Everything was clean on the restaurant floor. The bathrooms were clean as well. I always cringe when you see a beautiful dining area but then go to use the bathroom and it is a hot mess. This would make you wonder what it would look in other areas of the shop that were not visible but often used as a food prep area. This was not the case here, the bathroom was spotless. Let's talk about parking and location. The location is easy to get to and there is ample parking for this venue. I particularly like how well lit the parking lot is. This day and age, you cannot be too careful. As we were leaving the restaurant, and new to the area, I appreciated how safe I felt leaving the restaurant and going to my car. I appreciated how the manager coming over and talking to us and telling us a little bit about the history of the restaurant and how it has always been a family shop. While sitting there, I noticed the many regulars that entered the building to dine and pick up their food. Again, warm and inviting, which seriously makes me rethink about my current pizza restaurant. I would definitely come again if in the area. My family enjoyed it too. At first, we told our waitress everything was okay, but after more discussion toward the end of the meal, we decided the expensive steak was truly overdone and mentioned it.
