Came here for an event, to meet a Bluejackets player. The staff here handled that extremely well. The line was long, stretching the length of the mall, but they were up and down the line handing out pizza, water, popsicles, shirts, etc. And back with napkins and collecting trash. I had a pepperoni slice and it was good, and a nice snack during the wait. Kid K had a popsicle and appreciated it. Inside, there's a seating area, rare for Jet's that I've seen in town. Efficient layout, clean. They routed us around in line to get things signed and take pix. Somehow they still ran a business during this; some people in line ordered online and got their food as they left, plus regular customers came to get their orders (I saw staff run food out to a car at least once.) The food at Jet's is fine; I'm not a fan of their subs but they have several styles of pizza, and decent salads and wings. But the stars here were the staff. Great pizza! Antipasti Salad is fantastic! Jet's Boats are huge and stuffed full of toppings. Love the Brownie and Cookie Pizza's. Best Sausage I've found locally. Always have done carry-out by ordering online - convenient and quick, and the service has always been friendly and inviting. No complaints here! read more

Made a mistake they put toppings on breadsticks instead of the pizza. May have been our fault on the order but even at that they put next to no toppings on breadsticks maybe one pepperoni and 2 pieces is sausage. We called to let them know the order was wrong (again, maybe our fault) but couldn't have been more rude. read more

One would think they don't have unreasonably high expectations about certain things -- until their expectations aren't being met. Then, you realize the importance of little things we typically take for granted; such as consistency in the quality of the food (i.e., toppings, cheese, meat, crust) and the speed and reliability of delivery and professionalism of the drivers. This Jet's Pizza location has never let me down in any of these areas. The food is consistently amazing, delivery is always reliable and on-time. There has only been one instance of a problem with delivery and it was due to an issue with their internet during a storm. Even in that circumstance, they reached out to me to let me know what happened and rushed my order to get it out as close to when it was expected as possible. First time ordering- and even though a pie was incorrect, the MOD- Ryan, was hot on the ball to make sure it was made right. Even though I picked up initially, he ensured a fresh (correct) 'za was delivered at no cost. That's called service in my book. They might be a touch more pricey than the other guys, but service and quality go a long way. I'll certainly give Jet's Pizza another shot- I have confidence that the pies will be made correctly the first time. (The Pizza error was a spicy creole seasoning on a kids pepperoni pizza. The kid complained, but when I tried- it certainly had some kick!). The replacement pizza was fantastic! read more

I frequently order from here and they all always fast and the pizza is delicious. The only reason why I didn't rate 5-stars is because the pizza slices are a bit small, but overall the food is so good. Last I ordered, I purchased a deep pan pizza, bbq wings, cheese bread, and a cookie pan. I will definitely return and will probably order again soon. read more

Just moved here and remodeling a house, ordered pizza for the workers and pleasantly surprised by Jets. The crust!!! What else can I say, each and every bite is crunchy just the way it should be! So far we have tried several of their pizzas and love them all. We have also ordered a few of the different versions of sandwiches that are very good. I took a star off because they will deliver without red pepper or Parmesan every time, you have to specifically request and when I order online there isn't an option to add it. Pretty bad !! Very expensive for what you get. The pizza is greasy and the cheese is tasteless. The sauce is just ok the only thing that is good is the crispy crust. Lewis Center needs another pizza shop. Skip Jets not worth the money, Tarrantos pizza is much better. read more

There's no great pizza in Columbus. This place is about as good as it gets. It's pricey, though. The sauce is tasty; it's sweet and distinct. Their four corners deep dish pizza is the highlight of the menu, but be careful; it fills you up quickly. read more

I am a fan of only their pizza. We have only gotten the traditional crust pizza. I ordered extra cheese but it looked like the same amount as regular cheese pizza.The kids like it too. I once ordered a caesar salad and the lettuce was a little brown on parts. read more
