Very friendly and reasonably priced now a days . The pizza was cooked perfect, crust nice and crunchy . Tasted great . Only tiny problems , the slices were all different sizes . I'm usually one who likes to change things up now and then & if a place I don't know about is open or I can setup a order online & do the timeline I want it delivered (thus the case here) and they follow through even better. My case I selected a party size House Special (green peppers, onions, sausage & hamburger) & eight Buffalo Wings (maybe should've been a dozen & accidentally forgot to notify them no ranch/bleu cheese but celery acceptable) & everything all worked perfectly plus delivery associates they intertwined with do make a point to be efficient. I get the impression they have their own delivery guys in the Chicopee/Holyoke/Springfield area but with partners they know that is how I got mine & my sense is that place has excellent, prompt & swift service even if you visit the restaurant in Chicopee (which they are based. I order from Paradise pretty frequently. The place is always busy which is a good sign. They have an extensive menu of pizza, subs, wraps, paninis, burgers, sandwiches, etc...I usually get a "deluxe" wrap which comes with delicious steak fries, cole slaw, and a pickle. They have a ton of different wraps, one of my favorites is the Cambridge which has shaved steak, bleu cheese dressing, tomato and pickle. Their shaved streak is always super soft and juicy. Take a chance on one of their gourmet wraps, you will not be disappointed. Just make sure to order it "deluxe" to get the fries and slaw. Their french fries are huge and delicious. The owners are kind and particularly interested in knowing that you're satisfied with your order. Paradise Pizza, as the name suggests, excels at creating pizzas. However, I would suggest sampling other items from their vast menu if you get the chance. In particular, their Turkish corner is especially delicious and authentic. Ordered again on 4/14 for a classroom party. Ordered 2 party pizzas, gave at least 2-hour lead time. Delivery was missing a pizza. Confirmed with delivery guy that I paid (showed him my emailed receipt). Delivery guy** called it in, went back. While he was gone, we opened the first pizza, and it was completely folded over onto itself--cheese stuck together, pizza slices all messed up. 2nd pizza arrives in decent condition. Dish it out, kids AND staff all complain that their pizza has long, brown hair in it. One kid threw up because of it. We don't order from here anymore. **Felt bad for the delivery guy, it sounded like his boss gave him a hard time over the phone about our missing pizza. I'm really liking this place so far. Only had delivery, so I can't comment on the facilities, but I've ordered grinders, calzone, pizza and the shish kabob over salad. That last one was HUGE. I ate for two meals. Very tasty. Grinders have been good as well. Calzone was a liiiiittle on the greasy side, but I'm not sure how you can avoid that with a cheese stuffed dough item. Just seemed more greasy than others... like they basted it with some kind of seasoned oil/butter. It was good, just not was I was expecting. (Though, now that I know how it comes, I may be in the mood for that sometime.... I was just expecting standard dry.) But they ACTUALLY give you enough sauce to dip it in. It was also huge, and made for two meals. Once I finally tried an actual pizza, I was surprised how good it was. I ordered "thin crust" instead of the thicker option, and got what I normally consider thick crust... if this was the thin, the thick must be deep dish. (not sure if I maybe got the thicker by accident.... it was the first time I'd ordered pizza from them.) That said, it was nicely crisped on the bottom and not soggy at all.... toppings were good, cheese wasn't too overdone, was not at all greasy, and it was overall a really good example of "new england-style pizza" . Huge menu, fantastic pizza, not much of a dining room and "middle of the road" prices. Only delivery pizza joint in Chicopee open until midnight Fri-Sat and 11PM on Sundays. Delivery times I have experienced are usually within 30 minutes sometimes quicker, I have only experienced 1 delivery where it took them 50 minutes to get here, not a huge deal relatively speaking. As far as local pizza shops go, this is in my top 3. If you enjoy what appears to be fresh ingredients, higher end mozzarella on your pizza and what I consider a plethora of menu items definitely give this place a shot. I recommend the chicken polo for a pie, chicken ceasar for a wrap, chicken stir fry for a dinner and fried mushrooms for an app :) read more

I placed a delivery order through the app. (said it would take 40 min.) After an hour I called and workers said that there was a "glitch in the app" and it would take another 30 to 40 min. I would not recommend ordering through the app! read more

Pizza was great. Crust is on the thinner side, which I prefer, and was crispy. Sauce & toppings were tasty as well. We were in town for Six Flags & this place was only a few miles from the hotel. Only suggestion I have is that we should've had it delivered. Paradise is not in a great area, so you're better off with delivery. read more

Went here for the first time and I was actually very impressed. I got their lunch special at the time which was 2 slices of pizza and a soda for just over $4. I must say the pizza was very good and each slice was huge. A wide variety of items on the menu I am looking forward to trying. So terrible for salads or sandwiches. They use the cheapest lunch meat possible and on top of that they barely use any of it. The salad tasted like dirt still, and was topped with more of that incredibly cheap lunch meat and bacon that tasted a week old. They forgot to send the dressing, and I asked for no tomatoes and it was covered in them. It also had olives, which were not on the list of items when i ordered it. The boiled egg tasted like it was bagged and was terrible. Will not be ordering here again. read more

The kebab platters here are some of the best meals you could ever get for takeout. Huge portions of rice, perfectly blackened chicken kebabs, tomato/cucumber/feta salad, and sides of hummus and tzatziki. I mix everything together, douse it in hot sauce, and go at it. Amazing. read more

I normally don't do this but was so surprised at the poor customer service . We just started ordering from Paradise Pizza in Chicopee Ma The first 2 pizza's were fabulous. Today's the toppings were so salty we could not eat the pizza. I called spoke to someone who had me talk to a woman(possibly owner) she stated it must be us as no one else has complained. I told her I had ordered in the past. She said this was our 3rd order. She did not offer a credit or replacement. I guess new customers aren't important. I will never order from them again. I order from Paradise Pizza at least twice a month and the food is awesome! I've ordered tuna grinders, steak and cheese, quesadillas... and everything is great. The best part is that if there is a small problem with your order like they forgot the fries....they rectify it immediately, no questions asked. Their delivery is wicked fast. I am a regular here and I love it. Or at least I used to. I believe it is under new management now. When I tried to order some food over the phone for my girlfriend the order-taker was very upset that I wanted to pay via my card. I know this isn't as easy as using cash, but he gave me a hard time and even raised his voice to me. I was so irritated that I gave up and just cancelled the order. The food is usually good though.
