and she said they could remake the pizza with no effort of an apology and as if it may cause her severe hardship. Pass this location. Young staff, three times now they burnt personal cheese (even after we said "lightly baked"). Teens working the register just stand around with attitude vs. wiping down soda machine, or sweeping floor... anything except playing on your iPhone in front of us. If you're wanting Donatos, go to Westerville locations-- worth the drive. read more
