I came here thinking it would be one of those over rated places that was only good in pictures and reels but I was wrong! We ordered a ham and Swiss croissant, a chicken pesto panini, and a matcha flight. I got the ham and Swiss croissant with pickled onions and it was quite good! The pickled onions added a tartiness to it that surprised me. The chicken pesto panini was really good as well. It came with a salad and vinaigrette that I really liked. The matcha flight came with coconut cloud, ube matcha, pistachio matcha and lavender matcha. I didn't really like the coconut cloud much, it just tasted like coconut water. My favorite was the lavender matcha. Send being the pistachio and then the ube. I didn't like that they cut the straws in half because they weren't tall enough to peak out of the cup and I had to dig it out with my fingers lol. That's easily fixed by just grabbing the regular sized straws. The service was good, the line was to the door but they got our orders quickly. The place play music at a nice level that's not too loud. They get packed though so be prepared to stand. I've tried 2 other matcha places and this one has had the best lavender matcha out of them all.
Line was long, overpriced. My first time trying Matcha. Ordered a roasted lavender Macha very light ice. My cup was filled with ice. Roasted matcha was not bad. I had ordered everything bagel and cream cheese, I had to ask 3 times for my simple bagel and after 25 min I got my bagel. There are other places I will try.
Great drinks, pastries & great service. First time here, super easy to find, lots of parking. We came for a cinnamon roll but sadly they only have them on Saturdays. It's okay, we will be back! Best Matcha ever! My husband got the S'mores latte. We both had the Ube coconut scone.
We started with coffee cake, strawberry matcha latte and a warm vanilla latte. All were tasty and then the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich showed up. And just made the morning perfect. Everyone was kind and helpful! I absolutely love the vibe of this place. Thanks for a wonderful morning
Love having a delicious tea/coffee shop just down the street. We loved everything about it. The drinks are on point and you can tell it's all made fresh. From the chai, to the matcha, latte a the tea, we couldn't decide which we liked best. The cash register girl was very nice and patient as we out in our long order. Great service. Staff is happy. We really enjoyed playing a little game of Uno. Found a nice wide table that allowed us to play plus the ambiance was perfect, not loud but not too quiet. It's perfect. We did order food but it was good that we forgot to take pictures. Their egg, bacon and cheese sandwich on their everything bagel with extra pesto was delicious. The avo w/an over hard egg bagel was so good too. So much flavor and so fresh. Looking forward to visiting again soon. Highly recommend visiting this shop. They have everything you need to satisfy your pallet and knowing it's all made fresh.
My drink was pretty tasty, but it seemed like they totally forgot to make my order for a while and then rushed it.. The person who took my order was super friendly though. Really disappointed by the abundant AI 'art' though. It's tough to support a business that couldn't see the value in supporting a local artist to make them some great murals and instead resorted to generated images. :/
just came here and The space was super clean, decent seating and it was really cute. The matcha itself was pretty good, I would def come back to try their other selections of matcha. If you don't like too strong of the matcha flavor I recommend getting it with the ube cold foam because the cold foam over powers a bit of the matcha taste when mixed. As for the actual matcha it's a decent quality matcha and very enjoyable. This place is definitely on the pricier side about $9-10 for a matcha and a latte but next time I'd try their banana or get their float they offer!
So excited that they added the coffee/matcha flights everyday! Got a taste of each one, and personally the banana bread was my favorite! They have oat milk and whole milk alternatives as needed. The server was very kind and even the customers were too! I was able to ask the person in front of me if they had any recommendations since they mentioned they've been here a few times and they definitely said to try the Dubai!
Love this place. Ambience is mellow and peaceful providing the perfect atmosphere for beginning your day. Their beverages are extremely refreshing and delightfully delicious A huge variety of coffees and teas to satisfy most people. Great friendly staff, and reasonable prices.
My review is for the Sandwiches only (to-go), since I did not order any drinks or have any desserts. I ordered to-go. The coffee shop is beautiful inside, and has great decor, but due to the social media exposure, they have a long line of people waiting. This is usually what happens when an influencer on Instagram or TikTok features a coffee shop. On weekends, expect to wait 40 minutes for two sandwiches. The Avocado Panini was okay. I expected a little more from the pressed croissant panini. It looks similar to a Costco croissant I can make at home. I was expecting a pesto spread as seen in the picture on the website. I was never asked for spread options. I just assumed it was included. I work for a brand agency and I know the importance of making the items on the menu look exactly like what you are going to get. It's a learning experience. I do not drink coffee or matcha, but the drink selection did look nice. I would encourage the business to provide menus or a QR code for people to make their decisions prior to heading to the cashier. A lot of people behind me were complaining about how long it takes people to order. Some people took at least 15 minutes to make a decision, which I know the coffee shop can't control. I'd be willing to try the place again for desserts. I loved the table decor. I also want to mention that online ordering was not a possibility as it mentioned it was turned off. Most likely due to the crowds on the weekend.
The cookie butter latte was amazing! So delicious and paired with the Ube Cinnamon roll was so good. The staff was so kind and organized. And the owner is so genuine! This is def a place you don't want to snooze on. If you want the cinnamon rolls, it's only on Sunday mornings. The line started at 7am but they don't start taking orders for the rolls until about 8am I believe (not 100% sure) BUT what I am sure about, GET THERE EARLY bc they sell out in less than an hour for the Ube!
Got a large cookie butter latte: take a wild guess on the price... $15.75! Good, but totally not worth it. Also got a caramel ice blended: bad consistency that turned into a blob of ice after a few minutes and was bland from the get go. And got the blueberry lemon poppyseed muffin: sounded like it would have pops of flavor... it was the most bland muffin ever that I had to throw away after a few bites. Management, please read my review and do better for other customers. I won't be back :(
I swung by The Liquid Leaf when my craving for a matcha latte hit. It's tucked on the southwest corner of Winchester & Murrieta Hot Springs, w plenty of parking... which is great, bc nothing ruins a matcha moment like playing musical chairs w parking spots. The staff was super friendly and had my 24 oz matcha latte ready faster than I could finish taking pics inside. The drink itself was good....smooth, pleasant, totally drinkable.... but it was missing that little "wow" factor that fancy ceremonial-grade sparkle that makes you feel like you've ascended into matcha heaven. Tasty, but just not life-changing.
Nice little spot. It's hard to tell from the outside because it's so unassuming, but it's pretty nice on the inside. There is a decent amount of seating and free wi-fi. Parking is fine because it's located in the Albertson's parking lot. The lovely Scottish lady (I just love Scottish accents and could listen to it all day) who rang me up was very pleasant and made some solid recommendations. There is substantial tea selection, though I ended up sticking with a tried-and-true tea. I ordered a Scottish breakfast with a bit of milk and lightly sweetened. It was made perfectly! I also ordered a blueberry poppyseed muffin (which happened to be gluten-free). It was also very good--plenty of blueberries and not to sweet. The texture is what you would expect of a gluten-free baked good. Overall, the place was nice and chill. Not too loud and busy. They also serve espresso drinks, and pastries, brekkie ;D sandwiches, and acai. I'll definitely come here again to study and try other tea options, especially while I'm on my current tea kick. read more

I've been here two times now and will not be going back. The first time we got the blueberry matcha and the taro tea. The second time we got a banana bread and a basic latte. The matcha and latte tasted so grainy and powdery. We tried to drink it but the texture was just awful. The latte tasted burnt and the matcha didn't taste good either. The taro tea was good and the banana bread was too, but for the price of each drink I don't want to try something new off the menu just to waste my money. read more

Amazing little tea & coffee shop with quality drinks! Honestly as someone who drinks a lot of matcha and has experienced a lot of bad matcha lattes, I can easily say this is one of the best matcha places in the area. They have the proportions perfect never too milky. I have tried the vanilla and peach matcha and both were good! Also their jalapeño cheese bagel with cream cheese was very high quality and delicious! Very cute and cozy inside perfect for studying or meeting up for a little date. Best hot and iced Keto coffee's in town! It's a perfect pair with their bagel breakfast sandwiches. They use fresh eggs and their cream cheese spread in them is delicious. I recommend the everything bagel, pepper jack and bacon. Yum! read more

The atmosphere and the menu were lovely and so promising! I was thoroughly impressed by their extensive and ultra healthy options. I got a iced highland toffee latte with oat milk and was a bit underwhelmed. It tasted a little too watery for my liking. My friend got a iced matcha latte with almond milk and was also underwhelmed. The service was pretty friendly and I would love to go back and try another drink in the future! read more

I found this spot while Yelping for a coffee spot in the area. It's quite a spacious cafe with a big menu: coffee, tea, slush, bagels, pastries, açaí and pitaya bowls, and kombucha. All pastries are made in house. I thought I was going to get a latte, but then I saw that they had a taro blended slush on the menu and I chose that instead along with a slice of banana bread. Because I was going to eat in, my slush was served in a cute mason jar and the banana bread on a cutting board. The young lady who served me was very friendly and brought my order to my table by the window. Both the drink and bread were delicious and I will definitely be back to try the Lavender Earl Grey tea and the açaí bowl when I'm in the neighborhood again. read more
I've been wanting to check this place out for quite sometime now, and when a friend suggested this place for our weekly coffee date, I couldn't resist the invite. We came here on a weekday with a group of friends. The place has a nice comfy feel to it. They weren't too busy, when we arrived. Another friend suggested that I get the blueberry matcha tea, as she said that was one of her fave drink. As I love matcha green tea, I decided to get the blueberry matcha latte. Since there was a group of us, the order did take a little longer to get. No biggie, we were too busy to notice, since we were chatting away! After waiting, finally got my drink. Unfortunately, the blueberry matcha latte was a let down. It was way to sweet, and I'm not really a fan of sweet matcha. Another friend of mine had ordered the same thing, and even she agreed and she's a fan of sweet drinks. With that being said, I will return again, and try out one of their other drinks. They have several selections and they also have several pastry offerings. I did get a cheese danish and that was pretty good. Friendly service and comfy homey spot. alr listen surprisingly it's really hard to find genuine matcha in the IE i asked if they put milk powder in their matcha and they were like lol no and then i saw that they have flavored matcha (vanilla, raspberry, blueberry) and i asked if they put milk in that flavoring and again they said bruh no LMAO i had one last, extremely important question what brand of oat milk do they use and they make it in house!!! so basically i got a blueberry matcha w oat milk and it was so gooOd the blueberry wasn't too strong and their oat milk wasn't overpowering finna try the raspberry next read more

I am always searching for local coffee shops to try so I can avoid chains and I came across the Liquid Leaf. It's cool inside, staff were nice but drinks were not. I ordered an iced latte, dont remember what flavor I added to it, but it was not good at all! I definitely have had better lattes around the area. It seems that most people enjoy this place, but it was not up to my expectations. I will however give them another try and try something else so I can be a better judge but the latte that I had, it was not good. I have to say that it was very spacious, good environment and clean. read more

We found the liquid leaf when we moved to the area a few years ago. We have always enjoyed their wonderful drinks but it wasn't until today we enjoyed their breakfast. What a way to start our Saturday morning. Their everything bagel was out of this world, and their oatmeal is the best I've ever had. This will be bringing us back much more frequently. Two everything bagels, a big bowl of oatmeal, blueberry matcha, banana Chai and a panddington cookie. A great breakfast less than $40 read more

I agree with Kelly K! What a gem of a find. We were in Murrietta and I was looking for a local coffee spot. I ended up here and got the banana chai dirty (with a shot of espresso) and MAN was it so good. It wasn't too sweet and it was piping hot. The gal at the counter was very knowledgeable and very super educated on the matchas which I also love. I definitely will be back to try the blueberry matcha! SOOO good! An extra star because of great customer service but Unfortunately the Liquid Leaf didn't meet my expectations! I'm always willing to drive out of my way to find a new place and give them a shot more than once or twice if they don't meet my expectations the first couple times and this is one of those places. These reviews are solely based on my ridiculous sweet tooth! I tried the blended chai the first time and the girl was super nice to remake my drink because she messed up the order the first time. The drink wasn't as "chai-ish" as I wanted it and tasted more watery and wasn't sweet enough. The second time around I got a Horchata chai and it didn't settle well on my palette. The lady was kind enough to remake it and add more spices to it but all it did was leave the iced drink tasting extremely chalky. The chais are definitely a no go for me here. I will be back to try their famous blueberry matcha and will update my review. Yes there are several outlets
Is their vegan baked goods?
At this moment in time, we do not have vegan goodies. We do make most of our food in house and do have some great Gluten free items, so working toward more alternative diet items is definitely a thing for us. Stay tuned :-) Thank you for asking.
