Had a great time checking out My Main Squeeze in East Longmeadow MA! I stopped here for a smoothie on my way to run some errands, and I decided to try their hummus toast and new energy bites as well! They're now shipping their bliss bites nationwide which is super convenient for those that want to check them out. The hummus toast was light and delicious (and very picturesque). My smoothie was a little bit sour (but that's because they only use natural ingredients and no added sweeteners). I will definitely return again! read more

It is so ADORABLY cute in here! Very quiet and welcoming place with a calming and serene presence. I ordered a Mango-Go smoothie for my daughter which I know she'll love. I ordered my self a Honey Lavender Latte on this snowy and slushy mid morning, and I must tell you that this Honey Lavender Latte went down smooth and delicious! Perfect drink for soothing and relaxing. It was also so light; no heavy feeling afterwards as I have had the experience of some drinks leaving you bloated full... not here. I also took home a Strawberry Kombucha and 2 protein balls; strawberry coconut and mint chocolate chip. Like Annie, "I think I'm going to like it here!" 5 stars from me. Owner is terrible!! Walked in to her verbally abusing her staff member in front of people! I love their power bites, and one day got the same kind I always did and I was dry, and tasted terrible, I told her just to let her know as a courtesy and she looked at me like it was my problem. She said "um okay, what do you want me to do about it?" I am a huge fan of smoothie places, and am always looking to try new ones while traveling for work. I stumbled upon My Main Squeeze one afternoon, and was excited to try it (mostly based off of their adorable name!). Their parking lot is kind of a mess, so be warned. Patience is key, here. I ordered a smoothie which was my second choice, as they were out of the ingredients for my first choice. The staff were standoffish and not very excited to help me or anyone else there for the matter. I received my (expensive-for-how-small-it-is) smoothie, and it tasted totally off. I honestly threw it out after leaving because it was undrinkable. Not to mention that it was only 75% full, and I was told that it was their last one of this kind today. Leads me to believe that it was concocted out of the end of their ingredients... I would be willing to give it another shot. Maybe just a bad day! read more

The owner looks at her customers with contempt. I was very uncomfortable. She shouldn't open a juice bar with that attitudes/behaviors toward others. I regretted to spent over $200/week for this place nearly a year. I would recommend Cellf Juice at Bay St. The owner and staffs there is very genuine and they laugh with their customers. Of course you will not find my name on your system because you and your staffs never asked my name. I would think I will be number 1 customer since I spent that kind of money weekly and with cash. I am a huge fan of pressed juice. So YES, I DID SPENT that kind of money on juices. I learned about your reward the last day I was there by a customer that was in front of me. I was quite excited to try this location out, as I am a huge fan of juice bars. The atmosphere is actually somewhat uncomfortable and the staff did seem rather uninterested in really engaging me as a customer. As others have pointed out, the Açaí bowls are small and put together quite slovenly. The prices only add insult to injury in relation to the actual product served. I would strongly suggest that the owner take a field trip over to a local juice bar like the Magic Blend and take a few notes. read more

My family loves my main squeeze! I can't explain enough about how we love that they have nourishing, organic foods and truly care about the quality of their product. We personally live a very health conscious lifestyle and invest a lot into our health - therefore we don't eat out much due to the quality of the restaurants around here. My son and I went here after the gym and haven't been to the newer location yet. Great atmosphere, clean and fresh looking. Menu choices were healthy and appetizing. My son ordered the açaí bowl and I had the pumpkin smoothie while we shared a few of the protein balls. My son thought his açaí bowl was the best he ever had. I enjoyed my smoothie and was happy with how healthy and fresh everything was. While we were there a customer was extremely rude to the ladies working but they handled themselves with such class despite how inappropriate the customer was. i ordered an açaí bowl with strawberries, coconut flakes, and granola butter (out of recommendation.) it seemed like there was only a few employees there today and the cashier was very nice, even though my credit card wouldn't work for a little while. there was a ton of seating and the ac was very refreshing, as well as the music! it took about 10 minutes to get the bowl and smoothie i ordered, and the two things costed $27.00, which was little overpriced but it was worth it! the nut butter is definitely recommended and gluten free! overall, i would definetly come back! read more

It's nice to have smoothies etc from a local owner operated business, but the staff was SLOW AS MOLASSES. I'd been to the old location quite a few times and don't recall the service being as slow. Agree with other reviewers that the açaí bowls leave quite a bit to be desired and I am willing to pay for quality. I haven't been to a ton of juice/smoothie spots but my favorite by far is Blake Orchard in Portland, Maine. MMS owner, check that place out, hopefully you'll find some inspiration. First time and the experience was positive, I chose a small Kale Cleanse which had pineapple, cucumber and celery, very refreshing and thirst quenching. This is a very nice bright uncluttered space with ample comfortable seating in which to enjoy the vast array of menu options. I have discovered the world of Smoothies and Juice Bars and I am a big fan of the place where I learned all about it. My Main Squeeze has wonderful healthy, filling concoctions. The staff if helpful in what the drinks are and how to adapt them to what you need or want. I'm a big fan of the Funky Monkey and Life Force. Both are filling enough to replace breakfast and lunch and are delicious. I have also had a few of their pre-made juices. They are very good but if it says it has cayenne in it, they are not going lightly on that ingredient. Be prepared. The store is clean and comfortable. I love the concept of places like this and I wish there were more options near me. I've had their açaí bowls a couple times now and they are pretty lackluster. Not only are they super small for their price but they are really runny. A good açaí bowl is thick like ice cream. All the toppings quickly fell to the bottom because the base was so soupy. No, not because it melted. I usually wait there while it is made and run to my car to eat it. By the time I get there it's soup. The açaí bowl is a disappointing item here. I hope they read this and reformulate how much liquid they are adding to the açaí bowl. Adding a frozen banana also helps give them a creamy thick texture. However, they have really yummy smoothies and juices. Still really expensive but some of the ingredients are really premium stuff like blue spirulina, coconut oil, almond butter, matcha, cacao etc. If you bought those ingredients at the grocery and tried to make these smoothies yourself it would be an expensive initial investment. I would recommend trying their bliss balls. They are always a tasty treat and really quite filling. It's always a variety to choose from which gives you different options. I'm giving 3 stars because I think their hours are really not very good at all. They close at 3 which doesn't give a lot of us working folk a lot of time to come. I go to the gym after work and that's the perfect time for me to get a protein smoothie. When I do find time to go during the day it's never been busy. I'm usually the only one in there. Maybe that's why everything is so expensive here. If they stayed open later they would definitely get more customers. They are off a super busy road during 4-5 rush hour. If I drove past here every day home from work I would be tempted to stop in while I'm stuck in traffic. More customers mean you go through more product, if you buy more product you can usually get it for a better price. That would lower the cost for the consumer. There are times I just don't feel like spending 10 dollars on a smoothie. I would definitely be there multiple times a week if they were open later and the smoothies were more affordable. read more

We started with the small size, but now have to move on to the larger cause they are so good, and small just isn't enough! It would be nice if they had chairs, though. I've had many acai bowls and this is nothing in comparison. Portion is small but I guess that is ok for the price. The taste, more bananas than acai. Shouldn't acai bowls taste like acai? Tip...look up Nektar and follow their lead in terms of taste and presentation. Also, it doesn't hurt if the staff smiles and greet customers. They seemed a little on the grouchy side. Disappointed in my acai bowl, but that's comparing it to the bowls starved up at Nectar in California. This was a smaller, soupier, sloppy/messy version, from its look in the cheap plastic to the agave dripped on the cover where I needed to open it, to the underside being coated from where the counter wasn't wiped clean from the sloppy smoothy served to another customer before me. Very disappointed. The sign on the building says "Organic". When I asked inside to confirm (since they don't have "Organic" labels on their juices or anywhere on their website), the girl told me they had some organic & some conventional. I asked what was organic & she couldn't tell me for sure. She did say that the celery is NOT organic. Celery is one of the "Dirty Dozen" & one of the biggest pesticide offenders. Beware: if you think you're being healthy drinking juices & smoothies but you're not confirming the business uses all organic produce, you are basically drinking concentrated pesticides. Juice companies who use organic products need to charge more but it's worth it! Finally, their açaí bowls aren't "real" - they use frozen banana & add açaí juice, not purée. I just went today and I had a really good experience. I got one of their smoothies, and it tasted delicious, and it tasted even better knowing that it was healthy for me. I'm glad that there is now a place like this around here. However, I do wish that there was seating here.
