This review is on the customer service after having a very bad experience from a different location. Little Caesars. We called the Whitmore location. They happily helped us order our pizzas for a little graduation party for my granddaughters preschool graduation not only were they ready when we arrived, but they were extremely helpful, very polite, professional, and the pizzas were really good. Unfortunately a lot of things went wrong by visiting this location. When i first arrived i was waiting for my order to be finished which was no problem. But with having to wait extra you would think that everything would be cooked correctly. My stuffed crazy bread was raw on the inside you could see the raw dough and the cheese wasn't even melted. This is unbelievable. No one was wearing gloves either. I saw the manager in the back who kept picking up his pants and touching other things then touching food not washing his hands once. He was handling the raw dough and touching other stuff, that shouldn't be happening. They have products that should be refrigerated out in the open and the entire time i was waiting and when we went back to tell them about the bread it was all out still. I also ordered wings and pizza and the wings were all pink inside. The pizza after eating a few slices we found a hair on the crust which is disgusting. When we went to go tell them about the bread the guy at the register was super nice and said he understood and was going to go tell his manager because he didn't know how to do the refund. When he went back I heard him tell the manager "I told you" I couldn't hear much after that when he told the manager we wanted a refund though the manger said that he would want all the food back to do a full refund or to refund it and charge us the difference. The employee told the manager he didn't know how to do it and not once did the manger come to help or apologize for serving us raw food. The employee ended up figuring it out and was super nice. I'm very disappointed in the manager that it's not how you manage. Hopefully my family or I don't get sick from this nasty food. I will not be going here again. Paper thin cheese on 2 inches on the pizza, uneven cuts, mostly crust. Ceres Little Ceasars has been on a downfall for years and it's just gotten worse. Change management immediately. It's not even the cheapest pizza anymore so you can even say you get what you pay for. Little Ceasars doesn't advertise 2inches of cheese per slice with paper thin layer of cheese. 2 stars ... first off, the employees they are not professional. Some of them... they will be having a conversation while taking someone's order and even cussing while speaking to their coworker in front of the customers. Not classy at all, I mean it's just a pizza joint, but still the employees should have some class because they are representing the company. They take so long to make the pizzas here. Be prepared to wait a while for a pizza because sometimes their pizzas are not always ready to be bought they will be in the process of still making them. Placing an order over the phone is best and more guaranteed you'll get your food at the time you would like to. read more

We've tried this location so many times, hoping they would get better, but it never does. Too many pizzas are undercooked, literally raw dough in the center. Multiple times we've walked in to pick up our pizzas we ordered over the phone, stood there for 20 min without the line moving, and said forget it and walked out. The employees are all just hanging out, supervisors are kids. They're all on their phones, taking selfies just seems like nobody cares. Where is the manager? read more

I love this place. Been coming here since before the remodel. I ordered 1st time delivery few weeks ago, and pizzas weren't too tasty or not great. I called to let them know it wasn't cooked well and the guy said he would replace it. 2 weeks later , I come to redeem my 2 pizzas and he didn't write it in the book regarding my replacements. I used to come to this place at least once a month and have no issues. But, since last year before Covid, the food and customer service sucks. Rude employees and managers who are teenagers or college kids that never apologizes when they mess up. The last few times I went, they gave my pizza to someone else. Then recently they never made my bread sticks that I ordered and paid for ahead of time. I rather go to Mountain Mike's and pay more money there for quality food and service. Employees can be rude and don't seem to care much. Management probably just cares about making sure numbers are right for regional management so doubt they care enough to hire better employees. Stopped by today after work & made my order of 2 hot n ready's, an order of crazy bread & their stuffed crazy bread. I was told it'd be a 7 min wait & I thought, no problem that's not much of a wait. There was a gentleman next to me saying he had been waiting for his order for almost 30 mins. So about 10 mins go by & I ask if my order is about done & the worker tells me it'll be 3 mins more & I wait. About 5 mins go by and I ask the same worker if the gentleman's order is ready because he's been waiting longer than I have. Another few mins go by and the mans order is finally given to him. About 5 mins after that I'm handed my order. I get to my car & double check my items & when I opened the stuffed crazy bread to take a bite, the inside of it is still raw. It was dough. I go back into the establishment & tell the worker who had previously helped me that it wasn't baked. He tells me that when the bread comes out of the oven it looks like that. I told him again that it was raw & showed him. He tells me it will be 7 mins for another batch & I told him I didn't want it, I just wanted my money back for it. So he gets someone from the back, I'm assuming a manager & they gave me a refund for the stuffed crazy bread. I wouldn't have minded the wait if they would've been upfront & told me from the get-go that i was going to have to wait 25mins. I could've gone to my car with AC because mind you, it was HOT inside that building. Hopefully they can fix this issue & tell people realistic wait times & actually bake items as they should. read more

Ok I know not the best Pizza out there, but hey one really good deal. Well I went by yesterday to get pizza (referred by one of my co-workers) for only $3.99= $4.20 (tax included) you get a Large Pepperoni Pizza....well as soon as i walked in I was greeted, and as soon as I payed like in 1 minute the cashier handed me my pizza...it looked delicious. as soon as we got home I had a slice, then 2..and it was really good!! I used to hate Little Ceasar's until we got pizzas from this location! Now we don't go any where else for pizza because you can't beat the price and the taste is great. I only like Pizza Hut more but the price is much higher. This particular store serves them hot and good. They don't put too much sauce or too little cheese. They make them just right. read more

I recently visited this location and had a spectacular experience. I walked in and felt the fresh air as I was immediately greeted by none other than Holly. She had a smile that could make a blind man see light. I walked in and asked if they had any boneless chicken wings. She immediately jumped over the counter and full sprinted out the door. I was very confused, as I had the right to be. I decided to wait a few minutes and as I grew impatient I decided to leave. Holly came back into the store DRENCHED in sweat, with a bag of boneless wings from wingstop. I could not believe the amazing customer support. She decided to run 2 miles to the nearest wingstop just so I could get what I wanted. As I went to tip her for this fine customer service she said and I quote, " keep it sir, I am just trying to make you Jolly, by the way my name is Holly!" I'm disappointed with this Lil C's(corner of Mitchell&Whitmore, Ceres, CA). I will not be using this location again. I recently needed to purchase several pizzas for a group gathering. I didnt want to just show up and take all their pizzas so I called ahead and requested/ordered what I needed. The guy on the phone kept repeating to me that the pizzas I needed weren't a problem since they are always hot & ready. I pulled up to a full parking lot, but confident I would be in & out cuz I called ahead. The line inside was long, people were crammed in waiting for other orders. When I got to the counter I was told that no one had placed a large order for pizzas and I would have to wait 20 to 25. I couldnt wait as I was due back at my gathering so I left empty handed. Drove to a further Lil C's and was able to get exactly what I ordered....& yes I phoned in again but this time the guy DID put in the order. read more
