The paneer tikka masala pizza was not good. Maybe it just wasn't my cup of tea, but the flavors were way off. Would not return.

This is a cute, brightly lit little takeout pizza spot specializing in Indian fusion pizzas. They are delicious, flavorful and on the spicy side! We tried the Tikka masala pizza and Chili chicken pizza. Both were tasty, expertly spiced and super flavorful! The spice level was about a medium on the Tikka masala and a high-medium on the Chili chicken. We will definitely be back to try the mango pizza and others! This new and unique pizza shop is located right next to Bonefish Grill just off Polaris Parkway. Although they do have a few places to sit here, I think this is most designed as a takeout or delivery restaurant. The service was very friendly and they even took the time to explain to me what a few of the ingredients were that I wasn't very familiar with. Pizzawala's specializes in both traditional and Indian flavored pizza, wings and sides. And, since I'm someone who always loves trying new things, I tried a couple dishes I've never had before and absolutely loved the creativity and delicious flavors. Check out these dishes: Chicken Tikka... Tikka sauce with cheese, chicken tikka, onion, green pepper and garlic. Butter Chicken...Makhani sauce with cheese, butter chicken, onion, and green pepper. This was my favorite. Super flavorful, unique and delicious. Masala Potato Wedges...Roasted red potato wedges coated with Indian spices and baked to crispy golden perfection. Better than Pizza Hut for sure...the pizza is less greasy, the dough just right, and tasty seasoning on the crust. Probably my only complaint would be not much pepperoni on the pepperoni pizza. Definitely not the best pizza in the city, but if you're looking for decent pizza that's better than franchise stuff like Papa John's, Litte Caesar's, etc. this is your place. read more

My husband and I drove up 2 hours to check out the fusion that is Pizzawala's. It is nestled in a shopping strip right off I-71, so it's easy to get to. I never would have imagined combining Indian flavors with pizza, but they did it well! My husband ordered the Mango chicken pizza, and I ordered the Garlic chicken pizza. Both have fantastic flavors, and their sauces were unique and powerful. The crust is perfect. The only downside for us personally today was that there really isn't much for seating. There are two small ledges along the windows, with some high top chairs, but it's not really a dine-in establishment. If you're ordering to go, and want to try a new kind of pizza that packs a punch in the mouth, definitely order from this place. read more

I couldn't decide between pizza or tikka masala, so I tried this joint. I got there a minute before the expected time and walked in as it was being pulled out of a traditional oven, looking perfect. Meh! It's hard to tell if the pizza is any good because it was dried out and cold by the time I got it Home. There's no place to sit there and eat. The entrance is confusing. The countertops are messy and so you end up bringing a dirty box at the bottom into your car and getting corn flour all over your car seat. I can't genuinely recommend this. Had takeout from Pizzawala, and the pizza was delicious with plentiful paneer and flavor. It is a lot of flavor though, so I could really only have a couple slices, but I'm definitely looking forward to trying other pizzas from here in the future read more

We put in our order at 5:50pm on a Tuesday and our order was ready in 20 min. We ordered the personal saag chicken pizza, personal butter chicken pizza, and an order of 10 garlic Parmesan wings. The pizza has a thicker bread/crust. The garlic butter crust was much appreciated. The chicken was a little dry, but that's usually the case when it's a pizza topping. I will try the paneer next time instead of chicken. The sauce was the saag/mahkani (tomato&butter). The sauce is very basic sauce compared to Indian restaurants I've tried. All good. The onions and bell peppers were great additional toppings that went well with the sauce. The mahkani is just a smidge more spicy than the saag. The wings were good. It's a wet garlic Parmesan sauce. The batter wasn't too thick and you can taste both the sauce and the chicken. read more

Pizzawala hits the right taste buds with the right intensity! Generous toppings, awesome crust, reasonable size and great taste. It's really sad. This pizza is pretty good and interesting options are available. None of that matters though due to their poor customer service. They certainly can get busy but twice we waited 20 and 30 minutes over quote time. When we mentioned the quoted time and wait time politely, the staff were very curt and it was clear to us that they couldn't care less about the inconvenience. A simple apology or a "we'll work on that" would have been fine. We were on the verge of not going back but decided to order again online, planning for the wait time. We ordered and paid for three pizzas successfully but when we went to pick them up apparently there was some issue with their order system, and they failed to make the third pizza. The staff simply could not explain clearly what happened and they just kept saying technical difficulty. Again no apology, no offer to make it right, no offer to make the pizza we ordered. The staff member claimed that no one could refund the card but that the charge would come off our card. So we waited. It did not come off. That was 7/13. We have since attempted to contact the management many times both in person and by phone with no response. It's very clear what we paid for and what we received. It's unacceptable and unbelievable that on three separate occasions no one has been present who can refund our money and that multiple calls and VM have been unanswered. read more

This is one of the worst places to go to. Don't ever go here! I had the worst experience tonight! If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Overpriced pizza with low quality ingredients. The food is not only bad but the customer service quality is utterly terrible! The man who was making the pizza was picking his nose and hocking up a loogie while making the pizza. I was upset about what I've seen and requested a refund. The lady started to rudely argue and refused to give a refund regardless of me expressing my dissatisfaction with their service and how my pizza was made. She kept saying she was the owner and kept making excuses that she couldn't give a refund and going around in circles with her excuses. She adamantly refused and kept questioning why I wanted a refund and then she called the cops. That was her resolution on this matter. No intellect or emotional intelligence on how to handle conflict resolution with a paying customer and have decent respect to even offer a solution to their mistakes. I highly recommend that no one goes here and ever eat food here! This place is a health violation and I'm so disgusted! I will be reporting this! This place should be shut down! read more

We got the butter chicken pizza and chili chicken wings. Both were delicious! The pizza has a thick crust so it could have used a little more sauce to balance it out, but it was still tasty. Wings were a nice size with a lot of meat. I also ordered Korean zing and mango habanero dipping sauces for wings. Both were very sweet but tasty. We will definitely be back to try other items. I ordered online and it doesn't seem to have all of the chicken wing selections - none of their fried options and the tandoori wings were "out of stock", so only option was chili flavor. Opening day for this location was yesterday and the benefit of working close by has afforded me the opportunity to try several things already. Soo very good!! A few of my favorites so far are the Chicken Tikka Pizza, Tandoori Chicken Wings and the fried chicken wings with Korean Zing sauce.
