This Domino's is a cut above the rest. Our pizzas arrived hot and fresh. Stuffed crust and thin crispy crusts were equally good. The Slice sauce is great! Quickest delivery I've ever gotten on a Friday night! read more

Domino's Pizza is my favorite fast food pizza. As long as it is made correctly, you always know what to expect. I love that they now have a gluten free pizza. While it's not as good as the regular, it's great for a GF option-- especially if you get extra cheese. My family ordered pizza delivery for lunch while planning a funeral. We were very hungry and emotional and needed some comfort food. An hour later, the pizza had not left the shop. My sister in law ended up calling and having to go pick it up. They did not offer a discount or partial refund or anything. The pizza was good and made well, but I was rather disappointed with the service. read more

Domino's Pizza - Hand tossed , half cheese half pep . - Pizza Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

Sunday August 8 Absolutely terrible service from Domino's. I ordered: * Chocolate Lava Crunch Cakes with icing * Marinara Dipping Cup * Medium (12") Hand Tossed Pizza (Extra Robust Inspired Tomato Sauce, light pepperoni on the left, light green peppers on the right) * TWO 20oz Bottles of Pink Lemonade * 16-Piece Parmesan Bread Bites with marinara Not only were they out of the Pink Lemonade, but when I asked for replacements, they only gave me ONE bottle of Sprite. I told the driver repeatedly that I ordered two drinks, but he kept insisting | only ordered one -- basically calling me a liar. This is ridiculous. I'm the paying customer, and instead of fixing the problem, they acted like it was my fault. My order was incomplete, my time was wasted, and the attitude I got was completely unprofessional. If you can't even get a drink order right, how can I trust you with the rest of my food? Domino's, do better. read more

Great pizza - will buy here again. We got the 1/2 of regular price on any large pizza and ordered the Exxtravaganza and Honolulu Hawaiian pizzas. You can't beat this. We can't afford these pizzas on our budget, so this was a real treat. Hot and ready as scheduled. Delicious! Online ordering (required for this transaction) was easy and accurate. 5 Stars! read more

Shout out to Carter!!! Great service, excellent pizza every trip!! Always on point and runs the sho solo dolo! Great job

The team at Domino's Pizza on Main Street in Reynoldsburg Commons, works incredibly hard. Shortly after I placed my order via the app, Keith promptly started preparing it. The app conveniently displayed the estimated time my pizzas would be ready, allowing me to plan my pickup perfectly. The ordering and pickup process was seamless, and the service was exceptionally friendly. A+++! read more

Well theres always a first time. My regular order of Pacific Veggie was not as good as before. And i normally give 5 stars. For one the app doesnt work correctly in telling you when your food is ready. When i picked up pizza, per the time frame listed, it was dry as if it had been sitting for a while before the time specified it was to be ready. Pls get that app fixed! Purchased the Garlic Bites and they were fresh and very good. read more

Well, ordered 2 pizza's one pan one hand tossed. The hand tossed came looking a similar way. There was no dough in the middle it was almost a hole an filled in with cheese and sauce. It also had garlic butter flavor on the crust when I asked if that could not be on it due to an allergy. It was on it anyway. The pan, idk what went wrong but it was like soup. I didnt ask for extra cheese or sauce, this was waaaay too much to where we couldn't even hold a slice with out it falling apart. We couldn't even pull the slices apart without it falling apart. The cheese was so thick that the cheese layer underneath the top cheese layer is dry and powdery. Which is so weird! Its such a weird texture. So to say the least we wasted our money with this order. read more

Domino's Pizza - Their pepperoni pan pizza - Pizza Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

The Good: Their pizza delivery is the fastest pizza delivery on the market. In fact, their pizza delivery has been faster than competitors for many, may years now. Also, their Domino's Tracker® is a great feature that has recently been copied by competitors. Nice feature. Their delivery drivers are typically very polite. They want a reasonable tip and they typically always deserve a good tip. The Bad: The pizza in the last year or so is generally always under cooked. Thankfully you can now order your pizza Well Done right on-line which is a newer feature. The Garlic Bread Twists were at one time the best item on their menu. They are no longer even edible. They are ALWAYS under cooked to the point they are doughy. [Multiple orders] Sadly, the management seems to be uninterested in problems as I have made it clear their items are under cooked for many, many months. The response is silent apathy. If a restaurant chooses to ignore patrons, this patron goes elsewhere. There are too many pizza places to choose from. There isn't enough Good about this location to outweigh the Bad. I've ordered from this location since 1988. It's moved locations two times since then. From a long time customer...Enjoy pizza elsewhere. read more

I ordered a sausage pizza and received chicken. When I called to let them know about the error they hung up on me. The only reason it's not a 1 star is the pizza itself was good, but customer service is atrocious. read more

Domino's Pizza - a pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

A few weeks ago I ordered from this location and had a terrible experience - but was contacted by a regional manager who told me they were undergoing training and so we decided to give it another shot. We order Dominos once a month but jut moved to this area. Tonight was the best Dominos experience we've ever had. I order my pizza Vegan (so no cheese) and the person that made my pizza tonight did a layer of spinach that pulled apart almost like cheese. I normally get the regular pacific veg serving of vegetables (and it's good) but this person who made my pizza tonight went above and beyond! It was SO delicious. My partners Feta pizza equally as delicious. Wow. Just goes to show that when you have a bad experience reach out to the restaurant and be open to giving the place a second chance! read more

Why is it everything we order food at this location, there are issues... told 30 to 40 min and it took over an hour for delivery, no snow or storm today! When I called THE manager was like idk what's going on idk where he is.... idk....and she sounded like she was 18 years old... they are making me hangry ! read more

I will never order online again! I made an easy order for my class Christmas party ahead of time - then all I would need to do is press order when it got close to party time which was 12. So at 11:27 I pressed order. It was to take 15-25 min to deliver. 12 came and went. 9 2-3 year olds trying to wait with their parents... tracker says it's on the way... 12:30 I call. They are sorry but they had 9 orders and the tracker is wrong... and they should have called me, but they didn't. By the time they showed up we had 20 min left to have our party. It's a good thing that I went up front, since they failed to read the label on every box that said deliver to the back. Some how one of the pizzas from my easy order was deleted:( Never again! read more

Their new GLUTEN FREE CRUST is DELICIOUS!!! Thank you Domino's for helping those of us on a gluten free diet!! While pizza is not a part of my every day diet, it is nice to have an option for a fast dinner for my family on those nights when I don't want to cook. I hope your CEO reads these reviews. If so - please make a large size, make SUBS and get some coupons going. I'll be buying from you in the future, for sure! I'm dying to have a sub from a pizza place again. Domino's Pizza - a half eaten pizza in a box - Pizza Near Me - Columbus, Ohio

After a long day of work, we decided to order pizza for a quick, easy dinner. We ordered pizza shortly after 5pm and watched the tracker and at 5:26, the tracker showed it was being quality checked. We were expecting the order shortly after but it was over an hour and still not out for delivery. I called the store at 6:10 and was told we were up next for delivery. At 6:30, it still has not arrived so I checked in again and apparently our order hadn't been made and was not out for delivery. The manager offered to remake it and I asked for a discount. She did credit our account for a little over half the amount we paid and said it would be put in next. It is now 7:15 (almost 2.5 hours since our original order) and my husband calls the store. Our pizza was still not out for delivery. After that call, our pizza was delivered around 7:30, looking like it had been sitting in the warmer for two hours. It was crappy tasting and we will not be ordering from here again. read more

I like to order from three or four different pizza shops around Reynoldsburg and Dominos is one that is getting better all the time. As a rule a few years back I would always use a non chain pizza shop. But sometimes you just have to go with the quickest option. My younger brother use to make me special pizzas that the public couldn't get. He worked at a Dominos while he was in high school. Several years later a buddy of mine drove for a Dominos for extra money, and once again I received some great pizzas that weren't necessary menu approved. But other than that I was never overwhelmed with the big "D". However a while back it was getting late, for a mid week pizza and everybody else was either closed or closing, so I called Dominos. The food was reasonably good. Since then I've used them many times, not always, but often. This past week I ordered a XL pie and a couple Italian sandwiches. Everybody thought everything was great. Only problem was I had ordered a couple 2 liters and the guy forgot one of them. But he went after it and was back in no time. I recommend this store to friends all the time. But please don't tell my Italian Momma and Poppa, they may not understand. read more

For $8, Domino's is selling an artisan pizza that's a little bigger than a standard mousepad and thinner than an empty checkbook. It tastes like you might imagine artificial food would taste, like cardboard with spice. Don't buy into the advertising. It's not worth the money. read more

I placed an online order which came to $43. drive 3 miles to pick up my food, went to the drive through all I had on me were $50s. And the girls says they don't except $50 dollar bills. On their website there was no notice that for in store pickup they don't do $50s. I wouldn't of wasted my time or gas (which equals money) so annoying read more

Sitting in a motel, munchy, saw an ad and ordered delivery. Oh my gosh, we ordered a medium and wished we'd ordered a large. Thin crust, perfectly cooked with just the right amount of toppings. Delivered quickly. Hot and tasty. read more

My husband just went to pick up his pizza and they "lost" it. How do you lose a pizza? He saw the order on their screen, and he saw when the screen said it was done in the oven. He waited, patiently, for several minutes before he asked about where his pizza was. The response? "I don't know, we lost it. We'll have to make you another one. It will be a half hour." The worker and manager couldn't care less that he was dissatisfied. He walked out, because no one even offered a solution, except to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for a pizza. Not going back to this location. read more

I'm not a huge fan of Dominoes but this location is pretty decent. The interior is lacking a bit but since this was a carry-out order, who cares. The staff is very friendly and I think it only took about 20 minutes to have my order ready. Food was hot and delicious, just as you would expect pizza to be. The recipe seems to have greatly improved over the years. Definitely recommend adding salt to your pizzas if you're going the veggie route, as the lack of meat robs flavor. Was pretty impressed with the Italian sub, too. Would recommend. read more

Great place. Alyssa is great. Really nice personality and so professional.

We haven't had Domino's Pizza in a long time. So this past Saturday (01/06/2018) we wanted a pizza from some place new. Even though we have coupons for free pizza's from one of those big name places we wanted to give someone new a chance. I went on-line for Domino's. First I thought their web site was easy to navigate, but when I saw that our order would be delivered in about 30 minutes...wow. Our delivery person was friendly and professional. We were hungry so we were expecting the same ordinary delivered pizza. However, we were pleasantly surprised. We opened the box and our pie was intact. Plus it looked like the picture, maybe better. Yet we were happy to find that the pizzas' taste was even better. The crust was crisp, yet tender. And the toppings were the same, well cooked, but tender. and perfectly cut. If this is any indication we'll be back. In fact I think we've found our go to pizza shop. read more

They screwed up my online order. I ordered an ultimate pepperoni pizza and got a plain cheese!!! When I called to try and fix their mess up; I spoke to a manager named Sam-- who was incredibly rude and had nothing more to say than "What do you want me to do about it?" -- in a tone mind you that said I'm absolutely not going to do anything about it. I told her "I guess nothing." --Needless to say we threw away the plain cheese pizza and ordered from Pizza Hut--- which by the way got our order correct. I will NEVER order from a Domino's ever again. read more

My delivery was a bit late and my food wasn't the hottest and at that moment, I wasn't satisfied. I wrote a note about my dissatisfaction at the end of my online order and Gary the manager called my home phone within minutes wanting to correct the situation. Not only did he refund my money, but he gave me some store credit as well. While I'm still not a big fan of Domino's pizza, my customer service experience from this location was great, thus the four star rating. read more
