I'm not a regular here. Or even a patron really. But this is my third visit in perhaps 6 years. Every so often it's the perfect stop along the way in my travels. I like the pizza, and the breadsticks. This recent visit I got something that's half Detroit style pizza and half cheesy sticks. The line was long and the pizza came out at a healthy pace. The employee was terrific earning this large chain an extra star. 3 stars for this large chain. I default chains to 3 stars as they must be A-OK to expand as they have. read more

Yes I recommended them for the cheesy bread and because the customer service was impeccable on this day. I tipped her well. I don't care for their pizza never really did but I used to get it all the time when it was $5 a box and add toppings to make it taste better. Okay, so I learned the hard way about "Hot 'n Ready" -- look at it before leaving the store. And I actually thought I would never again get a pizza at Little Caesar's. BUT last week I noticed they had a free delivery promotion. (Make that HAVE. Free delivery is good through Sept 15.) Prices of everything being what they are these days, I couldn't pass up a bargain. Besides, I've never had delivery from Little Caesar's and, at my age, I don't come across new experiences very often. So I went through the routine and ordered online. In the past, I have more than once gotten the thin crust Ultimate Supreme. I like the fewer carbs and I love all the veggies and meats. This time, however, I expanded my new experience to the Detroit-Style Deep Dish Ultimate Supreme. And guess what: I'm back to being a Little Caesar's fan. Sure each slice was more carbs, but unlike the thin crust style, one corner of the deep dish for supper was completely satisfying to me. I also think this was the first time I had delivery via Door Dash. One of the texts I received said "Your Dasher, Michael, is on the way...." I had opted for contactless delivery. Michael left the pizza where I had requested, texted immediately with a photo that the pizza was there, and went on his way. Six minutes before the estimated "time of arrival." Oh, yeah, And this was a FRIDAY night around supper time. The pizza was terrific --I can say after 4 days of pizza meals-- and this experience could not have been more perfect. Disgusting. Ordered delivery- paid almost $10 for the delivery fees and the pizza was undercooked crust, see through and somehow the cheese was burnt. I had the deep dish Chicago pizza and it was delicious! Also the crazy puffs are addicting! They are so good! The service was fast and friendly. The place is small you can't eat there. Very clean and bright. The food was ready in 30 minutes and hot and fresh. read more

This location just can't keep up with demand. 45 minutes is the norm for an order. We're coming up on 60 minutes for our current order. Why we keep giving this location a chance is beyond me. It used to be our go-to for a quick lunch/dinner between the kids' sporting events. It's quicker to drive to the Tonawanda location, which is sad because this Little C's is in a great location for us. Advice, don't bother. Just order from a local mom n' pop pizza place. read more

I'm sure people are thinking "Why would you go to Little Caesars when there are so many pizza places in Buffalo?" The answer is we really like the DeepDeep Dish pizza. It comes as two rectangular pizzas (4 pieces each) and the toppings go all the way to the edge so you get the crispiness often edges in almost every bite. It also has a really good sauce. I've also been dying to use the Little Caesars app. With Little Caesar's you don't place an order, you just walk in and they always have the basics such as pepperoni ready to go, no wait. However, if you want something different or have special instructions (I like extra sauce and crust well done) you'll have to wait. The app allows you to order and pay on your phone. Super easy, right? I place my order while in line at Wegmans and it couldn't have been easier. I had it done, including putting in my credit card info, before the guy in front of me checked out. Note that you can also use Apple Pay if you don't want to use your card. I got the notification my order was ready while I was at the light at Elmwood and Hertel. I went into the store and was greeted by the friendly young man working and told him I was picking up. All you have to do is either enter your code, or scan the QR Code and then a magic door opens and you have your order! I had way too much fun with this! We got our standard pepperoni DeepDeep Dish and decided to try the pretzel crust as well. My husband really liked it, but I'm still undecided. The cheese sauce is a little weird, but I loved the pretzel crust. I myself probably wouldn't order it again, but if the pizza was placed in front of me, I would definitely have a slice. Night before I decided to call in my pizza order of Bestest ch, pep, mushroom and he said it would be 10 minutes. I get there and they said they forgot the mushrooms so I needed a new pie. After waiting another 10 minutes he comes out and says "It's on us thanks for being patient and we are sorry about the mistake" I guess my being patient and not chewing them out was rewarded. They get so busy so I did understand. I am mostly distressed by the inconsiderate people who park in the 2 handicapped spots who have no right to be there! Going to Little Caesars in Buffalo almost seems like a crime with all of the other fantastic mom and pop pizza places around. But, this is all about convenience, fast and priced-right. We walked in, ordered a $5 large pepperoni and an $8 deep dish Detroit-style pizza. Both were ready instantly and we were out of the place in 2 minutes. The guy behind the counter was decent. The pizzas were hot and cooked well, with lots of cheese and pepperoni. I must say the $8 deep dish has more character to it (when compared to the large) as it has a crunchy chewy crust. I like the taste of the regular large pizza but it's easy to get tired of it after a while. I'll have to try the wings here one day and report back. read more

Let's start off by saying that I am absolutely giving this Little Caesars location 4 stars because I really enjoyed the pizza (for what it was) and I was in and out in 45 seconds. I stopped in on Sunday because I was hungry and was longing for some Little Caesars. As a kid I had it all the time in Connecticut (before it closed everywhere back in the day) because my Dad ran the warehouse that distrubuted all of there goods so I got the hookup on the pizza, bread sticks, and wings. The food does not taste like it did 20 years ago but I still enjoy it in a different way. The pizza was hot and pretty darn good over the weekend and I still look forward to my next trip! read more

Not having high expectations for this place initially I was greatly surprised! The staff was very friendly and looked really disappointed I would have to wait 2 minutes for my order. My deep dish pizza came easily within that 2 minutes with a smiler from the server and was on my way. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was the taste of the pizza. Crust was perfect and crispy - I think it was the sauce that was off but it was jus very plain but still very well made. Thank you for a great quick dinner! read more

Don't bother. I've had one good experience and three bad. I went in one day for a hot and "ready" pizza. The place was packed and they had nothing made. It was lunch time! Took forever for him to take my order and then had to wait 15-20 mins for my food. It was the thin crust and was horrible. Ingredients were just scattered and not uniform at all. Some places had no cheese and don't even ask me how they cut it. I had some pieces that were 1/2" triangles and mangled. Figuring I'd give them another chance I went back the next week. I figured I'd call ahead this time so my food would be ready. Again, lunch time, packed with people and nothing ready! I stood there for 15 minutes and nobody even looked at me let alone asked me my order. I called to complain. The manager said he would handle it and sent me a coupon. Against my better judgement I went back with the coupon to get their super most bestest greatest whatever. The girl behind the counter gave the guy taking care of me an attitude and said it was only good for a regular pizza. They literally made me pay the $1.50 difference. Guess what?
