Mozzarella Sticks
Adam C.

My boyfriend and I got takeout from Casa Di Pizza using their order ahead system. When we arrived 20 minutes after placing the order, the staff at Casa informed us that they had just received the order due to a glitch and we would have to wait further. To apologize for the delay, they offered us a free order of mozzarella sticks. This was a kind gesture. The pizza was solid! We requested it be cut into triangles (apparently this is blasphemy in central Ohio) and they obliged. The toppings were fine and the crust was solid. The free mozzarella sticks were also solid! Overall, Casa di Pizza offers solid takeout pizza.

Vegetable Sub

Casa Di Pizza is a strip mall joint that serves unpretentious food. It's located next to Cliffside Tavern. There's a hole in the wall. It's possible to order from the bar. They serve it right through the hole to you. It has what you would find at a typical pizza place. It's no surprise pizza is the main thing here. They also have ribs and subs. It's not anything mind blowing. Mainly it's pretty good drunken food. It's a nice compliment to cocktails at the bar. You need something to absorb these. I had a vegetable sub. It's about $6 for this. The wait was about 20 minutes, so I headed over to the bar and drank up. A hole in the wall is between the businesses. You can order from the bar and eat something from there without actually having to go inside. Casa Di Pizza is not bad. It compares favorably to other pizza places in strip malls. The bar makes it better than it would be without it there.

Finally found a BLT pizza in the city

I was finally able to find a BLT pizza in the city ! I've been looking everywhere and finally! A cute to-go pizza spot tucked smack-dab in the middle of the shopping complex. Orders can be made online or by phone call. Not only was the BLT amazing (I really do appreciate the way it's made with the bacon on the bottom! Literally- bacon in every bite!) But the CRUST- oh good lawd have MERCY! Some of the BEST crust I've had in Columbus . I've been three times in the past three Weeks ordering the same personal BLT pizza and it is super consistent on taste and that amazing crust. No fountain drinks available (I'm sure that's most places now due to COvID ) but they do offer Hanks bottled soda (cream , orange, grape, root beer and black cherry flavors). They are great about giving you an exact time for pickup and the employees are always so nice and friendly ! Great place for to-go pizza. Thank me later

You've got to be kidding me! Five thick pizzas of sausage on a medium pizza for $26 . Last time I'm ordering! Don't waste your money. So now this guy is accusing me of trying to get free food! Told him I wanted a new pizza with sausage on the whole thing. X

Trying new pizza place.

Not bad pizza for the price. Got the 10 inch with extra sauce ( upcharge of 50¢ which no other pizza place have ever charged me before), 1 topping of mushrooms - that cost an extra dollar, if you order from create your own menu. With a can of pop, the total cost was just over $10. Crispy crust was done just right. Sauce was a little on the spicy side, but not too. I liked the amount of cheese and topping, but I like those on lighter side. Warmed up well the next day. Of course, I will get 3 meals out of it, but big eaters might finish it in one. I took a star off for just having Pepsi products which should be avoided if possible. Also a star off for only cans or bottles. Since only 3 tables most business must be take out. I ate in. I will add this to my list of pizza places, but had much better since I have lived here.

The Double Double. It's excellent

This place is a hidden gem. The pizza is excellent. The crust is crispy but not too thin. The toppings are very generous. The Italian subs are awesome. Very reasonable prices too. I highly recommend the Double Double pizza. It's a layer of cheese and pepperoni topped with another layer of cheese and pep.

Pepperoni and sausage. Decent pie. Crust has a bit of crunch similar to gatto's. It's not flaky and cracker like as Tommy's is. Sauce is slightly sweet which I normally don't like much, but the pepperoni offset it well. Cheese Is decent. Sausage is nothing to write home about, similar to chain pizza. Overall it is decent, but with sparano's a mile away it's going to be awhile before trying this place again.

First of all, this crust was CRUNCHY!! but it wasn't burnt! & it had some saltiness to it. The topping coverage was pretty decent and it had good flavor. I'm usually not a big fan of fresh mushrooms on pizza since they dry out, but they weren't too bad on this pie! The sauce had a slight kick to it which was really good. We also threw in a couple Italian subs to the order which had plenty of filling and good flavor, though my sub bun was pretty soggy. That's nothing to cry about though, it happens! Reasonable prices. Close to home. Would probably get it again!

Over the years ordering has gone from calling and placing the order with someone from the restaurant, to just going online and doing it. It's so simple and easy! One of the things that keeps us coming back again and again is the convenience. Over a 15 year time span, I think they have messed up our order maybe 3 times. Not a bad record considering how busy they are all the time. Also, our food is always ready when we arrive. We never have to wait on it and the waitress checks the order before we leave. As for the food, it's always consistently delicious. Their wings, pizzas, subs, quesadillas, burgers, dumpster fries, all fantastic. We always have leftovers and we are never disappointed with our visit. We avoid eating inside mainly because this location, like pretty much every Rooster's location, is always packed. It's a small restaurant with limited tables, so there is usually a wait time. And the parking here is atrocious. They have a small lot for about seven cars and if you miss out on those spots, you have to drive around looking for street parking. Not ideal! As for my hubby and I, we will continue to order from them every Friday, probably until the end of time. The pros far outweigh the cons, so if you are in the mood for delicious food and a lively atmosphere, this is the place to visit!!

They seem smaller thanI remember, but again it's been decades. And they were still excellent. They are essentially what I remember. Perfect combination of textures and flavors, served hot. They brought a collection of sauces to the table, but you don't really need any. So so good. I got wings too, because they looked good. They were out of one of the sauces I wanted, because they make the sauces from scratch. And the one I wanted, had raspberries in it and it's not raspberry season. I went with spicy peach, not very spicy, but very flavorful. Very peachy. The wings were meaty, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. 6 of them and 6 kraut balls was plenty for me for lunch. Service was excellent. Prices are pretty darn good. The place was cozy. It was not at all busy at two on a weekday afternoon. It gets busy at peak, of course. I will keep it in mind since I am in the area more.
